06/09/2026: Our small group of twelve friends, having just finished the G.R.A. (Grande Randonnée d'Alsace - Regional Hiking Guide), discovered this truly excellent crêperie! We received a warm welcome, and the galettes were a delight, served with a crispy little basket of salad on top. Everything was very generous. Reservations are recommended. Kudos to the chefs in the kitchen and the waiter! A place to remember for future reference. Easy parking just steps from the crêperie!

05/09/2026: A charming establishment in the heart of the village of Carros. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is pleasant, the dishes are refined and very delicious. The service is quick, friendly, and attentive. A truly delightful and relaxing experience.

20/09/2026: I had the course menu for dinner. Across ordering, meal service, and general hospitality, the service felt extremely sub-par. Despite the language barrier, there was a stark difference compared to how other guests were treated. Paying this much for that level of service means I won't be coming back. If I could, I wouldn’t give even 1 star for service. That said, the food itself was quite good.

14/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, ideally located across from the sea on the Promenade des Anglais. The service is excellent and warm. The open kitchen is a beautiful sight. The menu is very appealing and the food is simply delicious. We ordered whatever appealed to us at the time: the daily special, the "Duc" menu with pressed lamb (absolutely divine), and more. There were plenty of choices; there were three of us, including a child who devoured with great pleasure what the chef and his team had prepared. Thank you for this wonderful end-of-holiday meal and congratulations to the entire team in the kitchen, dining room, and reception/switchboard. We will gladly return every time we are in Nice. (A minor drawback regarding the view and temperature: a window was broken (overlooking the sea) and the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the dining room due to the heat; there weren't enough fans.)

24/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! We're going back tonight! L'Ostréa is one of those rare finds where everything seems perfectly aligned. The restaurant has private parking, a charming dining room, and a lovely outdoor area. We were lucky enough to dine in the charming cabana, which made the evening particularly intimate and memorable. The freshness of the seafood was exceptional. We enjoyed razor clams, octopus, scallops, a superb seafood platter, and a perfectly cooked John Dory. Each dish truly showcased the ingredients, with precise, flavorful cooking and no unnecessary frills. The wine list is quite short, but very well thought out, with excellent choices to accompany the seafood and fish. Our server was delightful, smiling, attentive, and very pleasant. She helped make us feel truly privileged throughout the meal, without ever being intrusive. Between the charming setting, the exceptional quality of the food, and the friendly service, this dinner will remain a very fond memory. We loved it so much that we've already booked to return tonight!

19/09/2026: An excellent restaurant and definitely worth a visit. We opted for the four-course menu with wine pairings and were absolutely delighted. Each course was perfectly balanced and a true culinary experience. The selected wines also complemented the menu beautifully. The service was attentive, professional, and at the same time pleasantly warm. Anyone looking to treat themselves to something special and enjoy a lovely evening with excellent food will be in excellent hands at Les Terraillers. Highly recommended!

30/06/2026: This is as original as it gets. The Pan Bagnat does not disappoint. Be aware that the sandwich is quite large. We could’ve easily shared one, but we both ended up consuming the entire sandwiches. They are as light as can be. The bread is very rustic and light. The filling is traditionally, tomatoes, green peppers, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and anchovies. You get the additional benefit of some black olives, and the whole thing just taste like heaven. The owner’s father works with his son, and the whole experience, is definitely worth the trip. We highly recommend this place.

We also want to highlight the impeccable service: very friendly, attentive, and warm. You feel welcome from the very first moment. If you want to enjoy excellent, authentic Asian cuisine in Nice, you've definitely come to the right place. For us, it's definitely a restaurant we'll return to with great pleasure. 25/08/2026: I'm very disappointed! My boyfriend and I ordered fondue. We saw on the menu that it cost €21, and it stated that this price was for a minimum of two people. We understood that to mean the dish was intended for at least two people. It turned out that it was €21 per person. For the amount of food, this is completely unjustified, and the goat cheese included in the fondue didn't taste like goat cheese at all, but rather like plain whipped cream cheese with no flavor. When we asked the server about the price, she simply said that it couldn't be presented any better on the menu. This is misleading customers. They could have simply written "€21 per person." So, unfortunately, neither the taste nor the price impressed me at all!

25/08/2026: When my girlfriend and I ate here, we found the idea of ​​cold goat cheese fondue very appealing, and the price of €21 seemed perfectly reasonable for two people to share. Unfortunately, the cheese was quite tasteless and only the portion size was impressive because it was whipped into a foam. We were truly appalled when we received the bill, as the dish was supposed to cost €21 per person, making it completely overpriced. When we asked why this wasn't reflected on the menu, we were simply told it was difficult to explain, to which we replied that "per person" (from the English menu) was simple and transparent. Then we were simply told that it was correct as it was and that perhaps they would consider it, which we highly doubt. All in all, a bad experience with a nasty surprise that ended up costing us more than we would have liked.

23/06/2026: Every time we pass through Nice, this is our go-to place. The donuts are AMAZING, and the two owners are disarmingly kind.
