20/09/2024: This restaurant was unbelievably amazing. The food, service, and the chef himself were all so great. We were treated to one of the best meals I have ever had in my life and the chef came out and spoke with us and suggested the dessert. It was so fresh and light and even though I was so full from the best steak I have ever had with sauce and potatoes that were otherworldly I am so glad we added dessert. We had the artichoke appetizer which had a ginger broth that was unlike anything I have ever tasted and will remember forever. Service was prompt and kind with great suggestions made. Truly an amazing experience and would recommend again and again. I will be back every time I come to Nice.

23/08/2024: We go to Michelin-starred restaurants from time to time to indulge ourselves culinaryly and also to take advantage of an experience that might be offered to us. The restaurant Les Terraillers is a good restaurant and the star is perfectly understandable because all the work is there. On the other hand, we felt the hubbub and stress of the service. A back and forth dance (service which is very “present” in the room). We even wondered if there weren't too many people in these positions. The idea is not to compare but it is true that some other stars offer a much more relaxed, relaxed, zen service. The dishes are traditional dishes, they are very good. But for us also the price might seem slightly unjustified. We should probably see this as all the costs of the restaurant: service to pay, geolocation, land etc... But we did not necessarily find the price in the dishes. Thanks anyway, overall it was a good evening.

20/09/2024: Access is a little complicated, you have to walk through the hinterland to get there but it's worth it. Quite typical Provençal decor, warm and efficient welcome and service. The home-made cuisine is excellent, well prepared and generous. Don't miss the assortment of starters and the real Provençal aioli. To do again? Oh yes!

13/11/2024: The cuisine is excellent, the setting very warm, however, if you are big eaters or at least gourmands with a good appetite, the portions are not ultra generous and copious and I was a little left hungry even with a starter dessert dish but for now it’s unique to everyone!

29/08/2024: Great stay at the Mercure Sofia Antipolis hotel. First of all, a very warm welcome at reception. Fast and efficient handling of my reservation. The reception staff are kind, attentive and very professional. Special mention to Pris, Axelle and Audrey. They are adorable and caring. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The maids and the housekeeper are very efficient and attentive. For catering, value for money is respected, various choices and top-notch service! The hotel is located in a pleasant and relaxing setting. Various activities are offered and the swimming pool is clean and well maintained. I recommend the hotel for all families, couples or professionals without any hesitation! I thank all the teams for their welcome, their kindness and their professionalism!
