04/04/2026: The atmosphere is dirty, and they're arrogant and slimy. It's unfortunate to hear them mock ALL their customers behind their backs, including the poor Italian regulars. A miserable attitude.
01/03/2026: Absolutely avoid this place during the Lemon Festival. The waitresses and the owner asked us to leave the terrace while we were ordering and waiting in line because no waitress was taking our order on the terrace (after a 20-minute wait)! A complete lack of courtesy! Total disorganization!

05/04/2026: THE ABSOLUTE WORST reastruant I have ever eaten in my life I don’t normally write reviews ever but this deserves it I ordered a bacon burger witch was a ball of grease now I know bacon and burgers are greasy but this was shocking for €26 there was three hairs in my burger when I asked them to take it back they said no and said I most have out them there to get a free meal the hairs were grey and I don’t have grey hair my chips were said to be home made they were half frozen when they came to my table prices are extortionate from r everything disgraceful place should be shut for hygiene standards staff are rude bathrooms we’re disgusting got ran through multiple times by staff and they blaim it on me absolutely disgraceful AVOID AT EVERY COST
01/04/2026: The tartiflette was excellent, the lasagna a little less so but still very good. Lovely service. Chalet-style decor. We went two nights in a row.

15/06/2026: I placed an order on Uber Eats and frankly, I was outraged to receive my order in a black bag (the deguê and the bottle of water) and the lattike and the plantains in a white bag… no bag at all… nothing.
The lattike was packed in an aluminum bowl with two or three pieces of cucumber… It was dry, as was the chicken, which was TOUGH, very dry. No seasoning… no oil, no sauce… the deguê was barely digestible! The millet grains were rock hard! And a liquid (I don't know if it was milk or yogurt). In short… the taste, the presentation… the preparation. At least make the effort to present the products you sell in a more appealing way. It's disappointing.

11/12/2025: Pretty good, but noticeably lacking in toppings. I had two small pieces of prosciutto practically fighting each other on my pizza. Someone else ordered the "Four Seasons" pizza; the vegetables weren't cooked over a wood fire but tasted like water. There's a lack of effort. It's a shame because the pizza tastes good overall and the crust is very good.

31/05/2026: Service was not great, and the pizza flavor was alright but the distribution of the toppings was horrendous (they barely put any) and extremely floppy, but ok if you folded it. The chili oil was the only thing that saved it for me, and the view of the sea is very nice.
27/05/2026: Should have checked the reviews. Terrible food, terribly presented. Could tell the fries were done in cold oil, they were soaked in oil and not properly cooked. They do not care about quality

10/04/2026: We've been using this chain for a few years now. The pizzas are very good. The phone service is always very friendly. The delivery drivers are always smiling. Just one drawback: the delivery time is often very long...
Update: 4 years later, the same story. The pizzas are really good. But a 1 hour 15 minute wait for 2 pizzas on a Thursday evening!!! You advertised a maximum of 40 minutes!
I called because my order still hadn't arrived, and he told me, "It's okay, ma'am, it's not long, and we only have one driver." Excuse me??
And then they say people complain! And yes, I did complain about being treated like idiots!! If I hadn't paid, I would have canceled.
10 minutes later, he arrived. A free dessert, thank you for the gesture, but after 4 years of loyalty and the same wait every time, I won't be ordering again.

Network problem when paying (also not too bad)
But paying €14.10 for a cheese pizza with potatoes and getting fries instead of nice potatoes, I wonder who does that kind of thing?!? To me, it's a rip-off... You've lost a customer.

14/04/2026: Years ago, when I used to get takeout, it was always delicious. But today, I decided to buy three crab spring rolls, and what a disappointment! They had absolutely no flavor and not a single crumb of crab inside. What a rip-off! Plus, I had stomach problems. This is definitely the last time I'll buy them. I hope the rest of the place is different...

14/04/2026: Disgusting box! He told us the €6.90 box was no longer available, even though we bought the €15 box. It had the same stuff, and on top of that, he didn't even give us a drink like advertised. It was just whole frozen hamburgers; he just mentioned it over the microphone and charged us the same price. Same for the tacos and fries. You can go there and see for yourself. Plus, there were grilled tenders, and two were missing. Getting back to the €6.90 box, it's the same as the €15 one, just with slightly less. Otherwise, it's the same products, and they told us they were out of stock to make us pay more.
10/04/2026: The wait was far too long, over 40 minutes, and then he tried to charge more.

21/04/2026: Disrespectful management. The first night on the 3rd floor, a noise that kept us awake was due to a malfunction in the air conditioning unit (the entire floor was affected), and all we got were apologies! Not even a gesture of goodwill! Furthermore, I left some clothes behind (rooms 340-344-346) and didn't even receive an email to let me know!
21/04/2026: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel: the location was ideal, within walking distance of all the sights, and the sea was right outside. The view was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean.

I'm writing a review, which isn't my usual practice, to share my experience. The food was very good and plentiful, BUT the service needs improvement. I called on Wednesday for a 7:30 pm reservation. Once I said 7:30 pm, I was told I had to leave at 9:10 pm for the second seating. I asked if I could call back within 5-10 minutes to confirm the time, as we were a group of 8. They said yes. I called back to say 9:15 pm, and they said okay. On Saturday, we arrived at 9:15 pm. The manager had the nerve to tell me the reservation was for 7:30 pm. I told him I had called back, and he said no. I never spoke to him directly; it was a woman. He even had the nerve to tell me, "Luckily, we're no longer in peak season, there's space available." Making remarks when they're the ones at fault due to a lack of communication between them is pointless. Being nonchalant when you're a restaurant owner is unacceptable. Furthermore, when it came time to pay the bill (since we were four couples, we split it four ways), they forced us to round up even though we didn't want to. It's a small detail, but when we're treated as if we were in the wrong when it's you who are, forcing us to round up for a tip is unacceptable. (I have a photo as proof, which I sent back since, according to them, I didn't.) Avoid this place; there are other restaurants in Isola 2000 with equally good food and a much better welcome.
