31/05/2026: I know a mother whose son has mental and physical disabilities; she herself is elderly and disabled and cannot visit him without assistance. It turns out that this facility doesn't take care of him (the staff hides behind a lack of personnel). I am outraged by the responses she receives on the phone, especially since the website states that personalized support is available. 😥😥😥😥😧

31/03/2026: Set up and pack up like common animals? Just because the table is reserved. Understandable, certainly, but politeness and respect are essential and should be enforced. So, to you bespectacled waiters around forty, please learn to communicate respectfully. Thank you :)

27/06/2026: The location is good. I ordered a duck breast and it was slightly overcooked. Also, it took about two hours to arrive.

16/05/2026: We found this place on the spur of the moment. The view was great, as the terrace was right in front of the seaside dock. The food tasted decent on average. Unfortunately, the pesto spaghetti I ordered was under-seasoned, so I had to add quite a bit of salt, but the Dolce Vita Ravioli my husband ordered was absolutely delicious. Perhaps because there weren't many servers during lunchtime, quite a few customers turned away after waiting.

13/05/2026: Les Incompris is a must-visit restaurant in Menton, which makes our experience all the more disappointing. As for the food, the quality was undeniable. The sea bream was delicious, accompanied by a well-prepared ratatouille and pleasant potatoes, even if they were a bit too greasy for our taste. The service, however, proved quite disappointing. The staff were friendly, but lacked attentiveness and, above all, anticipation, which disrupted the flow of the meal. The most problematic aspect was the musical entertainment on the evening of May 12th. The artist adopted a particularly intrusive style, more suited to a party than the atmosphere one expects in a restaurant. Positioned right next to our table, he sang at an excessive volume, making conversation virtually impossible. When choosing a restaurant, it's also to share a convivial moment and chat comfortably with your fellow diners. That evening, the background noise unfortunately turned our dinner into a painful experience and completely ruined what could have been a very nice evening.

19/05/2026: The rooms, service, and location were all quite good. 🏨 However, breakfast was a bit chaotic with many tour bus guests, leading to coffee lines. ☕ And for eggs? You had to boil them yourself, which wasn't ideal. 🍳 Still, a decent stay overall! 👍

13/05/2026: We spent a layover night at the Campanile Nice Airport, room 334. We arrived at 10 p.m. Check-in went smoothly; the young woman was very pleasant and professional (much more so than the cashier who didn't even bother to say hello). From then on, we went from one disappointment to another: The third floor smelled of cannabis resin, even in the room. When we opened the window to air it out, we were greeted by young people on the walkway below, talking loudly and smoking. The television and air conditioning weren't working. The toilet is right up against the wall, which is rather inconvenient when you need to sit down. The shower head was faulty and the soundproofing was nonexistent (we could hear the person sniffling in the next room). We wanted to inform reception of these problems, but there was no phone in the room, and opening the door to go down to reception would have been extremely inconvenient given the smell in the hallway. In short: a night to forget. It's inconceivable, in my opinion, for a hotelier to expect their guests to be happy (and that's an understatement) to leave their room when the alarm rings at 5 a.m. I recommend a thorough walkthrough of the rooms to check the facilities, as the location is excellent, opposite the airport, and must attract a large business clientele who deserve the advertised comfort.

04/07/2026: I used to order regularly a few years ago; it was very, very good. Since then, the pizzas have gone up in price and the toppings have shrunk considerably. And I decided to give it another try after a recent disappointment—well, unfortunately, it was inedible. I won't be going back.

07/06/2026: Excellent pizza! No complaints whatsoever. Crispy crust, high-quality product, I highly recommend it!

11/07/2026: We enjoyed their salads, “daube de sanglier” (wild boar stew), “chèvre frais au miel” (fresh goat cheese with honey) and “cafe gourmand” (coffee with dessert of the day). Their pizzas looked very delicious too, but we did not try them. Having visited France for the past 30 years, this place is exactly what you want - a gem: a simple place with reasonable prices, excellent food and kind service. Where the locals go. I would revisit. Happiness and simplicity. You can pay 2 or 3 times the price elsewhere and not get better food. Enjoy the calming atmosphere and relax, it’s much more than a pizzeria.

27/06/2026: There were five of us who went out for a simple sandwich and stumbled upon this excellent restaurant. The welcome, the dishes, the pizzas, everything was excellent and homemade. We will be back!

The entire team was warm, professional, and attentive: from the reception staff to the valet parking attendants, including the restaurant and housekeeping staff—those unsung heroes who also deserve recognition for their often discreet but essential work. I would especially like to thank Fanny, who looked after us at the Fitzgerald Bar. Thanks to her kindness, her smile, and the quality of our conversation, we had a dinner that was as pleasant as it was enjoyable. A truly wonderful memory.

25/05/2026: The hotel is ideally located, right across from the airport. The woman who greeted us was very polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms were very clean and functional, and the air conditioning was a real plus. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with plenty of choice. I had a problem with the shower, but the staff reacted immediately and moved me to another room without any difficulty. The staff was very pleasant throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

21/05/2026: Spacious, clean, and bright room. Bathroom with a strange door in the shower stall. Lots of noise in the hallways outside the room, children banging loudly on the doors, and the hotel doing nothing about it. Dinner has three options: hot dishes, salads, and dessert, in an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's a shame that the dishes at the buffet aren't replenished.

14/07/2026: The only real positive point about this restaurant is its beachfront location. However, the food disappointed us, and the prices are high for the quality. The wait between courses was also very long. It's a shame, because the setting is beautiful, but I don't recommend this restaurant; you can find much better in Théoule.

23/05/2026: Discovered today, good food. Excellent Caesar salad and superb bruschetta. Fresh and delicious fruit cocktail. Friendly and welcoming service. The only downside, which is in no way the fault of the establishment, is the proximity to the road; the exhaust fumes and noise from the cars are a shame.

14/02/2026: A little disappointed due to the change of ownership. We thought we were coming and found Vincenzo's, but instead we found a restaurant with an oriental theme that looks nice, very generous portions, and good. If Vincenzo reads this message, where are you now?
