07/05/2026: Our favorite place in Villefranche. The service is outstanding, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious! We have been coming here for more than 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed.

07/08/2026: A truly embarrassing place. The wine was served warm, the service was practically nonexistent, and as for hygiene, just look at the stairs leading to the terrace to get an idea. The food was a total disappointment: they even managed to ruin the magret de canard, serving it on a sea of ​​frozen vegetables, tastelessly and without any sense of purpose. A terrible experience in every way. My advice? Stay away.

The welcome is exceptional: the owners themselves are present and take care of the guests with rare and genuine attention. You immediately feel at home in a warm, family-friendly, and charming atmosphere. The cuisine is simply incredible—flavorful, generous, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Every dish is a true delight. The view is breathtaking: you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the yachts and the sea, which makes the experience even more magical. The location is perfect, easily accessible, and you quickly understand why the locals love this place. It's a true hidden treasure, frequented mainly by regulars. But unfortunately, the dish I ordered, a Caesar salad, was depressing and worthy of McDonald's: - a few bagged croutons - a precooked Metro egg - bagged salad, the kind you'd find at a discount store, and not very fresh - industrial dressing - disgusting reconstituted breaded chicken. €17.50 for a fast-food-worthy dish! A Cannes-level price for a salad in an Auchan shopping mall. Avoid it!

11/08/2026: My friends and I were at a restaurant. We booked through the booking platform with a 50% discount. Once there, we were told the discount was only 30%, and that if we weren't happy, we could leave. The problem between the restaurant and the booking platform isn't the customers' fault; why should the customers be responsible for resolving the issue between the restaurant and the website? It's absolutely not the customer's responsibility. And there's no compensation for the poor service. It wasn't very customer-friendly, plus the restaurant was empty, and with that kind of behavior, I'm not surprised. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend going there.
