26/04/2026: As a restaurant owner, I think I ate the worst pizza of my life. The crust was very, very thin, almost non-existent, and the tomato sauce was disgusting. I was very disappointed, especially since I wanted to treat my family. The terrace is not bad, but sorry, you'll have to change professions.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

06/06/2026: Beyond the unfriendly attitude of the saleswoman and the owner, the 71% dark chocolate bar was relatively expensive. I understand it's artisanal; there's no weight on the bar, no expiration date. I'm not a regular customer, but I won't be going back to this shop.

20/05/2026: The macarons are very good and flavorful. The price is still quite high, but then again, macarons are rarely cheap. It's a shame, however, that several of the listed flavors are missing, including some of the best ones like pistachio and passion fruit.

12/06/2026: Quite disappointed with the food. We came specifically before the lunchtime rush hoping for freshly made burgers, but after a 5-minute wait we received barely warm burgers and soggy fries. We were also disappointed by the taste of the Coke… in short, just not our day, maybe…

02/06/2026: I came this Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026, and I was rather disappointed with the service. I'm giving it 3 stars because their fries are extremely good, but the waiter who preferred to spend the evening sitting at a table with his friends instead of serving customers was very unpleasant. We would have liked to order more, but since he didn't come to us, we didn't.

17/05/2026: The cocktails are quite good and generously sized, the atmosphere is clean, cozy, and comfortable, BUT the service and staff are rather unpleasant. We would have much preferred a warmer welcome.

12/04/2026: The waiter was extremely unpleasant and didn't know the basics of politeness.

03/04/2026: The atmosphere is nice, you can eat on the terrace with a view. The staff is friendly enough. The food leaves much to be desired... the quiche was burnt, and the lasagna tasted like a frozen one.

05/05/2026: We made a quick stop at Math's during our journey. It's a shame the kitchen was closed, as the food looked quite good. So we opted for the bakery section with pizzas, croque-monsieur sandwiches, etc., but unfortunately, it wasn't great. The service wasn't very friendly either, which is a pity because the place is located in a lovely little village and could really be a great spot for a roadside break.

10/03/2026: Arriving late on a Sunday, the staff still took the time to prepare and serve our meal with a smile. The food was simple and efficient: it's not haute cuisine, but that's all you can ask for in a village restaurant ;)

13/06/2026: We had lunch at La Sierra this Saturday on the terrace. We appreciated the restaurant's prices and the magnificent view compared to other restaurants. It's a shame the gourmet salad was no longer available. Special mention for the chef's warm welcome.

14/05/2026: The service was incredibly slow (45 minutes before we could even order). The restaurant served expired Cokes, having carefully torn off the expiration date (sold for €5.50 each). The portions were extremely small considering the exorbitant prices. The frozen carpaccio was swimming in water. It's shameful to treat tourists like such fools. Absolutely avoid this place.

04/06/2026: The owner of the group made me give a false statement about his restaurant, saying it was extraordinary, even though I've never set foot in it. If all the reviews are false, then what's the deal?

30/05/2026: Superb! A real gem!!! A very warm welcome and excellent service! Spacious and spotless room. Incredible meal! Refined and generous! A very reasonable price for such quality! The breakfast was also very generous! We felt truly privileged and pampered. A little slice of paradise in this hilltop village. Thank you again for this wonderful experience 😊

09/04/2026: A pitiful and deplorable welcome from a jaded and condescending woman. No greeting, no smile, and absolutely no manners. She refused to accept coins without any justification. It's because of people like her that businesses are dying in Nice, and one wonders why tourists aren't spending. What a waste!

We enter only to have a coffee to go there, but we don't even cross the door, but we listen to our eyes with very little activity and, if we don't want to be safe, we don't have to worry about our trips to the beach when the bath is occupied. The explanation in French, with total education, that we do not want to use the bath, that we simply want to know if we have enough coffee to learn. So, we have gritted our minds, insisting that we go to the beach to take a bath, without ignoring absolutely nothing that we say. Its activity completely lacks lugar, training and aggression. Before this, I say that your behavior will be unacceptable and we will decide to go ahead without buying anything. Is a pena encounter with a professional job, especially in a tourist location where you hope for a minimum of education and respect for your clients. Despite this, he started shouting the same thing again, insisting that we go to the beach to find a toilet, without listening to what we were saying. His attitude was completely inappropriate, rude, and aggressive. So I told him that his behavior was unacceptable, and we left without buying anything. Gli ho spiegato en inglese, con calma e rispetto, che non volevo usare il bagno, ma simplemente sapere se faceva caffè da sporto.
