29/04/2026: I hope every Korean traveling to Nice visits this restaurant. We made a reservation for lunch and it was the best meal we had during our approximately two-week stay in France. It offers Japanese-French cuisine, which is hard to find in Korea. I heard it has received a Michelin star in the past; I hope it earns another star and stays here until we return to Nice.😍

10/04/2026: I dined by myself, got the morel mushroom set menu (2+ hours). I especially liked the scallops and lamb dish. I did not enjoy the foie grass nor the mille feuille which was burnt. Service and vibes were impeccable.

17/04/2026: Surely they have good pizzas to eat in... but delivery? The first question is whether you'd go down to pick them up. Disabled people and young children? That's not their problem; you still have to go down. Too bad.

01/04/2026: The pizzas are great, but everyone already knows that, right? 🤨 The sirloin steak is also very good; with its toppings, it really fills you up 😮‍💨 And the prices are very reasonable 😉 Tip: When ordering, signal to the servers, as they might forget you during a rush.

10/04/2026: An exceptional place. A magnificent site which, after a few years of closure, has been completely renovated. The lobby is majestic with its chandeliers, high ceilings, and marble. The staff is incredibly attentive. Friendly and smiling! The breakfast is enormous but a bit pricey at 54 euros. In any case, in this category, all prices are high. I treated myself to a Coca-Cola at the bar for 14 euros. Served with olives, crisps, and cashews. The room was comfortable. The bed was enormous. Thick carpeting on the floor. Bathroom with shower and bathrobes. Numerous toiletries were available. Around 3 p.m., they leave some homemade treats for you to enjoy in your room. They prepare you for the night before you go to sleep by making up your bed, closing the curtains, and placing a small bottle of water on your bedside table. And, if you please, your pajamas folded at the edge of the bed! I was lucky enough to have a sea view. There's an outdoor (heated?) infinity pool in the central garden. Inviting sun loungers surround the pool. Soft background music plays, and the garden is beautifully decorated with greenery and relaxation areas. And above all... lots and lots of marble. An exceptional place. After that, it's hard to go back to normal life!

03/03/2026: The pizza was pretty good, the carbonara was a bit disappointing because the sauce lacked flavor, but the guanciale was very good and the pasta was cooked perfectly, which is a shame. The spritzes were decent for the price. A big plus was the bread served at the table, which was excellent. The waiter was a bit absent-minded, but friendly. Reasonable price.

28/04/2026: The place to be in the neighborhood! Brasserie Borriglione is a charming spot, a must for enjoying a drink on the terrace in a great atmosphere. Special mention goes to the team, who are truly top-notch: welcoming, smiling, and always friendly, with that sense of conviviality that makes all the difference.

07/03/2026: My companion and I happened in for lunch after our intended destination was unexpectedly closed. What a happy accident! I admit I know nothing about the food of the region, and I speak no French (my companion speaks some.) The server (who I assume was the owner) was helpful and very kindly accommodating of our ignorance. The food was amazing!!! And clearly prepared from scratch with love. A meal I will remember for a very long time!!

15/03/2026: Fantastic restaurant, everything was perfect from the welcome to the dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Special mention for the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and pecorino cheese 😍 a real treat

10/03/2026: We came for lunch and ordered seafood and a pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious. It's a wonderful family-run Italian restaurant with a warm atmosphere, and the food is truly top-notch. A place you'll want to return to.

20/03/2026: Wow. What a gem. The food. The ambience. The staff. Everything was phenomenal. It’s right in the centre of old town yet down a side street so it feels like a hidden gem. They have a huge selection of natural wines which all impressed us. The chef did a fantastic job with each course, I highly recommend the pork belly (if it’s still on the menu) - highly recommend!

20/03/2026: We had the trout tartar, served with beetroot and feta, the squid with chorizo, and the chocolate mousse with lemon and ginger. Everything was delicious, the plates were beautiful, and also good wine and cappuccino. The server was super friendly.
