30/08/2026: For 25 years, we went to the same highly regarded pizzeria in Old Nice. But then, tired of being treated like dirt and eating increasingly worse pizza, we decided to try something new. So we tried Francesco Pizza, since it's practically in our town. What a pleasant surprise! Superb pizzas, generously topped, flavorful, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and melting on the inside. Reasonable prices, the kind you rarely find anymore. And on top of that, a warm, friendly, and very professional welcome. We ate in. There are about twenty seats. Tables are spaced apart. Right next to the oven, but the dining room is air-conditioned. So the service is extra attentive! The owners, the staff, even the delivery driver are lovely, with a great sense of humor and a genuine passion for doing things well. In short, flawless. Of course, they also deliver. But we'd gladly return to see the owners again. Congratulations to the whole team! You've gained some followers 🤭

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal, particularly my partner as it was his first time trying beef tartare. The desserts were lovely, particularly the mini desserts my partner ordered. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Everything is perfectly balanced, the flavors are pronounced, and there's an excellent harmony in all the pastries. 15/06/2026: La Gallina is the rotisserie you absolutely must try. Mr. Jean, a former Negresco chef, never stops, offering roasted chickens, sautéed potatoes, and zucchini gratin prepared daily. They also serve stuffed vegetables from Nice and other dishes. Don't forget the homemade tiramisu, all available every lunchtime except Monday. It's best to call ahead to reserve your portion.

11/06/2026: Fantastic rotisserie. The chicken is excellent. The potato trays are divine. The tiramisu is delicious. I've been going there for many years and I'm never disappointed. Go without hesitation!

12/12/2025: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not very convenient for public transport, especially since there are practically no sidewalks along the roads. The hotel is fairly comfortable but a bit dated. The restaurant is a bit pricey and offers limited choices. The spa is a major plus and very good.

08/12/2025: I only tried the spa, where I was kindly invited by my best friend. After paying our entrance fee, we went down to the spa and waited 10 minutes at reception before realizing that no one was coming. There were no more bathrobes available in the changing rooms, and no one to tell us anything. We took the two remaining bath towels and went around. There was no hot water for the herbal teas. In short, it was very, very poor! I won't be going back.

08/08/2026: The L'Écluse restaurant in Pégomas offers a magnificent, peaceful, and open natural setting, surrounded by ducks, fish, and tall trees. The welcome and service are impeccable, and the portions are generous and of high quality. A truly wonderful place to discover!
