05/08/2026: We only gave two stars because it was hot and we were able to get a drink. When the owner took our order, she didn't say a word. We honestly thought she was mute, but then she started making sounds! When we asked if she could take our payment, the waitress just looked at us and left. We went to pay in front of a waitress who didn't smile at all. 8 euros for an Orangina and a half-pint of beer without a smile is far too expensive.

04/08/2026: For years I drove past the village, ignoring it. Then I visited it and discovered the inn. The food is good, like it used to be. Suspended in time. Keep it a secret.

12/08/2026: It's a real pleasure to rediscover this setting, this cuisine and this welcome 20 years later... get off the beaten track and go for a visit to La Brouette.

06/08/2026: It's a shame the owner doesn't answer the phone or bother to call back after leaving a message to reserve a table six days later... I had fond memories of the place, hence my 3-star rating; otherwise, I would have given it a 1.

14/08/2026: Editorial Staff We had lunch at this restaurant and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food itself was good, no complaints. However, we were very surprised by the service regarding drinks. The waiter only offered still or sparkling water. We chose a carafe of water, but it was served warm. So we asked for a carafe of chilled water. The waiter then explained that to get chilled water, we had to order a bottle of Vittel, which cost €10 per liter. This is the first time we've encountered a situation where a restaurant refuses to simply serve a carafe of chilled water to its customers. We find this really unfortunate and quite surprising. Another very disappointing point: the restaurant is supposed to be air-conditioned, but it was extremely hot inside. We spent the entire meal feeling hot and sweating, which clearly ruined our experience. In the end, despite a quality meal, the service and the conditions in which we ate left us with a very bad impression.

26/07/2026: I had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, with well-prepared, high-quality dishes. The setting is very pleasant, as is the warm and friendly atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly recommend this place.

22/07/2026: Outstanding restaurant away from the thoroughfare of central Monaco overlooking the sea. Food was outstanding - we ate Sea Bass and Turbot - cooked to perfection; watched the World Cup final whilst having endless supply of fine wines! Very accommodating and friendly staff - would highly recommend it. In fact we came back to eat here a few times.

24/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at Lou Poumpouille restaurant. The welcome was warm and the staff very attentive throughout the meal. The dishes were generous, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and authentic, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A truly great place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

25/07/2026: Unbeatable value for money and good quality. The only downside is a brunette waitress who constantly pressures customers to eat quickly. The dishes are served almost immediately after the aperitif, without giving us time to enjoy them. It's quite unpleasant.

21/07/2026: One might wonder why this place is always full, as it’s clearly not for the quality of food, nor service. But there isn’t great choice around, and it’s pleasant enough to be on the terrace with a cold beer and go with the flow, like one does. There are a few charming people working here - always on the run, and a few less so - still running. Come often enough and you get used to it, and they with you.

09/07/2026: I don't recommend it. Avoid at all costs. Mold in the bathroom, dirty towels with chewing gum, inability to lock the window in the room = risk of theft, and a very rude and unpleasant owner. A terrible experience. This is no way to run a business.

05/07/2026: We stayed overnight for a rest. For a 2 star hotel, it's a nice hotel with an Italian restaurant. Not far from the autobahn (10km). There's a wonderful bakery nearby.
