01/10/2024: We had an excellent meal here on Tuesday lunchtime. The best menu of our trip so far. Refined and delicately prepared. Super nice service! Great facility.

28/09/2024: I can’t rate the food but the atmosphere was amazing with a lovely view. Unfortunately, we were not able to eat here because they refused to seat us outside even though one staff member initially said there was a table available for us. another very snooty person refused staffer refused to seat saying we were only allowed to sit inside. We left. We’ve been watching “our” empty table for over two hours from another restaurant on the hill while we spend over €300 on food and drinks . . We’ve seen no one go in or out of that restaurant in that time so I hope it was worth it. If I was the owner, I would be furious.. but maybe they only allow certain type of customers on the patio based on their discernment.

22/09/2024: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but the attitude of one of the waitresses really ruined our experience. Reading the comments below, I realize that I am not the only one who found his behavior very unpleasant. Maybe it's time for her to question herself. You seem like a very bitter woman, and having such an attitude towards customers who arrive a few minutes late is not the end of the world. It's important to understand that most of your customers are tourists and we are not local, so it may have taken us a while to find the restaurant. Additionally, this is one of the few restaurants I have seen refuse to accommodate a baby. According to her, I should have specified in my reservation that there would be a baby. I didn't know that a 4 month old baby needed a special mention, especially since she doesn't eat anything. She made a big deal about the stroller. She was just trying to get into conflict with us and make a big deal out of everything. When my mother suggested that she remove a chair so we could place the stroller, she didn't know what to say because she had no intention of accommodating us or finding a solution. As new parents, it has become rare for us to be able to go out to restaurants. This was one of the first times we allowed ourselves to do this, and I appreciate you ruining our experience just because you were frustrated with us being late.

23/09/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés avec les accras, le pavé d'espadon et le filet de turbot. Le baba au rhum était délicieux 😋. Le tout concocté par le brillant et sympathique chef Joël qui a su s'entourer d'un talentueux second Enzo. L'accueil et le service de Thomas nous a rapidement mis en appétit et nous donne envie de tout goûter, ça fait plaisir de voir des jeunes qui se donnent du mal et travaillent avec plaisir et sourire. On reviendra très vite.

Cuisine de qualité avec de bons produits frais beaucoup de recherche dans les plats tant visuels que gustatifs ! Service rapide et efficace quelle belle expérience… Nous reviendrons pour chaque occasion à fêter parce que c est la bonne adresse pour la fête !!!!!!!

24/11/2024: Nous avons l habitude de ce restaurant l endroit tres sympathique. La cuisine est vraiment adaptée a notre gout. Suivant notre demande il nous fait epicé ou moins epicé. On a jamais été deçu meme pour le plat du jour avec le café compris. C est raisonnable donc je comprend pas les personnes qui critiquent la quantité d un plat et met tout le monde mal a l aise Pour nous c est parfait je recommande.

17/11/2024: Très déçus. Nous sommes restés sur notre faim. J'ai commandé un tarka dall cad des lentilles pour 12,50 euros . Dans un petit poêlon, il y avait peut-être 5 cuillères à soupe de lentilles. Goût assez fade. Sans accompagnement que le nan ( pain indien) à 5 euros que j'ai commandé. Mon mari avait le plat du jour un poulet tandori. Pas de saveur particulière. Beaucoup trop cher. J'aurais dû lire les avis car d'autres clients se plaignent des quantités insuffisantes servies.

18/09/2024: Working at ECOPOLIS, just above the restaurant, I often come for lunch with my husband or with colleagues... we enjoy it every time! We are always very well received and the service is impeccable! The Caesar salad is always a success (both on site and to be taken away by certain members of the team!!) but everything else is just as good! The terrace is super pleasant and the interior very nicely decorated! We also come to the “afterwork” events which are always very successful festive events! CONGRATULATIONS to the whole team and see you soon!

16/09/2024: I wasn't expecting a more self-catering restaurant but not at all, it's a restaurant with very neat decor and in the theme of the season. served with a smile and the salmon was excellent. I would come back for sure.

15/08/2024: A la fin d'une randonnée très arrosée , nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l'équipe du restaurant Lou San Jean . Service très rapide , une viande excellente,un rosé savoureux tout comme les desserts. Un rapport qualité/ prix imbatable . Je conseille sans réserve. Michel

16/08/2024: Superb address, a very efficient menu with good cooked products for unbeatable value for money! Located in a small pedestrian street, the place is very nice. A music group was present that day which made the evening even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is also very welcoming. Beef Tagliata (homemade fries) and Chocolate Moelleux for my part, I enjoyed it! I recommend this address 200%

05/12/2024: Mon Dieu, Quand on entre, déjà ça sent très fort le " graillon et la friture " .. pas agréable ! Expérience ultra décevante question nourriture : - frites complètement molles - cuisson demandée pour le boeuf : rosée. Mais la viande est pratiquement crue - le sel doit couter trop cher pour qu'il en soit mis dans le burger ( burgé ici ) Résultat c'est cher et totalement insipide, un vieux MacDo est hélas bien supérieur en goût à ce que propose Gros Fernand

08/07/2025: Last vacation restaurant: a kitchen nightmare! Dishes not up to scratch: small "royal" sea breams? Promised to weigh between 400 and 600g. Well, it's 400g (the waiter, shamelessly, brings us the vacuum-packed fish to prove they weigh their weight: So, apart from proving that for a fish restaurant, it's not fresh but comes from Metro or another industrial supplier, he shows us that they're small and nothing royal!!) Let's not even mention the promised breadcrumbs, which were forgotten, just like the starter!!! The ratatouille side dish was replaced with boiled vegetables and puffed potatoes, without warning either. In the end, the sea bream was served with breadcrumbs without the advertised anchovies and capers. Another huge disappointment. Faced with our displeasure, the waiter yelled at us that his sea bream was indeed royal! The worst excuses you could ever make!!! And the way he spoke to us was hardly worthy of a restaurant that claims to be high-end. If you want to eat well in a peaceful setting: Run away!!!!!!

07/07/2025: We ended up there by chance. We ate the catch of the day: something with tuna, a soup to start with, and a dessert I'd never heard of before. I've rarely eaten so well in my life. It was an absolute experience! It was one of the best dinners of my life 👍

23/06/2025: Having recently moved to Nice, I was recommended this restaurant. The welcome, the quality, and the quantity are all there. We had a pleasant time with a friendly waitress. I recommend it.

J'aime beaucoup le cadre, au milieu des chevaux, la cuisine est simple mais excellente, c'est familial, le patron est adorable et les prix ? je me demande comment ils font. Nous étions un Vendredi soir, il y avait donc un spectacle musical, j'habite à 10mn, aucun doute, j'y retournerai.

03/09/2024: Excellent Italian restaurant!!!! Between the view of the port of Villeneuve Loubet and the atmosphere of the Dolce Vita Italiana, you will have a very nice time! The cuisine is top notch (I recommend the squid) and the desserts are tempting. Excellent and smiling service. Important note, the restaurant won a national Italian show presented by Alessandro Borghese! If you want a good restaurant at Marina Baie des Anges, I highly recommend Villa Marina!!!

02/09/2024: We were probably unlucky to have a very chaotic evening with a concert next to the restaurant. Unfortunately, however, the menu was also far from our expectations, in all courses from the first courses to the muscles (too much butter and onions in the steamed muscles). There were 6 of us, unanimous opinion.
