22/07/2026: I dined at this restaurant for the first time last night with my wife. There were no tables available when I called, but the owner, D, kindly called me back 5 minutes later to tell me he had found us a table since we were coming from Monaco and had been recommended to dine there. A warm welcome, a lovely table with a view of the port, a clean restaurant with a simple and minimalist setting. We were quickly taken care of, with water and squid ink bread and homemade seaweed butter (I think)... a very good start! The menu isn't very extensive, but their strength is the catch of the day, offered three different ways of cooking, all homemade and cooked to order. We chose sea bream with a saffron and leek broth, which was extremely well-balanced, served with rouille and croutons. For dessert, we had beignets with their three homemade jams, red berries, and homemade whipped cream. What impressed me most on the sweet side was their pre-dessert: a small panna cotta with lemon and oyster sorbet. Believe me, the balance of the three flavors was fabulous. I'm a restaurant manager in Monaco and have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years, and I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant with a 10/10 rating! I had the pleasure of meeting the chef and his team, who were very friendly. Thank you again, and we'll see you very soon!

12/08/2026: Incredible dining experience! Such good appetizers. We took 2-3 dishes each and shared a little bit. In retrospect, we should have taken like one of each dish and shared. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere in the place was very cozy and nice.

05/08/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. The decor is nice and the waitresses seem friendly, but the service is truly deplorable. One Wednesday at lunchtime in August, when the restaurant was half empty, I was seated at the counter on a wobbly stool, crammed in with the other customers. After a 45-minute wait, my appetizer still hadn't arrived, while a white man, who had been seated 10 minutes after me, had already been served. After this wait, I was also refused a seat at a banquette table to work on my laptop. I decided to leave. The restaurant is therefore very poorly suited to remote workers who don't have three hours to spare: many restrictions, an interminable wait, and little consideration for customer comfort. I left frustrated, feeling like I'd had a bad experience, despite the pleasant setting.

25/07/2026: Unfortunately this meal was a bit of a mess. As one of the reviews below also pointed out. The service was very poor, particularly so for a Michelin starred restaurant. We decided to go for the three course tasting menu and we wanted a bottle of wine to go with it. We were told the sommelier would come over. No one came for a while, so we asked a waiter. The bottle he chose was over budget and different to what was described. He just picked the first bottle he saw on the page and provided an unrelated description. We also had numerous occasions where waiters lent over us to serve other tables, including once where my wife's hair was pulled by accident. Food Starter was shrimp with infused olive oil, the dish was nice, but the shrimp and tomato part of the dish were basically two different dishes that didn't really match up. Main was the catch of the day with pea coulis, the fish was excellently cooked, the highlight of the meal. The rest of the dish was a little bland, it lacked texture and flavour variation. Dessert was the chocolate symphonie, unfortunately the dish was one note and bland. Overall the food was disappointing and not the level we would have expected for a high class restaurant. Lastly the price, this meal was expensive, and given the poor service and average food, it was poor value for money. Ultimately, the meal was a bit of a disappointment, food was ok, but not great, cost was very high and the service was poor.

23/07/2026: I've been coming to this restaurant for over 50 years, and it just keeps getting better. Completely renovated inside. Always great products. The quality of the food is excellent, especially the fondue and the beef on the griddle, which is hand-cut into thick slices. The hakao spring rolls and lemongrass shrimp salad are superb. Very friendly service. Well done!

01/07/2026: The welcome was appalling; you feel like you're intruding as soon as you arrive. The hygiene is appalling; all four of us were sick for several days. In short, this place is to be avoided.

02/08/2026: Every snack looked fancy and tasty, and the shop had a lovely, elegant atmosphere. There were colourful treats like macarons, chocolates, and fruit based sweets - all beautifully presented and tempting.

20/07/2026: Disrespectful service: a haughty saleswoman takes forever to rearrange ice creams in a display case, turning her back on the customers without a word other than a "hello."

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Méditerranée restaurant. It's very well located, with a large, pleasant dining room and a lovely outdoor area perfect for al fresco dining. There were six of us, from children to adults, and everyone was delighted. The setting is beautiful and very welcoming. The meals were perfect: whether it was fish or beef, all our choices were excellent and well-prepared. The service was quick, efficient, and always with a smile. Special mention to the owner, who truly listens to his customers and is attentive to every detail. Thank you again for this wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

The prices are certainly high, but the quality of the dishes fully justifies the investment: each plate reveals a unique flavor, crafted with precision and finesse. The cocktails also stand out for their balance and creativity. The service is impeccable, with attentive, warm, and exceptionally professional waiters. A small complimentary aperitif at the start of the meal completes the welcome. The setting further enhances the charm of the experience: a beautiful garden, bisected by a canal, creates a peaceful and refined atmosphere. We didn't dine inside, but the space appeared equally elegant and refined. An ideal address for those seeking refined Italian cuisine, quality service, and an enchanting environment.

23/05/2026: A weekend visit to the Nice and Monte Carlo area and this hotel was a great find. Very quiet and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool and the breakfast were unbeatable.
