08/08/2026: When I come here on vacation, I usually eat at this restaurant twice, and this time the service was appalling. First, the wait was endless, then there was an incident, and finally, we were served the wrong pizza. I don't understand what's wrong with the service; it's a real shame.

11/07/2026: A very bad experience. I realized after paying that the burger, fries, and drink had been charged separately instead of being included in a meal deal, resulting in a higher bill than expected. When I went back to the register to ask for an explanation and a refund, I was met with a very unpleasant response, with no attempt at self-reflection. Furthermore, the drinks I received weren't even the ones we had ordered. Mistakes can happen, but this lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I do not recommend this establishment.

27/07/2026: It's a good place, but I'd advise against arriving around 1 p.m., as there's often not much choice left. A warmer welcome with a smile would be really appreciated. That said, it does the job perfectly well. Special mention goes to the Nîmes brioche with orange blossom, which is simply delicious!

13/06/2026: The best fougasse in Aigues-Mortes: soft, subtly flavored, and topped with crunchy sugar. Also try the focaccia served with various toppings. This place may not look like much, but everything is homemade by a baker with a native Italian accent. It sells out in just a few hours, such is the quality.

10/07/2026: The prices are good, 12-14€ for a pizza (there are at least 30 types), and it's not frequented by tourists.

09/07/2026: The best pizzas around, generously topped, good quality. I recommend the 40cm pizza, it's hard to finish! I've been disappointed for years.

11/07/2026: The setting is truly unique, with a very successful American vibe. However, it was far too hot on the bus, which made the meal a little less enjoyable. Regarding the service, the wait was particularly long: about an hour and fifteen minutes between our arrival and the arrival of our two burgers and fries. The ordering system is unusual, as you have to fill out an order form yourself (the price increases rapidly depending on the ingredients). Unfortunately, the waitress never came to collect it, and we ended up having to hand it in ourselves at the reception desk. Once the food was served, we were a little disappointed with how the steak was cooked. We ordered it rare, but it arrived well overcooked. Admittedly, the menu states that the cooking may vary because the steaks are fresh, but if you don't like your meat well-done, it's quite frustrating. Despite this, the meal was good overall, and the fries were truly excellent. A minor drawback was the dessert, which tasted frozen. A mixed experience: a very pleasant setting and generally good food, but the service was too slow and there were a few disappointments on the plate.

28/06/2026: The concept is nice, but the floor is dirty. The fries were brown, so I assume the oil was of poor quality. The hamburger bun was dry, and the dessert was also dry—certainly overcooked [1 nut-free brownie]. Having tried homemade brownies before, I know they're usually moist. When the owner told the cook the brownie wasn't tasty, he just shrugged. Having tried other similar concepts, both in France and elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend it. It's a shame because I'd wanted to try this restaurant for a long time.

13/06/2026: The savory dishes were decent, with a special mention for the generous, beautifully breaded veal escalope served with real homemade mashed potatoes. On the sweet side: This is where the meal becomes truly memorable. Don't leave without trying the triple chocolate cookie. Served warm (almost too warm for those with a sweet tooth), it's incredibly decadent and topped with absolutely incredible homemade whipped cream. Pure bliss. The atmosphere: The decor is pure, trendy, boho-chic. It's stylish, very "Instagrammable"—you either love it or hate it, but it's part of the place's charm.

12/06/2026: We got really good breakfast. Charming place with beautiful decor and friendly staff but also good quality of goods. It was pleasant in the morning and not full of noise and people.

21/07/2026: Quality products, friendly service. Perfect for a quick coffee first thing in the morning!

06/07/2026: Overprices and the coffee was bad. 4.50 euro for a small filter coffee that was lukewarm and I’ve had better flat white’s out of automatic machines; Espresso wasn’t properly extracted, coffee to milk ratio was wrong and the milk wasn’t properly steamed. They should take specialty coffee off their sign because it really wasn’t it. Coffee lovers best avoid.

11/10/2025: We’ve been here twice a week, and every time it’s an absolutely perfect dinner! The chef clearly knows what he’s doing — everything is cooked with love and passion. The tartare, beef, and gnocchi are simply outstanding. You can really feel the quality and care in every dish. The atmosphere is warm and homey. The chef, who is also the owner, creates a truly special experience. One of our favorite places — highly recommended
