25/07/2024: Magnificent pink Martini concert at the pinède jazz festival...even on the promenade you can sit and eat...there was space unlike other concert places
14/07/2024: We went to Jazz a Juan. Everything was super organized. There were also various games for children. Snack and drinks stalls. Plenty of clean toilets. Overall, a super relaxed, nice atmosphere. Actually just like you imagine Cote d'Azur and Provence.

15/09/2024: We ordered hot chocolates and she was surprised when we started eating the whipped cream because it must have been expired! And on top of that, the chocolate was barely warm (even the sugar didn't melt).. In short, we are very disappointed

27/08/2024: Good reception, the products such as meat or chicken are very good, the fries are excellent, a small downside on the garnish although fresh, not necessarily very qualitative. On the other hand the desserts are industrial and frozen we were not able to have what we wanted but an extra cookie was offered to us for the inconvenience

20/09/2024: This is our favorite place to dine directly on the beach. Fantastic food and a great staff. I had the Clam Pasta (homemade) with shaved bottarga. The aroma and taste…. magique. As far as service: My husband has special dietary restrictions and the staff went far and beyond to accommodate him.

07/09/2024: Dîner sur des chaises en plastique... Collés les uns aux autres... Payer des verres de vins au prix de la bouteille... Un filet de daurade avec une carotte glacée carbonisée pour 60 euros... C'est vraiment du foutage de.....
C'était ma dernière fois.

19/09/2024: I had a vegetarian pizza. The filling was quite generous. But I found the dough a little thick and the cheese indigestible. This pizzeria is more than average. I won't try the experience again.

25/09/2024: My wife and I had the most memorable meal in a long time at L'Ovale. They had a large party of tourists when we arrived. They seated us and asked us if we mind a short delay while they finished with that party. As it was our wedding anniversary, we were hoping for a longer dining experience, something we truly enjoy in Europe. When they learned it was our anniversary, they provided extras during our time there. They took the time to make sure our visit was truly special. They duck confit and cassoulet were excellent! At the end, they brought us profiteroles with sparklers and candles and sang to us! Thank you so much for the experience!
11/09/2024: Endroit sympathique, avec de bon produit et un tes bon foie gras, le coq au vin et les confits comme a Toulouse rien a dire , je reviendrais pour le cassoulet !

To be honest, it's something more luxurious than anything else. It's a family restaurant that seems to have quick service and smiling faces in an outdoor setting. I recommend it
24/08/2024: The guy who served us is really nice; however the food has no taste and portion of meat is very small. Also the Tajine chicken was basically a piece of tasteless chicken with some green beans which it was a first for me!! I had previously Moroccan food at some renowned restaurants in other countries and the food was great but this one has nothing to do with moroccan except probably the names. We ate all 3 dishes cause we were dying of hunger but honestly the taste was not there at all. 2 stars just cause I like the guy who served us the food.

13/08/2024: An unique experience to dine in a place serving as an open market until lunch time, turning into restaurants towards the evening. It was our first evening in Antibes and there were very few places available without having a reservation. We were pleased enough with the moules marinieres and chèvre chaud with fresh green salad and delicious vinaigrette which melted on your tongue accompanied by a glass och chilled Chardonnay. Ok dining with live music close by but the service wasn’t too attending and the bread wasn’t very fresh either.

04/09/2024: Ce petit établissement ne paye pas de mine mais la cuisine est plus savoureuse et moins grasse que celle de la plupart des restaurants asiatiques
Le personnel est accueillant
Après le choix de votre met, celui-ci est préparée dans la cuisine
Je retrouve le goût et la saveur d’une cuisine asiatique comme la faisait mes parents et grand-parents
Si je devais formuler une critique, celle-ci serait la suivante : préparer du nuoc mam avec du piment frais

11/03/2024: We just wanted to have a coffee on the terrace, but we were greeted with a distinct lack of enthusiasm. Despite the fact that the terrace was almost empty, the waiter seemed reluctant to serve us.
We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy he showed.
29/01/2024: We were very well received, the food is excellent, and the price is very reasonable :)
I definitely recommend this very friendly place, as well as its staff and the cleanliness of the place.

Ordered soupe thaï pimentée (crevettes) for 11€ and were very disappointed. The soup was very watery with sliced tomatoes with peel and didn't look appetizing and we didn't like it at all. The shrimps were hard or like rubber. No fresh herbs!
2.
Pasta with chicken didn't taste good either. Just dark salty sauce!
Not recommended!
One gets the impression that everything is mixed together from finished products.
17/08/2024: Excellent restaurant. The food is quality, well served and not too expensive. The owner is very welcoming!
