The first night on the 3rd floor, a noise that kept us awake was due to a malfunction in the air conditioning unit (the entire floor was affected), and all we got were apologies! Not even a gesture of goodwill! Furthermore, I left some clothes behind (rooms 340-344-346) and didn't even receive an email to let me know!

21/04/2026: We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel: the location was ideal, within walking distance of all the sights, and the sea was right outside. The view was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were newly renovated and very clean.

11/07/2025: Quality welcome, attentive service and delicious dishes. A special mention for the manager Mickaël who is certainly no stranger to such quality of service.

10/07/2025: Terminal 1, upstairs. Le bar, restaurant closed?? Pre made and heated onsite. Horrible for 28eur/dish.

14/05/2026: I’ve been there almost 3 years ago and my experience was very nice. Nothing to complain,, the room was clean and cute. I feel like going back there in the future everytime I see the pics. It is such a surprise for me to see some bad reviews because Greff was so responsive and even helped my when I said that I lost my glasses there. He contacted the neiborhood and my glasses suddendly reappeared where I left it forgotten. Well, It delivers what it promisses.

31/01/2026: I agree with the other comments. This establishment is clearly more interested in money than customer satisfaction. The food is very basic and predictable. The only positive point is its location, right in the city center. The professionalism of the staff is questionable, especially on the terrace, where respect for customers leaves much to be desired.

24/03/2026: Hello I'm writing a review, which isn't my usual practice, to share my experience. The food was very good and plentiful, BUT the service needs improvement. I called on Wednesday for a 7:30 pm reservation. Once I said 7:30 pm, I was told I had to leave at 9:10 pm for the second seating. I asked if I could call back within 5-10 minutes to confirm the time, as we were a group of 8. They said yes. I called back to say 9:15 pm, and they said okay. On Saturday, we arrived at 9:15 pm. The manager had the nerve to tell me the reservation was for 7:30 pm. I told him I had called back, and he said no. I never spoke to him directly; it was a woman. He even had the nerve to tell me, "Luckily, we're no longer in peak season, there's space available." Making remarks when they're the ones at fault due to a lack of communication between them is pointless. Being nonchalant when you're a restaurant owner is unacceptable. Furthermore, when it came time to pay the bill (since we were four couples, we split it four ways), they forced us to round up even though we didn't want to. It's a small detail, but when we're treated as if we were in the wrong when it's you who are, forcing us to round up for a tip is unacceptable. (I have a photo as proof, which I sent back since, according to them, I didn't.) Avoid this place; there are other restaurants in Isola 2000 with equally good food and a much better welcome.

19/02/2026: I asked if the shrimp curry was fresh, and the vendor said yes. When I got home, I discovered the shrimp were stinky. He must have thought we were tourists and wouldn't be coming back. The rice was sticky and dry.

05/04/2026: THE ABSOLUTE WORST reastruant I have ever eaten in my life I don’t normally write reviews ever but this deserves it I ordered a bacon burger witch was a ball of grease now I know bacon and burgers are greasy but this was shocking for €26 there was three hairs in my burger when I asked them to take it back they said no and said I most have out them there to get a free meal the hairs were grey and I don’t have grey hair my chips were said to be home made they were half frozen when they came to my table prices are extortionate from r everything disgraceful place should be shut for hygiene standards staff are rude bathrooms we’re disgusting got ran through multiple times by staff and they blaim it on me absolutely disgraceful AVOID AT EVERY COST

01/04/2026: The tartiflette was excellent, the lasagna a little less so but still very good. Lovely service. Chalet-style decor. We went two nights in a row.

02/05/2026: We've been coming to Menton for 20 years, and we try again every year. At this point, I think rudeness, even from almost all the employees, is the norm. They work so hard just for their position. A special mention goes to one of the girls who works there (the only one who speaks Italian) because she's very kind and tries to make up for the rudeness of the owner and her colleagues. 21/04/2026: The waitress was fantastic; we were a party of 17 adults and 9 children. She was very professional and handled the children very well. The meal was excellent, everything was delicious.

13/01/2026: Outrageous! I'd barely walked in at 8 a.m. when a cloud of cigarette smoke hit me in the throat; it was impossible to have breakfast in those conditions! Thank goodness Brioche Dorée allowed me to eat without being polluted!

10/01/2026: Whatever you do, don't buy any galettes des rois! Today we bought a king cake that was stale and a frangipane filling that wasn't almond but applesauce! And of course, nobody tells you that when you buy it. It's a disgrace for a chain like Paul to sell such low-quality products.

14/03/2026: Excellent as always! The renovation and insulation work completely changes the game, making it an even greater pleasure to eat in!

29/04/2026: Buckwheat pancakes were very nice! But be aware - if you ask for tap water (which they can’t refuse to give you if you order food/drinks in France) the waiter might give you a bottle of sparkling water to try to fool you ! A big bottle is 7,50 and tap water is always free (by law in France) !!

11/04/2026: Poorly cooked croque monsieur, exorbitant prices, wine at 12.50 that seemed to be mixed with water – tasteless! I do not recommend it at all.
