09/10/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this Subway in Sélestat. The staff is not welcoming at all; their tone is very curt and the atmosphere unpleasant. It's far from a warm and respectful welcome for customers. What particularly bothers me is the way a young employee is treated by his colleagues; I find their behavior very aggressive and mean towards him, and it's truly shocking to see. I sincerely hope that management will take these remarks seriously, because respect should be a priority, both towards customers and among colleagues.

04/10/2026: I came to eat with my partner. The owner was unpleasant and made it clear we were bothering him. No smile. I don't think I'll be back. Apart from that, the sandwiches were good.

17/09/2026: Unfortunately, we can't give it less... The service was incredibly slow... even though there was only one woman ahead of us who had barely ordered anything. When we got to the kiosk to pick up our order, the ice creams had already melted, so I politely asked the man to remake them given the wait for so little, since the McDonald's was empty. They remade the ice creams with practically nothing inside, hardly any toppings... AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, we found a hair in the McFlurry!!! We went on Thursday, September 17th, at around 9:40 PM, and a very unfriendly man with glasses served us the ice creams the second time. We don't know who made them the first time. We even got one of the two McFlurries back melted, just like before (as if it hadn't even been remade). Honestly, avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

12/09/2026: €10 for barely two sandwiches, half of which had filling spilling out... And there's always something wrong: the game is missing, the sauces are missing, the sandwiches are missing. It seems like it's done on purpose.

22/09/2026: When we arrived, the place was packed, but the line moved quickly. Then, five tables became available (yes, I counted them), and we still waited 40 minutes. Why? I don't know. The maître d' was talking and doing something else. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and it felt like an eternity to be served. The appetizers arrived at 10:36 PM, and the main courses at 11:00 PM. It took an entire hour for everything to arrive. And the funniest thing of all is that the people next to us ordered exactly the same thing, and it arrived the moment they ordered. I think the service is pretty bad, even though they have a lot of staff. However, there's always a silver lining, and the food is delicious, I won't deny it.

17/09/2026: Honestly, it's getting really annoying… mistakes with takeout orders happen way too often at this McDonald's. This time, I ordered 9 chunks. When I got home, I realized there were only 4 in the bag, even though it was clearly meant for 9. It can happen, okay, but it's getting really frustrating. So I went back to McDonald's to explain the problem. They finally gave me the missing nuggets, but the service… really unpleasant. It was almost like I was trying to get 5 extra nuggets and was lying. But honestly, considering the price of gas, I wouldn't have bothered going back to see them anyway. And to top it all off, part of the rest of the order was half cold. Mistakes happen, nobody's perfect. But when it happens regularly, and on top of that, when you come back to report the problem, you're practically accused of lying, it becomes really annoying. Perhaps they should review their order verification process and, above all, how they handle customer service when there's an error.

25/09/2026: It's a shame I can't give zero stars because I would have. I stopped by on a Friday at lunchtime and waited 40 minutes to be served, even though the children were going back to school, only to have the meal arrive completely cold. I had to ask for it to be reheated. I asked to have my son's baby food heated up, waited 15 minutes while they were ringing up customers (my baby was hungry and couldn't wait that long), asked to have it heated for 30 seconds, and they gave it to me scalding hot. It was impossible to feed him. There was no sauce, no children's toys. When we mentioned our problems to the manager, all she said was "I don't care" or "take my job," she had nothing to say. I understand the bad reviews; after a while, I can understand the staff shortage, but that's no excuse. I have other things to say, but I'll refrain. Just one person who was professional—it's a shame I don't know her name, but she'll recognize herself—thank you to her.

04/06/2026: The hotel is completely run-down and located in a noisy area next to an industrial park. The photos are misleading and border on fraudulent. Therefore, I cannot understand the other positive reviews. Even though we could no longer cancel, we left immediately and found somewhere else.

30/05/2026: The rooms were very old and poorly maintained! The air conditioning didn't work, and it was 30°C outside. No espresso at breakfast! And not even a discount on the bill! There were 10 of us… Quite noisy due to the proximity to the road.

24/09/2026: This McDonald's is a complete disaster! I ordered at 6 PM for two Happy Meals and one Maxi Double McChicken Gold. The drinks for all three meals arrived half empty, and the Gold Chicken, which was supposed to be a double, only had one patty. To top it all off, there was one car at the drive-thru, one for click and collect, and only two people in the dining area, while there were four or five in the kitchen. This fast food place is getting worse and worse; avoid it unless you're prepared to spend ten minutes after every order checking every single detail.

24/09/2026: Passing through Verniolle, the staff and welcome were remarkable, unlike my experience around 1 p.m. in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, which, I remind you, was the same chain.

14/10/2026: Hello, We came to your restaurant yesterday and placed a large order. To our great surprise, upon opening our Mac Deluxe, we discovered that there was simply no patty in the burger! It takes some doing to forget the main ingredient of a hamburger… What's most annoying is that this isn't the first time something has been missing from our orders. It's becoming truly unacceptable. We pay for a complete meal, not to have to check every single item hoping nothing is missing! Perhaps it's time to review your organization and perform at least some basic checks before handing out orders to customers. Mistakes happen, but when they occur repeatedly, it becomes a real lack of professionalism and respect for your customers. We pay for a complete order, so we have the right to receive what we ordered. These repeated bad experiences are making us want to spend our money elsewhere. I expect a response from you, as this situation is simply unacceptable.

03/10/2026: Hello, I am writing to you about a negative experience I had today at your McDonald's. Regarding the food, I have no complaints. However, I was very disappointed with the service. A young man spilled all my drinks on me while I was wearing white and had an appointment immediately afterward. What particularly disappointed me was that he didn't even offer to bring me napkins so I could clean myself up and wipe the table. He also didn't offer to replace the drinks he had spilled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I would have appreciated more consideration and attention to the situation after this incident. Therefore, I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with this experience.

13/09/2026: I ordered the new Gold Sauce meal deal, which included: a double McChicken, cheddar and bacon fries, and a medium Cherry Coke. The result: a large Coke (which was fine), fries with cheddar but no bacon, four nuggets, and a single double cheeseburger. I paid almost €14 for something I could have gotten for €10. Highly not recommended.

13/09/2026: Our order was very poorly prepared: an entire meal was missing (burger, fries, and drink), and there was no bacon in a cheeseburger. The staff were neither friendly nor smiling, and it seemed like they were all completely lost! Furthermore, compared to other McDonald's, the portion sizes were disastrous.

29/09/2026: Over an hour at the drive-thru when there weren't many people there... only to end up with unsalted fries instead of potato wedges. At some point, they need to realize the situation and close the drive-thru.

28/09/2026: Let's set the record straight because this place has a 3.4 rating, inflated by bots that look like they're 15-year-old kids and are all about being tasty and crunchy. The food is slow no matter how busy it is, the dining area isn't clean and the floor is slippery, and the card reader wasn't working at the kiosk or the register. The food is on par with McDonald's. 👌

27/09/2026: What can I say… From the staff's complete lack of greeting, to the disgusting trays with lettuce leaves still stuck to them, to the tables decorated with cigarette butts stuck in the umbrella holes, I'll only have very bad memories of this McDonald's! The toilets were deplorable, the nuggets were undercooked, and there were no fries for a McDonald's! Avoid at all costs… See photos. Too bad I'd already removed the sheet.

19/09/2026: Click and collect done at 8 PM, arrived at McDonald's at 8:10 PM. Still no order at 9 PM. Order given at 9:15 PM because I went to see them. Not a single gesture. Forgotten the toy from the kids' meal. Forgotten the sauce. Cold McDonald's...
