The food is truly excellent. The dishes are superb, well-cooked, beautifully presented, and above all, made with quality ingredients. It's flavorful, generous, and you can tell it's homemade with care.
The staff is top-notch, incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. You quickly feel at ease; they take great care of their customers, which is truly appreciated.
The atmosphere is relaxed and warm, perfect for a pleasant time, whether with family or friends. The service is quick, the portions are generous—nothing to complain about.
In short, a very good experience; I highly recommend it! 🔥👍

19/06/2026: We have been coming here for years. It has changed owners in the meantime. This takes some getting used to, as the previous owners felt familiar. The food is good and too much (for us). We no longer order a starter these days.
27/05/2026: We've been to this restaurant twice in three years, unintentionally. It has fairly long opening hours, which is convenient when you're sightseeing. The waitress was very friendly.

The mango trompe l'oeil was a delightful discovery and absolutely delicious.
The Nutella crepes were very generous and delicious.

10/08/2026: We ate there on a Monday evening, and it was incredibly long! Really long! We were completely exhausted by the end. And the meal wasn't anything special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the trip. A bit disappointed.

The food was well-prepared.
The homemade whipped cream was excellent.
Excellent value for money.

02/07/2026: Super friendly staff! Yesterday we wanted to eat and were desperately searching for a restaurant that was still serving despite the late hour. And then, the gentleman told us, "I've just finished chopping everything in the kitchen, but if you'd like, I can make you two pizzas to go!" I thought that was really nice. The pizzas are good, we live nearby, we'll definitely be back!! Thank you so much to the very friendly team

26/07/2026: Over an hour to get a burger is unacceptable!! I didn't see any orders leave the kitchen for over 30 minutes, and they only serve drinks... it's a joke. Two tables have already left and others have cancelled their desserts because the wait is so long... Avoid this place at all costs if you want to eat within 40 minutes.

19/06/2026: We came shortly before lunchbreak, but the chef did his absolute best to make us lunch. We sat in a corner in the back with beautiful plants smelling wonderful and the food was delicious. The burger and the Caesars salad- just great!

31/07/2026: I've been a regular customer for years; the price/quality ratio is good, and the welcome is always warm and pleasant.
A few drawbacks: unpleasant sewer smells (sink, toilet?), sometimes unreliable Wi-Fi connection, and poor reception of digital terrestrial television channels.
30/07/2026: We had a wonderful time enjoying our stay at the Olydia Neptune, which is well-located and has a lovely sea view.
It's conveniently located near everything.
The rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and spotlessly clean.
We also want to thank the receptionist, Patricia, whose ever-present smile and kindness never left her face.

24/07/2026: Nice atmosphere and lovely decor. You can eat inside or on the terrace. The food is very good and the staff very friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but that's normal in high season. There are options for vegetarians (vegetarian cassoulet). There's also an affordable "actor's menu."
I ate there with a friend. She had the cassoulet. She liked it. I recommend it.

For me, the best in Carcassonne. Unbeatable quality/price ratio, top-quality ingredients, and satisfying food. Honestly, the burger was FANTASTIC! Thank you for the warm welcome and especially for the delicious food. 🫶
