03/08/2026: As a regular customer of this fast food restaurant, I'm increasingly disappointed. Orders used to be perfectly executed, but lately, there's always something missing, and today we were completely forgotten at the drive-thru after paying, waiting for our order. The employee finally came after almost 10 minutes: "Sorry sir, we forgot about you." I don't know what's been going on lately, but I think the management needs to be reviewed because this fast food place is going downhill. Quite disappointed these last two months...

01/08/2026: We had a wonderful meal; all our plates were empty, and everything we ordered was homemade. The service was excellent! And the value for money was fantastic! We'll definitely be back! The setting is lovely and very quiet. I should mention that all the servers were friendly and welcoming, which is becoming increasingly rare in other restaurants.

06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? 10/07/2025: Great grill restaurant, very generous on the tapenade portions but not so much on the grilled dishes. It lacks a little grilling tutorial for people who don't know how to cook, like photos of how long you should let certain shellfish cook, etc.

09/07/2025: A restaurant that passes when you're hungry, but honestly, the mussels marinière... very disappointed, you can tell they're not fresh, 3 tons of dehydrated parsley, not to mention the frozen garlic... the mussels are crispy... in short, a tourist restaurant.

29/07/2026: An excellent restaurant that we always return to with pleasure. The service is impeccable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. If you have to wait, enjoy the waterfront terrace and savor an aperitif: a magnificent setting that sets the tone for the evening.

26/07/2026: Basically, it started raining while we were inside, having just ordered crepes and drinks for dinner (2 adults, 2 children aged 5 and 3, and a dog). A waitress told us that her boss was asking us to leave because he needed to seat his customers who were eating in the restaurant area inside. I confronted the supposed owner. He told me to understand the situation. Why didn't he just throw us out?!? And then he left… We had been there before and were satisfied. We won't be back. His dining room is large; he could have found other options. My response to this gentleman: So there were four of us, not two. We had been outside for 10 minutes before the rain. We were seated inside at your LARGE table when it started to drizzle. Or you could have seated other people with us… Please refrain from lying. I told my children that this wasn't right. You must have missed that step. If you're unsure of the exact details, please find out beforehand. Regards.

20/07/2026: An absolutely perfect experience! The setting is magnificent, with a view and ambiance that immediately invite relaxation. The dishes were simply exquisite, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. Each plate was a true delight. The staff is lovely, always smiling, and incredibly attentive from beginning to end. Special mention goes to the welcome extended to our dog: dogs are welcome, and the staff were incredibly kind to her. Between the exceptional quality of the food, the warm atmosphere, and this wonderful setting, La Paillote Del Mar is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: The presentation makes you want to buy everything! After a warm welcome, we were tempted by four different specialties to enjoy over the weekend: fideuà, squid Provençal style, stuffed squid, and meatballs. My opinion is rather mixed. The squid Provençal style is a real gem: a true delight! The fideuà is also very good, although I would have appreciated one more shrimp per person. The monkfish adds a texture that, personally, didn't completely win me over. The meatballs (I can't remember their name), advertised as a mixture of pork and beef, seemed to me to be made primarily of pork. However, the sauce is excellent. Finally, the stuffed squid becomes rather cloying quite quickly. In my opinion, they would benefit from being prepared with a little less stuffing to achieve a better balance of flavors. Overall, a great discovery with quality products and a very pleasant welcome.

26/04/2026: A 3-star hotel with excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. We had a magnificent sea view! However, the soundproofing could be improved (hence the 4-star rating). The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was perfect (buffet with sweet and savory items, including homemade products). We didn't dine in the restaurant, but the dining room is very elegant, also offers a superb sea view, and the menu is enticing. We will definitely dine there next time! As this establishment is certified as bike-friendly, we were able to park our bikes securely, which was very convenient, but I must say that the underground storage area was not very easy to access.
