29/11/2024: Une belle petite soirée en semaine, accueil très sympathique, très bons conseils . Nous nous sommes régalés avec le cassoulet royal.
Même les produits achetés sur place se sont révélés très bons les jours suivants . Nous recommandons vivement.

16/10/2024: Cadre agréable, plats d'excellente qualité, bien cuisinés et originaux, l'accueil chaleureux. Mais la 1° fonction d'un restaurant est de nourrir et là, nous sommes restés sur… notre faim ! Le carpaccio aurait pu, au moins, être accompagné d'une salade, le poisson par plus que 3 cuillerées à soupe de purée. C'est cher pour une quantité riquiqui.

La serveuse était a peu près sympathique c'est un point positif.
Le repas pas de bonne qualité et pas vraiment bon.
L'un de nous a demandé s'il pouvait avoir une assiette de Fish and chips sans menu
On nous a répondu aucun soucis
Le plat n'était vraiment pas bon du tout et l'or de l'addition la patronne a refusé de ne compter que l'assiette car soit disant elle n'avait pas la touche j'ai eu beau lui dire que nous avions demandé avant de commander et que cela avait été accepté elle nous a tout de même compté un menu complet pour cette simple assiette
J'appelle cela du vol ....
Nous ne reviendrons pas

01/09/2024: Taken for home delivery. Two bottles of pink instead of white. Nothing serious so far. Ask for more merguez, that's ok but I asked for an extra egg and I'm still looking for it... 1.70 euros per egg hurts. On the other hand, the service is great and always fast. I tried to call them to tell them but no answer. 4 calls between 9:38 p.m. and 10:10 p.m.

08/09/2024: A real discovery!! While passing through Rustiques we stopped for lunch in this restaurant on the advice of friends.
We were not disappointed...
Homemade food, warm welcome... We will return..

23/08/2024: Un accueil très agréable et convivial… le choix entre une salle très authentique (une belle cheminée qui donne l’envie de revenir à l’automne), un patio abrité du vent.. ou une terrasse permettant d’admirer le sunset sur les Corbières!
Et la carte! Des cuissons au feu de bois qui méritent à elles seules le - petit - détour de l’autoroute A61 (et en plus, on évite les bouchons!)

18/01/2025: Old restaurant, too bad, the squid fritters were very good served with a homemade aioli, the lasagna was very good, the blue steak instead of rare, it would be better cooked a la plancha.
The pancakes are good but not cooked enough, too bad.
The restaurant needs to be refreshed, dated but clean.
Too bad because the prices are attractive.
Good value for money.

Le petit déjeuner est parfait, de qualité. Le service est impeccable, le cadre très agréable, une excellent adresse, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

10/07/2025: In our three-week trip through France, this restaurant stands out as having the absolute best service, no question. Staff were very attentive, and got the timing of the meal exactly right- not too rushed, not too long. The food was also great- the “menu for 21€” provides three delicious courses for excellent value. C’est top!
03/07/2025: Great restaurant with super friendly staff! The food was incredibly delicious and the set menu was absolutely affordable! The local cuisine blew us away!

18/12/2024: The cuisine was very good, we opted for the party menu, which was a treat, but the service is worth seeing again. We also regret that the Fontfroide wines are no longer represented in the restaurant, knowing that we are in the middle of the abbey in a setting Magnificent
14/12/2024: Rather disappointed! Group meal planned for 70 people including 2 no-shows (case of force majeure) we paid for 69 people. Only one person was the subject of a commercial gesture...& rigid reasoning not very credible... especially since 2 years ago for 6 defections we had no extra!!! Decent meal without more…
