14/02/2026: Very disappointed with our Valentine's Day meal. We were having drinks, and our main course was served very quickly. The red meat was cooked even though I had asked for it well-done. I ordered a small salad with my meat, a flaky, plain salad that cost me €3. The staff were very friendly. But the cooking was disgusting...avoid at all costs!

22/03/2026: Just like home... Located on the outskirts of Varetz, in Burg, opposite the JS Auto garage. A lovely and excellent spot with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere... The meal is served buffet-style, with appetizers, main courses, cheeses, and desserts, all very well cooked and prepared with great care, as well as a fire pit just waiting to be used! We went there Saturday evening, and, like all the other guests, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The person who greeted us was charming. The host is very professional, and his humor perfectly complements his good cheer! There is a very good and well-chosen selection on the buffet, and no complaints would be justified, both in terms of quality and quantity... The beer and coffee are also very good. During the meal, rhythmic music plays in just the right amount so as not to disrupt the enjoyment of the feast. It was a very good experience, and for a very reasonable price, which definitely deserves to be mentioned! I will give you a very positive review and thank you again for this lovely evening!

15/03/2026: A pleasant place with a friendly welcome, the food is homemade, of excellent quality, and the selection is quite good. Everything you'd expect from a country restaurant; whether with family or alone, you'll enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price.

22/03/2026: I ordered their new cheddar lover burger. I was promised a burger dipped in cheddar, but in reality, I received a burger with almost no cheddar. Having asked for it medium-rare, I received a well-done steak. We also ordered chorizo ​​rice, which, judging by the quality of the overcooked rice, seemed to have been forgotten under the heat lamp. We also ordered a steakhouse salad; we were supposed to get a soft-boiled egg, but it was hard-boiled, and there wasn't enough salad for the price. Afterwards, we ordered a "café gourmand," which resulted in a cold, burnt, industrial-looking crème brûlée; a tiramisu with virtually no mascarpone cream; a crumble that was barely hanging on in its container with three crumbled biscuits—it wasn't a crumble at all, but rather an apple salad with a few biscuit pieces on top; an okay chocolate mousse; and another dessert we didn't recognize, but the cream was poorly executed and prominent. We also ordered a rocket ice cream and the game we had to ask for because it was forgotten. Despite the service and atmosphere, which could be improved, we were still quite full after our visit. I wanted to commend Illuna for her excellent service. The photos below accurately represent the actual dish and the one we expected.

The location under the entrance hall allows you to observe the locals: tourists and locals often laden with bargains, discovered in the shops lining the center. It's a fantastic experience!! 👌

28/09/2025: We stayed in a superior caravan in mid-September. It was very clean and fully equipped, especially in the kitchen area. The location was exceptionally quiet. It was lovely to sit outside under the canopy in the evenings. The only downside to this caravan, in my opinion, was the quality of the beds in the second bedroom. The quality in the "master" bedroom was good. The nearby beach is quiet, but has sharp pebbles. There are many sandy beaches in the area, all within a short drive.
