13/03/2026: We booked for the evening, and the experience began with a ride up in a snow groomer under a magnificent starry sky—already a magical moment. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome with a plate of appetizers and a glass of raspberry prosecco. Then, we enjoyed an excellent raclette, followed by a homemade dessert and a small glass of génépi liqueur to finish the meal. The return trip in the snow groomer was the perfect ending to this timeless evening. Excellent evening, warm welcome, and delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

03/03/2026: Because in life you always need a goal, for me (on snowshoes) and Madonna (on foot) it's the Pegueiou and its sausage! Because after the effort comes the reward with a team that takes such good care of you. Thank you all and we'll be back on Thursday!

10/03/2026: I pushed open the door and what a discovery! A cozy atmosphere that finally puts you in a good mood. The owner, Sandy, gives a warm welcome; she's a real character, giving the place a Commedia dell'Arte feel. A nice menu with choices of pasta, meat, and pizzas, and to finish, an excellent chocolate mousse just like Grandma used to make. So do as I did, push open the door; you'll have a wonderful time and you'll be back.

He took the time to serve us without ever rushing us, always with a smile. The crepes were delicious, generously filled, and prepared with care. 07/10/2025: We came here by chance on Sunday. We were looking for a restaurant in Salbris. What a joy to walk through the door. We were afraid we'd stumble upon a cliché of the competitor with the big horns. Not so! The fire in the middle of the room brings a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our grandparents' home. Cooking right before our eyes over a wood fire is a real plus. The quality of the products is indisputable, whether it's the traditional andouillettes, Troyes sausages, traditional sausages, or braised ham. A real treat. The sweet touch of the meal is not the least. The coulant, ile flottante, and baba, not to mention the exquisitely flavored traditional ice creams, will leave you speechless. The welcome is very pleasant. The managers are very friendly and don't hesitate to chat 😉. You've found new loyal customers when we return to Salbris. See you soon

It's a shame she's not staying. 🫤 I had meat, and it was very tender. I recommend this restaurant; I go there regularly.
