19/04/2026: Coming from another region, I chose this restaurant for lunch during our stopover to break up our journey. I had seen that there was a safe play area for children, which is what made it stand out from the others. I was very disappointed upon arrival because the restaurant is right next to the road; there are indeed grassy areas around it, but no barriers or fences, so it was impossible to let the children go there unsupervised without any danger. The atmosphere is nice, the decor is pleasant, and the place is pleasant. The food is good. A big disappointment was the fries, which were very underwhelming (even the children didn't like them). The meat for the adults was good and cooked as requested, but we had asked for medium-rare for our children and were given rare. The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is friendly (they forgot the coffee, but that happens). I really liked the option to book online; it's very convenient. So, overall, my experience was mixed.

17/04/2026: We're on holiday in the Ardèche region, and we discovered this restaurant after visiting the Crocodile Farm. It was fantastic! The service was quick and efficient, even though it was very busy. The whole team was friendly and welcoming. We went back a second time because we really enjoyed it. The grassy area is perfect for children too. I highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, just like home, with quality dishes and a warm welcome. Thank you to the chefs! Very good, even if one of them had a minor issue. Finding a rum baba for €5.50 with rum included! And the cherry on top is the complimentary small glass of rum. Thank you to the team. It's now April 25, 2026, and we're returning to this restaurant. Nothing has changed: a great atmosphere, like being with family, and the food is pure bliss. Try the duck breast cooked in the traditional style (a real treat). See the photos. 21/04/2026: Okay, but a few missteps. I went with a client, without a reservation. We easily found a seat in the large upstairs room, although the limited space made business conversations a bit difficult – to be expected in this type of establishment. The staff was friendly, but one detail spoiled the experience: our dishes were switched when we ordered. They realized it, took the dishes back under the pretext of an "order error"... only to serve them again two minutes later, still a false claim, without explanation or apology. A shame, because we would have readily accepted the mistake as it was. In total: €90 for two tartares (one of which was 300g), sparkling water, and two gourmet coffees. The prices are in line with the market, but it's still surprising!

09/04/2026: I really love this place where the food is homemade. It's truly delicious, bursting with flavor. The service is perfect, attentive, and discreet. The setting is beautiful and clean (restrooms are fine), and the terrace, shaded by wisteria, is very pleasant.

As soon as we finish our meal, our plates are cleared away, and we're served with a smile. The waiters and waitresses think of everything and are incredibly responsive. The food is excellent and very good value for money. We'll be back again and again! Thank you to the whole team!

29/04/2026: April 2026 Update: My experience was much better than the previous one. I was very well received by the staff, served quickly, and everything went smoothly. I have just adjusted my rating accordingly. Disastrous experience. 20 minutes to place an order and over an hour's wait... without being served! We left the restaurant. Before leaving, the waitress apologized but informed us: "We will cancel your order as it wasn't yet in the kitchen." Even after an hour, the order still hadn't arrived in the kitchen!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!
