01/08/2026: We dealt with Sandrine and Sacha. A very pleasant welcome and impeccable service. Just one minor point about the quality of the flank steak. It was very sinewy and not pleasant to eat. Otherwise, no complaints. We will gladly return.

01/08/2026: The service was excellent. They are very happy and welcoming. They even have a special dish for someone birthday and the staff came out and sang happy birthday for my sister. Extra shout out to our server Lilas, she was really kind. Definitely a highly recommended restaurant if you're in the neighbourhood.

14/08/2026: The meat was good quality and the wood-fired cooking was excellent, but unfortunately, the side dishes were ridiculously small for the price. There were no fries because the fryer was broken, but any good restaurant finds workarounds, whereas here, we only got a vegetable skewer. I think we were served by students, but the service briefing must have been poor. It was very complicated: no water or wine refills, and the bread arrived halfway through dinner because "it was still frozen"... We had a reservation for 7:30 pm. How can the start of service have so many hiccups? In short, I used to go there often, but this time I was very disappointed. What a shame.

25/08/2026: Having been here before, I can say the restaurant is a mere shadow of its former self. The service was friendly but completely disorganized. In fact, a couple behind us left, probably finding the wait too long. The aperitif was a warm, flat, sparkling white wine without peanuts, which I had to ask for twice. It was eventually changed, but it didn't bode well for the rest of the meal. The starter was a very good chicken terrine, but not as described on the menu. I ordered a 400-gram hanger steak, but the side dish and "shallot sauce" were clearly meant for a 220-gram portion... the caponata had the consistency of mush... I think a staff training program is essential at all levels. Still, it came to 96 euros with wine and aperitif.

22/08/2026: We sometimes stop here when we're in Nantes, and we're generally satisfied. However, in the "children's menu," the lasagnas are the size of a credit card and there's hardly any Bolognese sauce inside. It's supposed to be a menu for children up to 10 years old, but it's more like a tiny portion. So avoid it if you have a child with a normal appetite, and especially if they have a big appetite or if lasagna is their favorite dish; they'll be disappointed 😕

02/08/2026: The food is good, I must admit, but I suspect the burger patties are frozen, which I find disappointing. Furthermore, in an almost empty dining room, the waiter seated us right next to the only occupied table, which wasn't very comfortable. The music was too loud and didn't add much to the atmosphere, which is also a shame. To top it all off, the waiters' boisterous conversations were inappropriate in my opinion, as they loudly discussed divisive topics and customers, not to mention shouting to their colleagues across the room. It's a pity; I had heard good things about this establishment. I'm disappointed and won't be returning.

23/08/2026: A well-known restaurant that's worth a stop during your motorway journey. The welcome is very friendly and the cassoulet is exactly what you'd expect from a top-notch establishment. The prices are reasonable.

23/08/2026: For many years, we'd wanted to stop here to enjoy a proper cassoulet. Friendly welcome at the entrance, but the staff were too rushed, the service felt like an assembly line. But hey, they have to make money, that's understandable. My cassoulet was very good, although I found it slightly too peppery. My husband loved it. Plan a nap before hitting the road again 🤣 A very generous portion of cassoulet.

26/07/2026: For the price, I don't find the burgers worth it. It's worth noting that we felt like we were bothering the waitress from beginning to end.

20/07/2026: First visit and I'm scared. The food looks good and the restaurant isn't empty, so I'm reassured that I'm not sick 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 but wow, the toilets 🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮 One was out of order with the toilet running continuously, but above all, the smell was awful.

18/08/2026: Great family restaurant. The kids had a great time and the food was tasty and good value for money. Staff really looked after us and made us welcome, the children were delighted to meet Bizcoto.

17/08/2026: There were two of us. We were seated on the terrace. Everything was fine. But we waited over 20 minutes for our order to be taken. We received our tapas without the aperitif, which we certainly wouldn't have received if I hadn't asked for it. Then, I think we could have had two aperitifs before our main courses. I ordered the mixed duo, and the chicken drumsticks weren't cooked. I mentioned it to the waiter, but I didn't get a response. So, all things considered, I think it was overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend this Buffalo Grill.

06/08/2026: Absolutely avoid this place!!! If you go through the kiosk and the ticket doesn't print, make sure you have the ticket, otherwise they'll treat you like a fool and humiliate you. I advise you to hire competent, kind, smiling, and ABOVE ALL, polite people! Personally, I'm going to avoid this Burger King.
