08/09/2024: We had dinner the evening of the 10th night of the gardens and it was really very good. Spritz Vendéen very good. Excellent and hearty sea sauerkraut. Delicious caramel profiteroles.

We men opted for a prime rib to share and then Thor's Hammer!!! A 1.5 kg shank cooked at low temperature for 7 hours for a delicious result!!
When the hammer arrives, the waiter hits the plate holding it by the bone and the meat comes off!!!
With the Gueuleton sauce which goes well.
Very good selection of wines and champagne (logical given the region).
The servers were super friendly, answered all our questions.
We even made friends with a neighboring table and started drinking together and singing along to the magnificent playlist that accompanied us throughout the meal!!
26/01/2025: A restaurant that lives up to the reputation of the 'gueuleton': incredible! We had a great time, special attention and perfect for a birthday, friendly atmosphere, very good food! In short, we will come back!!

21/09/2024: Une adresse que je vous conseille fortement. Tout est dépaysement du début à la fin de votre repas. Une décoration soignée, un accueil chaleureux, et que dire du repas qui est excellent et copieu. Un couscous royal digne de ce nom. Et finir avec des pâtisseries orientales.
De plus, le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins.
N'hésitez plus et venez découvrir ce restaurant.

15/09/2024: We went for lunch. My partner had a tuna steak which was delicious and I had mussels and fries with blue cheese which was also delicious. In addition, a very beautiful terrace as background music with very beautiful music to create a pleasant atmosphere. The waitress was very nice. Congratulations to the whole team and the owner.
We are going back tomorrow evening before leaving this wonderful island.

23/09/2024: Peu vraiment mieux faire. Buffet d'entrées : 5 malheureux bols de légumes (tomates cerises, carottes râpées, concombre, betteraves, p de t), 1 petit plat de hareng, 1 petit Saladier salade lentilles et quelques tranches de charcuterie. Un peu léger pour 9,50 € ou 13,50 si seul. La viande est bonne mais on regrette que les frites ne soient pas faites maison. Repas pour 2 buffet entrées et 1 plat sans boisson, ni essert et ni café 52 €. Cher pour un déjeuner.
Je regrette également la présence nombreuses de toiles d'araignée un peu partout.
Par contre l'accueil est agréable.
