26/11/2025: The apartment is very well located and pleasant, but the common areas leave something to be desired. This may be due to the fact that we came off-season, when everything is closed.

15/09/2025: The building is a bit run-down, which is reflected in the apartments, at least in ours: the air conditioning in our room was broken (it was leaking!), and it wasn't repaired because the technician was on vacation. There was no "discount" on the price, and it was fortunate that it wasn't too hot. The apartment was poorly designed for our current needs. Good luck if there are four of us and not just two like us: the sink is too small, and the coffee machine needs to be placed on the sink. Poorly designed, I was saying... Great staff, good communication, but maybe not enough autonomy? In short, the price in September was reasonable, but don't expect too much. Last negative: no private parking, which can be difficult to carry luggage around. Public parking, but a 3-hour blue disc during the summer season. Big plus: the proximity to the sea!!

28/02/2026: Caesar salad at €15.90: a plate consisting almost entirely of lettuce with a few pieces of chicken… and as a bonus, a mosquito and a hair in the dish. At that price, you'd expect a minimum level of quality and, above all, hygiene. These things happen, I didn't say anything. But when the desserts arrived… They weren't any better; none of them were really good. OPHÉLIE, our waitress, was kind and pleasant. However, when we pointed out the problems at the end of the meal, STELLA was very unpleasant and unprofessional. A little listening, or simply an apology, or even a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end.

30/01/2025: The old Lille institution pubstore is a real journey through time, as much for its decor as for the music or the play on words that name the dishes (I love it)!!! The cuisine is tasty, based on fresh, quality products, we had a great time 😋. The only downside was that the waitress was particularly unpleasant and apparently annoyed at serving our group on this weekday evening when the restaurant was almost empty… She gets the bill wrong and angrily asks us: we're going to have to pay the difference!! It’s completely normal, but there are ways to say it, especially when the mistake is on your part… I still recommend the establishment, but the service is part of the service, pay attention 😉

21/02/2026: Fantastic evening with the Johnny Gallagher concert, great atmosphere. The Boss also sings, and very well, definitely worth doing again 👍. The waiters and waitresses are wonderful and full of good cheer, which they share 👍. A small suggestion: it would be great to have a nice cold non-alcoholic beer on tap 🍻

20/01/2026: We went to Lyon to try La Belle Aurore's Oreiller. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The service at the shop was perfect.

15/01/2026: I bought the cushion, which was excellent. However, the welcome and service were disastrous, the saleswomen were unpleasant, and the prices… too high. I advise you to avoid this place if you value hospitality and your wallet.

26/02/2026: Disappointed. Upon arrival, the welcome was quick, so far so good, but then again, it was 6:45 PM. We were seated close together to avoid chewing too much, no big deal, but noted. I looked for the restrooms and went towards the games room, where I found an employee asleep, lying down in the corner. Going up the stairs to the restrooms, the floor was sticky to my shoes, which spoke volumes. I didn't dare go into the kitchen. I finally sat down and found a mixture of dust and crumbs, as well as a wad of paper right next to my table in the partition separating the tables. "You'll have an aperitif while you choose," yes. We only had 10 minutes to choose, and our food arrived within 10 minutes. We didn't have time to drink the aperitif, so I ate it with our food. To top it all off, the music was too loud. In short, we're at McDonald's.

26/02/2026: It's Buffalo Grill, just like everywhere else in France. Plus, the staff are super friendly and attentive to customers.

30/12/2025: The reception from the woman at the bar was icy... she's a shady character. €2 for a coffee, no greeting, no receipt. Avoid at all costs.

19/09/2025: We had dinner there one evening and frankly, it was a pleasant surprise. Excellent grilled fish, perfect wood-fired prawns with a good sauce, all accompanied by rice and a mixed salad. Pleasant server. We enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

26/06/2025: Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Allauch, Le Salon Provençal is a true gem! The welcome is warm, the atmosphere is typically Provençal, and the shaded terrace invites you to relax. The homemade ice cream is a delight, and the attentive service adds to the experience. A wonderful place to savor a peaceful moment just a stone's throw from the hills of Pagnol. We'll gladly return!

24/06/2025: Like every year, we came to the village of Allauch to spend the evening of the Fête de la Musique and explore the night market. We spent the evening at the Salon Provencal... the charcuterie board and panisse on offer were excellent... the staff is always very welcoming and the atmosphere is fantastic. Thank you!
