Entered the restaurant at 9 p.m. left at 9:45 p.m.!
The server only addresses Sir, I'm non-existent... in 2024 we love it!
we are a couple, the restaurant is almost empty, but we are placed in the middle of a family with a child who never stops crying.
The dish was brought to us 5 minutes after the aperitif, we didn't even have time to start it... aperitif served with popcorn topped with caramel!
in terms of cooking nothing is right... I ask for rare it comes well cooked.
The waitress screaming across the room where the toilets are...
We don't even prefer to have dessert and run away!

Bruyant : le concept de la cloche et du "Personnel, Merci!!" pour les pourboires est insupportable! Concept à revoir.
Service trop long...
Bref, c'était la dernière fois.
08/09/2024: The meat is good and certainly of a certain quality, the restaurant is welcoming and decorated in a theme and the service was very fast and kind. Recommended for a good dinner if you are passing through the area

Good value for money.
24/08/2024: An ideal location close to the old quarter, a friendly welcome, renovated, very comfortable rooms, for a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? An excellent address in Lavaur.
