31/07/2026: I've been a regular customer for years; the price/quality ratio is good, and the welcome is always warm and pleasant. A few drawbacks: unpleasant sewer smells (sink, toilet?), sometimes unreliable Wi-Fi connection, and poor reception of digital terrestrial television channels.

30/07/2026: We had a wonderful time enjoying our stay at the Olydia Neptune, which is well-located and has a lovely sea view. It's conveniently located near everything. The rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, and spotlessly clean. We also want to thank the receptionist, Patricia, whose ever-present smile and kindness never left her face. Thank you all.

18/07/2026: I don't like posting negative reviews about restaurants, but the disappointment is real. Our visit to the Hippopotamus in Créteil last week was our last. The customer service, order taking, and overall service were far too slow. We arrived at 1 p.m. and didn't leave until 3 p.m., and it wasn't because the food was good—quite the opposite. The portions became ridiculously small compared to the price we ordered (even when ordering à la carte). We all asked for our meat to be cooked rare, but ours arrived medium-well. The hamburger on my order was even partially black. We didn't ask to exchange our meat because we had already waited long enough. So we ate it without any enjoyment. We paid and left quickly so as not to miss our movie. The waitress didn't even say a word to ask if everything was alright. I think they know that overall things aren't going well... It's a real shame because we loved this chain when we first discovered it in Paris 20 years ago. Hippopotamus isn't what it used to be. (Value for money, service, friendly atmosphere) PS: My daughter, who ordered a children's meal, didn't receive the little gift that was supposed to be included.

23/08/2026: Fantastic welcome, fantastic service, a restaurant worth knowing about, a restaurant you'll enjoy discovering, a restaurant you'll want to return to. Our little treats are the kidney and our Dame Blanche and Dame Noire. Everyone there is friendly and professional. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy a delicious meal, and you go there with great anticipation and, of course, pleasure. Don't hesitate...

15/08/2026: Not pleasant at all. The meal was very mediocre. I don't recommend the kidneys, and the gratin was worthy of a low-end restaurant. They even had the nerve to talk down to my wife when she asked if they had milk other than semi-skimmed for her coffee, since she can't digest it. I recommend the small restaurant on the main street, Restaurant de la Bruche, instead. Very nice and friendly.

23/08/2026: Avoid at all costs... The establishment has changed management. Ignore the old reviews. We had a good laugh, but we're still wondering if it wasn't a hidden camera prank.

18/07/2026: We arrived on July 18th, after a long drive to the café on the Cours, which serves relatively late, unlike other restaurants. We had a wonderful meal! The chicken curry skewers were perfectly cooked and seasoned, neither too much nor too little. The side dish was fries, but the real highlight was a kind of tomato confit with caramelized onions—simply divine! My daughter had tagliatelle with Roquefort cheese. The portion was reasonable, not overloaded with cream, just the right amount, perfectly balanced. For dessert, I savored the homemade nougat glacé: smooth, creamy, crunchy, with pistachio and other flavors—little wonders to surprise your taste buds. This bistro is a delightful discovery, completely unexpected and comforting.

11/06/2026: June 2026. If it ain't broke, don't fix it: delighted to have found the same friendly atmosphere almost a year later. On Monday, market day in Romilly, I enjoyed some incredibly fresh produce: kidneys and strawberries. All cooked with the same generosity as always. Thank you! September 2025. Happy to return to this brasserie for a casual lunch prepared by the owner. A set menu on the chalkboard, starter, main course, and dessert (goat cheese tartine with honey, skate wing or Caesar salad, apricot cake) for €18.50. Simple, tasty, and hearty in the friendly atmosphere of a provincial town brasserie. Frankly, it's delightful. See you next time, no doubt 😉 October 2024: Three years after my first visit, and I find the same warm atmosphere. Dishes are chosen from the chalkboard menu. Since it was Saturday, market day, I enjoyed the black pudding prepared by the local butcher: very good. And the floating island for dessert was pure bliss. I'll definitely go back. August 2021: Well, it's obviously not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but I really liked the provincial bistro atmosphere run by the owners who serve the customers and offer simple but good "home-style" dishes. Friendly service, unpretentious but simply kind. I really enjoyed the ravioli with Chaource cheese. It's much better than a soulless fast-food joint.

15/05/2026: A really lovely restaurant, very welcoming, relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of games available for adults and children. The tapas are delicious and, above all, cooked with love! 🤩 We had a truly wonderful time; the staff are attentive and friendly without being intrusive. I highly recommend it, with or without children.
