13/02/2026: I eat here at least twice a month and I'm never disappointed! This restaurant is absolutely incredible. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews: come and see for yourself, it's definitely worth the trip. The cocktails are excellent, the food is impeccable, and the staff is truly top-notch: welcoming, friendly, and professional. It may not be the Pacific or the Cruise, but here, simplicity makes all the difference… and that's exactly why I keep coming back. I recommend it 100%! 🔥

20/09/2025: So it's still just as good, very high quality, and local 😋 The only downside was that we were seated upstairs on the partially covered and enclosed terrace, which wasn't very nice and where we were cold. The downstairs room is great, why not open it up? 🤔

17/09/2025: Always such a warm welcome, and above all, the meals are excellent, with sophisticated dishes... I love it, and my friends will be back too.

25/10/2025: A complete scandal! We arrived at 9:40 PM and were refused service even though closing time was clearly stated at 10:00 PM. There were only two rooms with four occupied tables, so it was far from full! And the "waiter," if you can even call him that, didn't even greet us—just a quick "no" sign, as if we were bothering him. Disdainful behavior, zero sense of service, no politeness whatsoever. When you work in the restaurant industry, respect for the customer is fundamental. Well, here, there is none. Avoid this place; it's not worth a single penny.

25/10/2025: Shameful welcome. Arriving at 9:35 p.m., we were refused entry even though closing time is posted at 10:00 p.m. and only three tables were occupied. The server, clearly in a hurry to get things over with, didn't even say hello and simply made the sign of the cross with his hands to indicate "no." A disrespectful and impolite attitude, unworthy of an establishment that claims to welcome customers. A real lack of professionalism - to be avoided at all costs.

17/03/2026: Madam, if you don't know how to make a cappuccino, don't make it. €6 is more expensive than in Collioure. It's advertised with whipped cream, but it's made only with coffee and milk. (Milk foam.)

30/12/2025: The reception from the woman at the bar was icy... she's a shady character. €2 for a coffee, no greeting, no receipt. Avoid at all costs.

22/05/2026: The atmosphere is great! The white sauce varies depending on the cook and it's not always the best sauce; that's the only slight downside, otherwise everything else is good!

15/04/2026: A kebab shop in an abandoned village that has the merit of existing. Very good.

10/07/2026: The rice side dish is delicious. The chicken breast is great too. And best of all, the prices are affordable. I recommend it!

18/06/2026: "Hair in the dish + no compensation = zero professionalism" I ordered crispy rice for €8 and found a hair in it. When I pointed out the problem, the response was disappointing: no refund, no compensation, and a defensive attitude—I was assured that "they're clean" and criticized for not taking a photo or returning the dish. Even worse, I was made to come back twice, supposedly to speak to the owner… who was never there. A waste of time and a blatant lack of respect for customers. A hair in a dish can happen. But refusing any compensation and blaming the customer instead of handling the problem professionally is unacceptable. I won't be going back.

29/07/2026: The place is very relaxing, the setting is unique. The concept of open-faced sandwiches, salad, and a main course is nice for taking the time to enjoy an aperitif and chat quietly.

29/05/2026: The terrace looks pleasant at first glance. But a sewer smell makes it impossible to enjoy the meal. They refused to let us take the tables on the left as we left. They're the most exposed. The worst part is that they ask if we had a good time even though they're perfectly aware of the problem.

21/02/2026: We stopped in Valencia; there was a good place to eat near the hotel with secure, gated parking – great for leaving luggage in the vehicle.

03/07/2026: A serious facelift is needed; we thought the place had been abandoned. There's a huge, hideous black stain on the roof, the colors are drab—in short, the exterior is truly ugly and uninviting. The service is adequate, but the prices are far too high for what you get. The taste and flavor are very bland; Picard does just as well. The bison terrine tastes like pork terrine, and the presentation, served in a jar, is really poor. The jar doesn't indicate the type or origin of the meat, but I seriously doubt it's American bison... Just average, 10/20

20/06/2026: We had a very good meal on the terrace this evening; the main course and dessert were both delicious. The service was pleasant, with a lovely waitress. A big plus is that you accept pets! This isn't the case everywhere.

13/04/2026: The bar manager was the best manager I've ever seen, really very nice and very accommodating, he really followed up on every request.

21/03/2026: You arrive at 10 PM, nobody's there, and they ask how you are. You end up opening up: a week ago, you were tackled to the ground, restrained by three guys who left with your dog. Shortly after, you have to leave because, while they were asking for details, you forgot to smile. No smile, you're out the door before you've even finished your drink. KARMA

14/04/2026: This canteen-style bistro (and even canteens are much cleaner) in Vannes (56) is a place to avoid! Filthy plates, equally filthy cutlery! Supposedly fresh fries... the meat was cooked fine, but the presentation was awful! The waitress described the sundae as Italian-style ice cream, which was just plain vanilla-flavored water ice with a red fruit coulis as bland as the ice cream itself. We were asked if everything was alright, and I explained that it wasn't—the disgusting plates, the cutlery, the ice cream... SHE replied, "Disgusting, don't exaggerate!" I showed her a photo, and SHE replied, "Besides, SHE took photos!" I know it's a tiring job, but the "SHE" part is unacceptable. And then, when we explained that Italian-style ice cream is made with cream, she replied, "Machine-made ice cream..." Okay, and the other customers were generally satisfied! And yes, people don't dare say what's wrong, even the woman at the next table said it wasn't great, and yet at the till, she replied, "How are you?" Normally, you take things into consideration, you even apologize, rather than saying stupid things. Open for only 8 days and this is already 3 negative reviews! Bravo! The 4 stars aren't based on the reviews of this little place in Vannes, but on all the Bistrot Régent restaurants combined, because some stand out for their presentation and their food.
