16/11/2024: Quelle déception, plats froids, feuilles de salade cuites ou pourries dans l'assiette et lorsqu on en a fait part au gérant, réponse de ce dernier, elle est dans l'assiette pour décorer et pas pour manger !!! Oeufs mollets sauce forestiere servis froids, apparemment ce serait normal aussi, viande quelconque.Un accident peut arriver mais le gérant avec ces réponses n'est vraiment pas a sa place.

23/12/2023: Nous avions réservé. 1h d’attente pour qu’un serveur vienne prendre notre commande, accueil sans les salades, 1h d’attente pour avoir nos plats, des plats froids, deux plats qui ne correspondaient pas à notre demande, fausse commande, mauvaise cuisson d’une viande demandé à point qui arrive À PEINE CUITE. Évidemment le patron qui ne nous fait aucune remise. Lamentable. Tout cela pour avoir finalement mangé en 2h30 le midi, bravo.
19/12/2023: Plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds dans ce restaurant qu'on fréquentait de temps en temps. Samedi soir nous avons commandé 1 assiette trappeur, les ribs avait un arrière goût très désagréable en bouche, on demande gentillement de changer de viande et la personne (chef de salle j'imagine, un chauve costaud) nous parle très mal, nous jette l'assiette sur la table, très impolie et très hautain, aucune excuse en partant, le Buffalo c'est terminé ! Et au vue des prix et la qualité des produits, ce n'est pas plus mal, on mange beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Fuyez ce restau

01/09/2024: Ce Buffalo est à éviter contrairement à ceux des autres régions. accueil sans sourire , limite si on dérange, on attends un moment alors que la demoiselle est occupée avec son portable. elle nous place, un serveur arrive qui manque de motivation et d'enthousiasme....les beignets d'oignons sont trop cuits ou réduits, le hamburger frites est bien meilleur au Mac do qu'ici: frites molles, et je penses replongees plusieurs fois dans la bain d'huile, la viande est correct, les sauce amenée dans un petit ramequin sont je penses prête depuis un certain temps car il y a comme une peau sur le dessous...le dessert n'a rien à voir en quantité avec les autres Buffalo....nous sommes très très déçu !!!! les gens à côté de nous étaient aussi très déçu.....beaucoup de mal à digérer le soir ....si vous voulez passée une soirée sympa n'y allez pas.

24/08/2024: Passing through on return from vacation.
Given the previous comments we were pessimistic but we had an excellent meal.
Online booking is simple, reserved for 8 people. Adults and children are delighted.

03/11/2024: As regular customers of your establishment, we were particularly disappointed with our last visit. Usually satisfied, this time several aspects of our experience fell short of our expectations.
First, we noticed that the meat served was frozen, the fries were excessively greasy, and the dishes arrived cold. Additionally, it took us over 25 minutes to wait before the table was cleared, although other customers who arrived after us were served more quickly.
Given these inconveniences, we decided to leave without my son even being able to finish his meal, because his ice cream was never served. This visit, which should have been a pleasant moment, was marked by a series of regrettable inconveniences.
I wanted to share this experience with you, hoping that you can make improvements so that your customers can regain the level of service.

21/08/2024: Nous y avons déjeunés en famille avec nos enfants. Les plats étaient très bon, mais c’est tout. Nous avons eu la sensation de déranger, peut-être que les serveurs et le personnel ne souhaitent pas recevoir de Famille. Alors n’hésitez pas à y aller seul. Il y a d’autres restaurants à proximité qui seraient sans doute plus adapté. En tout cas nous n’y remettrons plus les pieds.

25/06/2024: Mains were OK, the starters were very nice, but unfortunately the service wasn't. Weird service that's the only way to put it, there was a gentleman who I think is the owner and waited on us, he was sitting on a lounger on his phone with his head phones in most of the time. Just found his approach rude, hostile and would definitely not go back.
12/06/2024: For the first time, as two Japanese residents of Paris, we visited without a reservation, but the owner himself warmly greeted us in both French and English. We were free to choose from the available seats and opted for a window seat with a great view. The menu was meticulously explained, and we could access it in various languages via a QR code. We ordered two simple starters and a 1.2kg aged rib steak. The staff showed us the meat before cooking it, and we watched as it was expertly cooked over a firewood stove, reminiscent of a campfire. The steak was cooked to perfection and came with a delightful array of sides, including potatoes, salad, ratatouille, and an assortment of sauces. We even got to take the bone home. The exceptional food and hospitality made for an unforgettable experience. The price was worth every penny. Thank you, and I will definitely return!

27/08/2024: Frankly, it's super expensive for not something extraordinary.... undercooked camembert, not runny... bull rib difficult to chew... and their crème brûlée with Venice balsam is a failure! The cream was not set at all, very runny.... and a taste...... (warning the waitress not even a gesture while the crème brûlée was a failure) in short to get by at 130 had I ate in much cheaper and much better restaurants. Luckily very nice servers
