28/09/2024: I like the architecture of the building from the outside which is atypical and original. Then going around it we discover a pretty terrace in the shade. A small, tasty home-cooked menu. For all tastes, seafood or grilled meats, all a la plancha. Simple and effective. Good value for money.

21/11/2025: We arrived an hour before closing time to satisfy a sudden craving for shellfish. We were greeted warmly, though somewhat surprised. It was a good experience; the shellfish were very tasty and fresh. The only thing I could have improved is if I'd arrived earlier to enjoy it a bit longer (note that we weren't in any hurry at all; we were the ones who rushed so as not to disturb anyone). I'll be back, either to eat in or take away.

28/09/2025: What can I say about this restaurant where you feel at home in a family atmosphere, whether it's the boss's or the staff's side. Coming to Marseille and not stopping by the L'ecailler canteen is like visiting Paris and not going to the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame. The products are ultra fresh, the atmosphere very warm and friendly. I recommend this little restaurant to seafood lovers, you won't be disappointed.

29/09/2024: We opted for the Bistrot menu (€39) Michelin (€49). The dishes are elaborate and good overall (the risotto was super salty but otherwise everything else was OK). The pleasant and responsive service.

05/12/2024: Top staff, friendly and efficient. The Mont d'Or excellent, the price much less. From €12.90 in store to €39 on the menu, it could still be served with a little cold meats.

20/11/2025: I went there for brunch and I won't be going back. I ordered mini salmon pancakes: they brought me something like pancakes made of crepe batter that weren't cooked enough (very indigestible) and hadn't risen... it's a real shame.

28/11/2024: A crowded and ultra-sounding room.... A real station hall!!!! This is untenable! Very expensive but good pizzas... However, be careful with the extremely salty Némo with smoked salmon “called gravelax”!!!! You have to sort the small pieces so as not to spoil the taste of the rest of the pizza. The cheese pizza is delicious.

26/08/2025: Good pizza with a lot of toppings! Its typically french with emmental cheese so italians watch out, but It tasted great. Very big, one pizza was enough for 2 of us.

16/09/2024: Cela fait la seconde fois que nous y allons ; et toujours avec une wonderbox offerte pour une occasion particuliere d une valeur de 75 euros pour2 personnes. Nous avons choisi le menu decouverte a 43 euros (x2) et pris une bouteille de 75 cl de vin blanc du mas de la dame la stele 2023 (fabuleux) a 30 euros. Total paye de notre poche 41 euros pour 2 personnes. Menu : amuses gueules, mises en bouche du chef, entree, plat, dessert, le tout avec des proportions tout a fait correcte avec une cuisine raffinee et innovatrice. Bravo au chef et au personnel sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cet etablissement.
