31/08/2026: The dishes look very nice, and the quality is excellent, but a bit underseasoned, and the meat was too raw. Medium rare was found in two different dishes, so maybe that's how they prepare them here. Oh, and be careful when serving food on boards, as they crack and grease drips onto the table and your feet.

Salmon gravlax in a bagel with a poached egg to die for (okay, I'm going to die for it!), sea bass fillet with crushed potatoes, sweet potatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and other delights. For my friends, a lobster ravioli (spiny lobster?), chicken supreme with truffle sauce. And the desserts… white chocolate panna cotta, red berries, and fig soufflé… just writing about it makes me want to go back tonight! The chef is truly a chef. The apprentice is charming. The owners are friendly, funny, and professional. For those reading this review, hurry up and go; the dining room is perfectly air-conditioned, and the tables are pleasant and comfortable. Several generations of restaurateurs have imbued this place with their expertise, their kindness, and their smiles. Thank you.

Bruno, the waiter, is simply the best: smiling, friendly, and professional. And the chef… absolutely top-notch! 👨‍🍳 The dishes were excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed them. A fantastic team, a pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable service. Everything was perfect! I recommend this restaurant 100% and will definitely return. 06/08/2026: A very beautiful and classy place, excellent food, impeccable service, charming waiter, perfect meat, exquisite salmon tartare, and delicious pizzas. We were even treated to a lovely concert! A wonderful time with our two teenagers.

18/07/2026: The restaurant is absolutely wonderful, and the waiter was incredibly friendly. I recommend trying the daily special; in our case, it was Provençal-style roasted vegetables. The rosé wine was spectacular. Everything was prepared with great care. We were there with some friends who live there. Highly recommended!

22/08/2026: If you're looking for a place where poor hygiene, disrespect, and bugs are part of the experience, then this is it: you've come to the right place. A truly deplorable experience. We ordered the €47 summer menu, and honestly, it's absolutely not worth it. At that price, you expect a certain level of quality, freshness, decent service, and above all, impeccable hygiene. None of that was present here. The dishes didn't seem fresh, the establishment was dirty, and we even spotted something that looked very much like a cockroach. After that, it was difficult to eat in peace. The waitress, a woman with short blonde hair, was also particularly rude and unpleasant. A deplorable welcome, deplorable service, a disappointing meal. And above all, €47 for the menu at this price is completely unjustified. For half the price, with exactly the same level of service and cleanliness, you might as well eat at the dingy snack bar downstairs: at least you won't leave feeling like you paid a fortune for it. In short: poor welcome, poor service, poor food, and a bill of €47. One seriously wonders what the health department is doing to allow an establishment with such problems to still be open to the public. I strongly advise against it. At €47 for the set menu, keep walking: it's clearly not worth it.

19/08/2026: We had a truly excellent meal at La Tomate Verte restaurant. It tasted like home cooking, better than anything we'd make at home! The prices were also generally more reasonable than other restaurants in the area, while still maintaining superb quality. We were delighted with this little restaurant!

27/08/2026: A warm atmosphere with cozy corners for couples, a wonderful setting, and excellent service. I had a delicious figatellu pizza and brouse – go for it!

25/08/2026: I've been going there for 17 years, one to three times a year. I went to try the octopus pizza. Well, it was more of an olive pizza. More olives than octopus. And then came the big disappointment: the cave's signature dessert, the profiteroles. I remember them being so delicious that you couldn't finish three profiteroles, and this one was clearly frozen solid. You had to wait 15 minutes after it was served to soften it.

24/08/2026: I must say we were expecting a nice experience, but not on this level: there aren't words strong enough in French to describe the incredible and truly exceptional moment we experienced! While we had planned to swim at our favorite spot in the village of Cassis near the restaurant, we decided to have dinner at the brasserie first, as we weren't "dressed" for a fine dining establishment according to custom! I still decided to ask if there was a table available and if they would allow us to be seated in the fine dining room. And from there, our dream began, thanks to the intelligence and kindness of the receptionist, who spontaneously offered me trousers (yes, really! Instead of shorts), and luckily, we had a table available (on a Sunday evening, no less!). He also informed his boss, Dimitri, who trusted him (more emotional intelligence…), and we were able to have dinner. The final result, which many French restaurants would do well to emulate in order to occasionally break away from the norm, is that we had a wonderful, truly "timeless" experience, as we remarked at the end. From the sommelier Hortense to the various servers (even the trainee), all young and displaying a professionalism worthy of a 3-Michelin-starred establishment: attentive, perfectly timed, with impeccable timing, and above all, personalized service tailored to each customer's pace! French luxury in a magical setting—it's simply flawless! And to top it all off, Dimitri came to see us at the till when we paid the bill, even though, for once, he was dining with his family (because, as he explained, it was a small service with three-quarters of the terrace full!). His team reflects his own character, achieving world-class standards in every aspect I personally expect from a restaurant (and I travel extensively and have done so for a long time, so I can modestly make some comparisons): plus, a rare humanity and emotional intelligence! So we'll be back soon to try the other menu (fewer courses), and I already recommended the place to a friend this lunchtime who's going with his wife. When everything is perfect, you deserve to work and do business. We wish you all the best for the future: proud to be French when our French culture (fabulous food and wine pairing thanks to Hortense) is so beautifully showcased. 23/08/2026: Exceptional 😃. A warm welcome and impeccable service. A fabulous setting, with views of Cap Canaille and, of course, the Mediterranean. We were made to feel very welcome, expected, and pampered. Nothing was lacking. From the divine aperitif to the desserts, everything was perfect. An explosion of flavors, carefully considered combinations, and dishes as beautiful to look at as they were to eat. Delicious little extras at the beginning and end of the meal. We received excellent wine recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The sommelier took the time to talk with us and returned to our table to chat and check that everything was alright. Your dish was always clearly explained, and the service was attentive without being intrusive… the staff was charming! We appreciated Marielle Droisneau's presence and Dimitri's rounds of the tables, where he took the time to chat at the end of service. An unforgettable experience.
