02/12/2025: 🥩 [A cooking method that everyone agrees on] 🥩🔥 Wanting to extend a get-together with friends, we decided to brave the Marseille chill in search of a warm and inviting spot to satisfy our appetites. We did a little research on classic dishes before finally being tempted by a hidden gem in the Plan de Campagne shopping area: L’Instant Braisé! No beating around the bush, the concept is simple and brimming with common sense: a menu of meats cooked over an open flame 🔥 We were greeted without hesitation by our host for the evening. Far from being pushy, he showed us to our table. The cozy dining room opens onto the kitchen like a country house with its fireplace. The menu isn't extensive, which saves time. We took advantage of the moment to turn up the heat with an appetizer: a charred Camembert. For the main course, I'm practically bursting with anticipation at the thought of enjoying a delicious flank steak with a potato gratin, dauphinoise-style. What I can say right away is that the prices are more than reasonable and the bill isn't likely to break the bank 💸 But let's not get ahead of ourselves and get to what's coming to the table 😁 The Camembert is a delight to savor. It's served with croutons, allowing you to enjoy this little milky bundle without any smokiness. The stars of the evening don't keep us waiting and arrive a few minutes later. While not gargantuan, my dish is perfectly portioned. A fan of precise cooking, my meat is cooked exactly how I like it. Despite a subtle smokiness, it's still very tasty. Our host goes above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible: bringing us to the table, refilling our water and bread, and always with a smile! Eager to prolong the moment, we indulged in dessert. My heart went out to the French toast. No nibbling required; my dessert warmed the final moments of this dinner 😁 With an average bill of €24 for a main course and dessert, it's hard not to be thrilled at the prospect of spending a cozy evening at L'Instant Braisé 😊👍 In short: impeccable service and unpretentious cuisine, not particularly dazzling, but perfect for a truly memorable evening!

10/03/2026: We're generally very picky because we've been in the restaurant business for many years and we make our own pizzas, but there's one exception: Pizz'adore. They're lovely, professional, and helpful. You can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients; homemade is a delight! We order with our eyes closed! We've looked hard to find a fault with them... Never anything to complain about, so it's with pleasure that we spend money there. And when we thanked them for their work, which is the least they could do, they offered us a large drink. Incredible! It's the first time this has ever happened to us, and this gesture really touched us. They truly value their customers—hats off to them! And thank you, keep up the good work, team! 🙏🤜🤛💪

01/02/2026: Today, Sunday, February 1st, 3 people at lunchtime. No wait, fast and attentive service. Excellent food: shrimp spring rolls, beef samosas, shrimp with vegetables and noodles, fried rice, fruit fritters. Everything is homemade, you can tell. And it's very, very good... Open Sunday at lunchtime, in the middle of winter, which is great. The chef even walked us outside and held the door... Wonderful!!

16/01/2026: A gem. A rare find. Our children gave us a gift certificate, and it led us to this little neighborhood restaurant for dinner on my birthday. A warm welcome from the moment we made the reservation by phone. When we walked in, the same welcome: "You're my little gift certificates." I loved it. The place was full of regulars already seated before heading to the Madeleine cinema. And for good reason! We ate divinely. Salmon flan with leeks for a starter, hanger steak with port and summer truffle sauce, and for dessert, tiramisu and a chocolate fondant. Everything is homemade. In short, homemade food, respect for the customer, and good, local cuisine still exist. Well done, keep it up!

She even carefully and airtight-packed everything so I could easily take the cheeses on the plane. You can immediately tell how much emphasis is placed on quality and customer service here. We came for Valentine's Day and chose the six-course menu: everything was excellent, refined, and generous, with a perfect balance of flavors. We left feeling completely satisfied while having enjoyed exquisite cuisine, which is quite rare and worth mentioning. The evening ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner for two. We highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return.
