After speaking with the manager, it became clear that this excellent restaurant is built on experience in Michelin-starred establishments and a truly cohesive team. We will definitely be back without hesitation. Bravo!

02/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Mas Valentine; everything was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The new manager is very accommodating and pleasant; she did everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and you can tell she's passionate about her work! The wellness area can always be reserved privately, which is a real plus compared to other establishments. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we'll definitely be back to try it out during the summer season!

01/03/2026: A very pretty hotel, tastefully decorated, and a charming, typical building. Laurence's welcome and service were very professional and pleasant. The room was spacious enough, with thoughtful touches, and very quiet. There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't spoil our stay: - The room wasn't very soundproofed from the hallway noise, but since the hotel was very quiet, it wasn't a problem. - The breakfast was adequate, though it could have used a few more items despite Laurence's efforts. We can't comment on the pool, as it wasn't open yet due to the season. We weren't able to try the spa as it was fully booked (except at 9 am, which was a bit too early for us 😁). However, we did enjoy a very pleasant massage. We would like to thank Laurence for arranging it.

The wood-fired oven reminds us of the authentic taste of real pizza from our childhood!!! The Garlaban, the Parmesane, the Seguin… and many others are delicious. Thank you for staying true to authentic techniques and using fresh, high-quality ingredients!
