24/06/2026: I went there for lunch with colleagues. The setting is on par with a Parisian townhouse (not exceptional, but a lovely garden). We received a discount on the set menu because one of us was an alumnus of the school. At the price we paid, it was definitely worth the trip, as the cuisine is semi-gastronomic. A remarkable effort is made on the presentation and the cooking of the fish, which was perfect. But it was the service that impressed me most, both for its discretion and its thoroughness (we were about 20 people). I'm not sure I'd go there for lunch at the regular price, but it's still negotiable since it's around €60 for a starter, main course, and dessert, offering a very good experience. Nestled in the heart of a famous Provençal village, it offers exquisite cuisine accompanied by an impressive wine list. Long live Le Jas!

26/08/2026: Finally, a kitchen run by a passionate chef. Good ingredients, prepared simply but above all with excellence! From the date amuse-bouche to the truffle dessert, not forgetting the tomato trio 😋, it's a delight for the eyes and the palate. The cooking is perfectly executed (veal and lobster) and the flavors are balanced. A truly wonderful experience. The chef and the waitress were professional, humble, and friendly. I loved the calm atmosphere and the charm of the place on this late August evening, even though the restaurant is located on a small street. Thank you for this delightful moment, which gives hope for a cuisine of taste and refinement, largely forgotten in other establishments. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A real gem!

13/09/2026: Very friendly host. Delicious bread with our meal, which they generously offered again and again. Free water was also provided. Some noise from the street came through the open door (but we were already quite sensitive to noise that day). Small, daily changing menu, but everything was incredibly fresh.

14/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic evening. Everything came together perfectly: a magnificent view, a warm welcome, and a very kind and attentive team throughout the meal. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and served with a smile. The free shuttle to the parking lot was a real bonus and much appreciated. And as if that weren't enough, we were lucky enough to see the magnificent Marseille fireworks display, which made the evening even more memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant!
