12/11/2025: This is a place you absolutely mustn't miss. Here, you'll find wines that go beyond the usual fare and standard fare. The welcome is professional, personal, and warm. A far cry from restaurants where the service is inexperienced and impersonal. The food is excellent. The cheese trolley is a must (you won't find one anywhere else). It's truly superb!

03/06/2026: A wonderful discovery this lunchtime at this restaurant near Place de Jaude. I came with friends and it was a real find. We had a delicious meal with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. The service was impeccable, with attentive and smiling waitresses and waiters. The prices are very reasonable, and there's a wide variety of choices on the menu and set menus. A place to remember for a great time.

03/06/2026: Excellent time at Odevie! A very pleasant atmosphere with multiple Buddhist, Thai, Landes, and French influences! The food was delicious! I recommend the pan-fried calf's liver. Impeccable and quick service! Good value for money.

03/05/2026: The restaurant is well located near the beach, with a pleasant terrace. We decided to eat on the terrace despite the waitress's objections; she wasn't very friendly and her attire wasn't very appropriate for service. Despite the atmosphere, we had a very good meal; the homemade fries were excellent! It allowed us to enjoy a meal outdoors.

28/03/2026: I discovered it last year because it was near my hotel, and I went back this year. They have a set dinner menu (starter, main course, and dessert), but you can choose just the main course and dessert for €21, which is a good price, especially considering it's in France. Everything I tried was delicious.

22/05/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. I called this morning to confirm the train's schedule. The woman on the phone told me not to come at 2 pm because there was a school trip, but to come at 3 pm. So we drove for over an hour only to be told upon arrival that it wouldn't be running after all. It's very unfortunate to give visitors incorrect information, especially when they travel a long way specifically for this activity. We wasted time and made a pointless trip due to a lack of communication and organization. Very disappointed by this experience, we will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.

21/05/2026: We loved the horseback ride. As a family, surrounded by nature, amidst coypus, ibises, and flamingos, with explanations from our guide. We recommend it to everyone.

16/05/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best of local cuisine! If you're looking for truly generous dishes and expertly prepared ingredients, Canto Merle is the perfect spot. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The setting is pleasant and the staff is incredibly attentive. A real gem in Moulin-Mage!

16/05/2026: We had a super delicious meal. We were welcomed incredibly warmly. You can feel the passion of the chef, who greets the guests himself and presents his menu. A special plate was also prepared for our daughter. Highly recommended.

05/04/2026: A few improvements to make: - Avoid pouring the last of the champagne from a bottle and then topping it up with a fresh glass; - Avoid serving the beginning of the foie gras terrine; serve a slice instead; - Incredibly long wait times (we arrived at the restaurant at noon and left at 4 p.m.); - Understaffed: for 16 occupied tables, there were only 4 people, including the chef; - Tables are a bit cramped. - The food is generally simple, and the Easter dessert (praline nest) was tasteless. Overall rating: 3

18/04/2026: Service, food, and attention to detail, only surpassed by the beauty of the mountains it sits in. Fantastic stay in the final week of the season. Ski in and out and free bus service up and down the mountain. Staff were impeccable.

16/04/2026: Directly onto and off the ski slopes. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious evening buffet. Good value for money. Decent room. Free coffee, tea, and water. Beautiful view and terrace. Top-notch sauna and pool. The only minor downside is the lack of chargers for electric cars.

23/05/2026: The key word here is generosity (you are indeed in the Gers region). We stopped by chance after a weekend in the area. And it was an excellent discovery! The dishes were generous and beautifully prepared, culminating in a delicious and equally well-executed dessert! A must-try! The owner is incredibly kind and everything is homemade. We look forward to returning to the area with our family.
