25/09/2026: At Quentin's, the food is excellent. The cuisine is hearty, home-style, and made with quality ingredients. The service can be a little slow, but it's worth the wait. I was recommended by a real estate agent, and I don't regret it for a second. Very good value for money. Don't you dare say it's incredibly good, or the owner will say it's more expensive 🤣🤣...no, just kidding.

19/09/2026: We booked a table at Quentin's where we were meeting up with friends. We ordered the €19.90 set menu and everything was excellent. The waitress took my (rare) allergy into account, and we all enjoyed a truly wonderful meal. The prices are low considering the generous portions. The restaurant was full, and we understand why. The waitress had a great sense of humor, which we appreciated. We would gladly return to this restaurant on our next visit to Nogaro.

15/08/2026: The Auberge de Clairefontaine in Saint-Hilaire-la-Gravelle is a magnificent place! The welcome is warm, generous, and very professional, all within a bucolic and beautifully decorated setting. As for the dishes the chef prepared for us, they were simply exquisite, with flavorful notes and harmonious combinations. We also enjoyed some excellent wines (an ideal Cheverny) to accompany this delicious dinner. In short, my wife and I had an unforgettable time thanks to Chef Jean-Jacques, who worked in some of the most prestigious establishments (the Élysée Palace, Chanel) before returning to his roots. A big thank you also to our hostess Bernadette for her joie de vivre and her secret homemade cocktails made with infused rum. I highly recommend it, go for it!

26/05/2026: A pleasant hotel with large, comfortable, and well-equipped rooms, each with a balcony offering lovely panoramic views. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit. The grounds are lush and green. We had a great stay.

The layout of the accommodation is original, very intimate, and tastefully decorated. 31/10/2025: A wonderful experience this lunchtime at Kleber! The service was friendly and professional while maintaining a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. As for the food, we were simply delighted: all the promised flavors were present and accounted for, with refinement and generosity from the amuse-bouches to the main courses – something that isn't always the case in Michelin-starred restaurants. The wine pairing was perfect: we were able to taste a superb sweet wine served with the dessert – a wonderful discovery! The pastry chef also deserves praise: the pre-dessert, the dessert, and the petits fours combined indulgence and lightness. It was also a great pleasure to share a simple and authentic moment with the chef in the kitchen. We will definitely be back! It's everything we love. Edit October 2025: Second visit to the restaurant, first impression confirmed! Authentic and pleasant chef, excellent service, perfect cuisine. Looking forward to coming back to both the gastropub and the bistro!

28/06/2026: We spontaneously found a little paradise, unfortunately only for three nights. We'll be back and bring the rest of the family. The nearby beaches are breathtakingly beautiful. The garden with its flowers, birds, and tranquility is simply idyllic. The stone cottages are perfectly and lovingly furnished. Our hostess, Céline, is very friendly. Britta and Achim

24/06/2026: Thank you, Céline, for your warm welcome and your availability while remaining very discreet. The three cottages together were ideal for our group of 13 hikers. Superb hikes nearby, and the wellness area was much appreciated after our hikes. We had a bit of wind, which was a shame as it prevented us from fully enjoying the beautiful garden. I highly recommend it.

The food is superb—rich, flavorful, and elegant—showcasing quality ingredients. The service is also outstanding. Highly recommended.
