03/09/2025: We used the Relais de l'Hermine for our wedding. From the cocktail party to the evening meal and the next day's brunch, everything was perfect. We were listened to and advised, not to mention the kindness of Mr. Legembre and his team. Our guests had a wonderful time. The dishes were beautiful and delicious. A big thank you.

02/02/2026: Stunning decor in this famous brasserie in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Good avocado and crab mille-feuille, pike quenelles (in my opinion the best in Paris), crème brûlée.

A thank you to the chef who takes the time to remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes for a starter full of flavor. Excellent value for money An essential address.

16/11/2025: Not many people on a Sunday lunchtime. The fries were hard, and the wait was interminable. It took 12:30 and 3:30 pm for a main course and dessert for four people. The manager wasn't very friendly, and there were several mistakes taking our order. It might be okay for a drink, but avoid it for a meal.

31/08/2024: If I could give 6 stars, I would! We discovered this little restaurant by chance. We had a great evening. Very varied and original tapas: razor clams flambéed with whisky, excellent pan con tomate, eggplant to die for, cockles, excellent homemade croquettes… A word of advice, don’t leave without tasting the desserts: the Catalan cream espuma is so good, the same goes for the cheesecake. Rum tasting is a very good proposition at the end of the meal!! We will come back!!

31/08/2024: Great family restaurant. The tapas are varied and of very good quality. Bravo for the chef's suggestions, a delight. The servers are pleasant and efficient. A place where you feel good to have a good time. The prices are very reasonable and a good idea for tasting rum with its history… Superb address 👍

21/12/2025: Restaurant located in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (91), opposite the train station. Very warm welcome, perfect service, and a good selection of dishes. Excellent cuisine in every aspect: quality, freshness, presentation of the dishes, and exceptionally fresh and delicious ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant. Very good value for money.

11/12/2025: Excellent experience! On a Tuesday at lunchtime, the welcome was warm, and the service pleasant and attentive. We all enjoyed it except for one dish (salmon and white beans). The cheese platter was magnificent! We'll definitely be back.

Lo consigliamo,vi innamorerete di questo ristorante e anche della bella regione Charente. Every year we visit them from Italy for the food (of the highest level, fish but also meat of excellent quality) and for the courtesy, kindness of the staff. We recommend it, you will love this restaurant and also the beautiful region of Charente. Chaque année, nous allons les trouver en venant d’Italie à la fois pour la nourriture (de très haut niveau, le poisson mais aussi la viande d’excellente qualité) et pour la courtoisie, la gentillesse du personnel. Nous vous recommandons, vous allez adorer ce restaurant et aussi la belle région de Charente.

21/01/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat snail feast at Le Globe restaurant! It was simply sublime. I highly recommend it!

18/12/2025: I knew this establishment a few years ago… and while passing through Perpignan, I wanted to introduce my partner to it… but what a disappointment!!! - The wait between courses was interminable! The wine we ordered wasn't on the menu (they just needed to tell us!) The dish we ordered didn't match the menu: a shame, the suckling pig was delicious, but the vegetables were burnt instead of the aligot/mushrooms. The octopus was overcooked for the zarzuela… The setting is still beautiful, and the waitresses are very efficient… What a shame! The oven-baked starter was very good.
