Not to mention the prestigious wine list. Our heartfelt thanks for this wonderful evening. Long live La Closerie and its friendly staff who work with incredible professionalism.

03/03/2026: Hello, We stayed with you this weekend, but unfortunately we didn't get the room with a balcony we requested. A major drawback was the restaurant being full with people who weren't even staying at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great hotel.

03/03/2026: The food is terrible, though the sleep is awful. It's unbelievable that in 2026 they're still offering such mediocre quality products for a €16 breakfast. The sourcing policy goes against common sense and environmental and public health realities. It's a real shame because overall it's a lovely establishment run by very friendly and welcoming staff.

15/02/2026: Thank you for the wonderful time we spent together; it was exceptional. We came for Valentine's Day. Congratulations to the chef and his entire team. From the cocktail hour to dessert, my taste buds were delighted. On paper, the dishes were simple, but in execution, they were exquisite. Every ingredient found its perfect place on the plate, everything blending together flawlessly. A special mention to the chef and his kitchen team for creating a menu for my partner, who is lactose intolerant. They prepared a menu for her at the last minute, and for that, a huge thank you. If there were anything to criticize, I would say that the bread wasn't quite up to the standard of the dinner, but that's nothing compared to the cuisine you prepared for us. P.S.: The photos I took don't necessarily showcase the dishes, but they will give you a taste of the exceptional evening you're about to treat your taste buds to!

08/12/2025: It's very pretty, we received a very warm welcome, but most importantly! The food was absolutely delicious; I've never eaten such a good vol-au-vent. Thank you so much for this delightful culinary experience.

29/11/2025: We discovered this wonderful place thanks to the Passe-Gourmand guide. The restaurant's entrance alone makes you want to explore the interior. We received a warm welcome from the owner, who let us choose our table. The setting is lovely, with carpeted floors and tastefully chosen decorations and furnishings. Cloth tablecloths and napkins were provided. All the dishes we chose were delicious. For starters, we had foie gras and pumpkin soup with truffle oil. Then came the original and delicious Pretzel Burger. The beef fillet was incredibly tender. I really appreciated that each dish was served piping hot, especially since I'm a slow eater 😅 To finish, the fruit panna cotta and vanilla crème brûlée were delicious! The coffee was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome, the ambiance, and the food. I highly recommend this place. We'll be back to try the vol-au-vent with morels. Outside, there's a lovely terrace for sunny days. Thank you for this enjoyable time!

28/02/2026: The venue sometimes lacks seating, which is a shame when you pay extra for a seat. Otherwise, the venue is nice, with good acoustics and a beautiful setting.

24/02/2026: There were only a few of us in this lovely place. Excellent dish (steak) and delicious local beers from Sarthe and Oban whisky. And above all, the charming service from Estelle – a thousand thanks!

23/02/2026: We came as a family for our daughter's birthday. The service was very pleasant, and we immediately felt comfortable in the restaurant. Regarding the food, all the dishes were very good, with a few minor details to improve (presentation, temperature). Special mention for the appetizers, which were truly delicious. We asked for a cake at the last minute for our daughter's birthday, and the chef made us a delicious pear and chocolate cake. Thank you to him. In short, a friendly team that we highly recommend.
