01/11/2025: Disappointment. The flambéed prawns were undercooked, the peppers were raw, and the dish was bland. The "gourmet coffee" at €9.50 was really lacking in quality. Frankly, it's a shame, you have the location to do great things. The service was adequate. The price is very high considering the quality.

04/01/2026: 340 euros for two people for a mediocre New Year's Eve meal, not including wine. We were very disappointed with the meal: appetizers straight from the freezer, foie gras as hard as a rock, a piece of duck breast with a lukewarm potato skewer, and a tasteless dessert. The first part of the show was very dull, the second more lively. Fortunately, we were surrounded by very friendly couples, which made for a pleasant evening. Most of the guests, including us, left at the end of the meal and show... it's a shame the manager didn't take the time to come to the reception to greet us and ask if we had enjoyed ourselves. I would have preferred to give my feedback in person. What a pity, it looked so promising on paper...

27/09/2024: For several years, my father and I have regularly had lunch or dinner at Procopio, and each time we come away completely satisfied. The food is delicious, with generous portions for each dish. The service is impeccable and the staff are both professional and friendly. This helps create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant!

30/06/2025: Comfortable room, but lacking in charm, extremely noisy because of the avenues that pass on either side of the hotel. Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

25/02/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru at 10:53 PM, no response for 5 minutes. I walked to the payment area and knocked on the glass to place my order, as it was 10:58 PM and the drive-thru closed at 11:00 PM. The employees looked at me but kept walking; the drive-thru employee glanced at me and then went into the back room. Employees went back and forth in the kitchen, but no one came to take my order. I waited until 11:05 PM, but still no one intervened. It's appalling for a fast-food service with fixed hours to act as if the drive-thru is closed 8 minutes before the stated closing time and to ignore customers! The employees are deplorable and unprofessional! Burger King thanks you, because thanks to you, they're getting the customers you don't want to serve during the allotted time.

11/12/2025: We have been customers for years, and the chef has once again managed to surprise us with a veal sweetbread on the menu today, accompanied by a colorful and flavorful side dish. The welcome is always warm and friendly, and the staff offers excellent advice on wine pairings. The best value for money in the region.

01/09/2025: A Very Positive Review of Le Repère in Dax A place I 100% recommend! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with incredible warmth and friendliness. The owner is great, always smiling and attentive, and the customers who frequent the place create a truly friendly atmosphere. The menus are excellent (indeed, very, very, very excellent 😍) with excellent value for money. You feel good there, you eat very well, and above all, you have a wonderful time. Whether it's for a meal, a drink, or an evening with friends, the atmosphere is fantastic, relaxed, and friendly. A real place to discover and share! 👌 I highly recommend Le Repère in Dax to anyone looking for a good time around good food and a warm atmosphere.

08/12/2025: We were told to choose a seat and that a menu would be brought to us. The menu never arrived, so we served ourselves, waited, and waited. We placed our order (two lattes and two crepes), and waited. The coffees arrived on their own. We waited. The coffee was too sweet and got cold. I asked about the crepes, and they said it was taking a while because they were busy, but they finally arrived a minute later. (Customers next to us had the same problem waiting between their hot drinks and crepes, and coincidentally, the crepes arrived right after a complaint). Anyway. I ordered a crepe with butter, and I received a crepe with sugar, even though I don't like sugar. I didn't finish the latte because it was bad. The waiter was rushed and not particularly welcoming; we seemed to be bothering him. What a shame.

29/11/2025: An incredible place, simple yet refined, a neighborhood bistro and an avant-garde establishment! A genuine and pleasant welcome, fresh and delicious cuisine, a blend of traditional recipes and a modern approach, original organic wines – in short, an address where you can spend an excellent moment relaxing and sharing!

28/10/2025: A very disappointing experience on a human level. I'm not questioning the quality of the coffee, but the attitude of the staff, particularly one woman present, was simply unacceptable. She started raising her voice and speaking very rudely because my dog ​​had simply sniffed a flowerpot on the terrace—without barking, making a mess, or disturbing anyone in any way. What's most incomprehensible is that there were no other customers present at the time. Nothing justified such a reaction. A simple word spoken calmly, with a modicum of politeness, would have been more than enough: we would have understood without any problem. Instead, the woman flew into a rage, forgetting all forms of respect and courtesy. It's a shame, because a business is also judged on the quality of its service and the human touch it demonstrates.

31/12/2025: The welcome, food, and atmosphere were all very average. The waiter was almost rude and started badmouthing other customers as soon as they left.

11/11/2025: Great place, friendly atmosphere, excellent food, very reasonable prices – an address to remember.

19/02/2026: Okay! But the portion sizes at that price are unacceptable. What a shame.

16/02/2026: The fish and chips were inedible. I told the waiters, who weren't surprised. I'm writing this review here to prevent others from experiencing the same disappointment. It's a real shame because the setting is nicely decorated and the waiters are attentive.
