28/08/2024: Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce restaurant. Le personnel est très accueillant et le service a été impeccable. Nous avons pris entrées, plats et desserts differents, nous avons apprécié chaque plats. Petit bémol sur la cuisson du saint-pierre qui était très légèrement trop poussée, mais avec le beurre blanc et la purée de patate douce qui était très lisse, on oublie ce détail. Très belle découverte.

26/11/2024: The boutique is a bakery with delicious cookies and desserts. Even though it is in a touristic location, the prices are reasonable. You can choose macarons and cookies.

22/09/2024: An excellent Alsatian restaurant in Guebwiller which offers you all the essential Alsatian specialties! The dishes are very good, plentiful with excellent value for money. The restaurant also offers a very wide choice of wines from Alsace and all over France. The room is quite small so remember to book! ;)

27/09/2024: This place reminds me of my childhood memories and I rediscovered this emblematic place of the city. Very competent staff and above all very attentive. Personally for several years I have frequented another establishment, but since my first visit to the establishment after the takeover, I think that I will make it my "canteen" regularly.

08/12/2024: We came to this restaurant as a family for lunch on Saturday December 7 as part of the Ribeauvillé medieval Christmas market. We were 4 adults and 1 child and we were placed on a cramped table for 4 people with the addition of a chair in the staff passage. The person installed in the cramped conditions was constantly disturbed by the noises of the waitresses. Regarding the meal, we chose Alsatian sauerkraut for 3 people. As soon as the order was placed, the dishes arrived directly at the same time as the aperitif. We were extremely disappointed with the very limited amount of cabbage served with only 1 small potato and a very thick, very fatty piece of pork belly. No relation to a real Alsatian sauerkraut with all its traditional meats!! The quality, quantity/price ratio per person (€25) is bad. We had the feeling that during this Christmas market period, the establishment has more of a desire to make money rather than satisfy customers. To avoid during this Christmas period!

20/12/2024: The restaurant is well located, spacious modern and a fairly large parking lot. For starter dishes, the salmon is homemade, as is the menu and I think I saw Ab on the bottle of wine. In short, perfect!

20/12/2024: Serious and diligent staff. Warm setting. Impeccable cuisine. Spacious, accessible and free parking. You can only go back there.

18/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant, which we discovered last night. All the dishes we ordered for the four of us—escalope in cream sauce, kidneys, and cordon bleu—were excellent. Especially the cordon bleu and the homemade fries. The waitress was incredibly friendly and didn't hesitate to joke with us. It was very pleasant.
