07/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The service was appalling. The waitress was completely incompetent, didn't give us our menus, served us the wrong drinks, and didn't bring us our entire order. The food wasn't very good, and the atmosphere was nonexistent.

26/07/2026: We ended up there spontaneously and, after about a 10-minute wait on a Friday evening, were able to get a table for four people on the terrace. Very friendly service, a wide selection of local dishes, and very fair prices. Excellent!

25/06/2026: A delightful stop this morning at Café Le Temps d’une Pause, located in the heart of Mulhouse, just steps from Place de la Réunion and only a ten-minute walk from the train station. As for the food, the café offers a full menu of hot drinks accompanied by small pastries to enjoy on-site. Lunch is also available, as well as brunch on weekends (reservations required). I had the opportunity to try a caffeinated drink with caramel and popcorn: a real treat to start the day. To accompany it, I opted for freshly squeezed orange juice, a homemade brownie, and a cookie, all equally delicious. The price-quality ratio is good. As for the atmosphere, the terrace is particularly pleasant. Located on a side street parallel to a busier thoroughfare, it allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city center while remaining away from the crowds and noise. Inside, several tables are available, as well as two very comfortable sofa areas that invite you to settle in and fully enjoy the moment. The service is friendly, smiling, and attentive. 21/07/2026: Following up on a company lunch to celebrate our former boss's retirement, I'm writing. A well-deserved 5 stars! I was able to coordinate in advance with the receptionist and server to plan the menu for our party of 14. The service was smooth and efficient: there were a few waits here and there, but I wasn't particularly worried, given the challenge we presented to the restaurant by coming as a group of 14, especially since we weren't the only diners. The receptionist was very accommodating: smiling and understanding, and despite the difficulties, we had a good laugh together. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were as delicious as they looked; kudos to the kitchen! I highly recommend this restaurant, which is easily accessible by car and has a lovely setting. Starter: 12 frozen snails (€19) Main: Escalope with cream and mushrooms (€23) Dessert: Frozen ice cream (€8) Orangina 33cl: (€4) At that price, you expect quality and homemade food, not reheated industrial products. The value for money is far from there. If you appreciate good food and are watching your budget, think carefully before ordering. I felt like I paid far too much for an experience that didn't impress me. Houma yesta3bto bina wala chnowa!?

Aside from that, I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to this restaurant after a few years. The restaurant has remained family-run and welcoming. The dishes are high-quality, generous, and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money! A big plus: the restaurant is dog-friendly. We received a very warm welcome, and a bowl of water was brought to us without us even having to ask. I will definitely go back!

21/07/2026: Classic Alsatian tarte flambée with a modern and diverse twist. The menu features the most amazing variations, ones you'd never think of on your own. The ambiance is modern, the service is very relaxed, and the food was delicious. The seating is pleasant both inside and out. We'll definitely be back! Next time, we'll try the sweet versions.

31/07/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent cuisine – a place to recommend.

29/07/2026: Incredibly rude staff. €5.50 for a bottle of water (large apparently). Asked for ice for white wine (it was 36 degrees at 6pm) and the waitress pulled a face in disgust. Maybe she doesn’t like ice in her wine but I do. No ice came!! Empty restaurant and turning customers away. Didn’t try food and won’t be back! Would not recommend based on appalling non existent hospitality.

21/07/2026: Very nice and large room, the carpet was comfortable and very clean, excellent breakfast, pool area useful for relaxing the children, even if small.

10/07/2026: Thursday, July 2, 2026 The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Colmar city center. Excellent hotel. A perfect overnight stay. Pleasant room and spotless, nothing to complain about. Magical indoor pool. Pleasant welcome. The staff is great, both day and night. The breakfast is generous. 08/06/2026: First and last time at Domaine du Hirtz. Very disappointed! I wasn't expecting this: mostly faulty facilities, very average food, very average service, no staff available to answer questions, sewage smell in the first changing room.... I won't be going back.

05/06/2026: We had the immense joy of celebrating our wedding at this incredible estate. It's a magical and charming place, perfect for a secular wedding with a rustic or bohemian theme. All our guests were equally captivated; the setting is truly breathtaking. Furthermore, Julianna, who was with us throughout the weekend and beforehand, was incredibly attentive and responsive to our requests. We also enjoyed the lodges, which were exceptionally comfortable and charming, perfectly reflecting the beauty of the venue. The restaurant itself is delicious, simple yet efficient. The servers are also very pleasant. It's touching that they have an initiative to employ people with visible and invisible disabilities. In conclusion, if you're looking for a wedding venue, look no further!
