02/09/2024: We had a very nice experience in the restaurant with very tasty food. The hake with Spanish rice was excellently prepared. The service was very friendly and attentive even though we arrived shortly before the kitchen closed in the afternoon. Profiterole at the end was perfect.
22/08/2024: Restaurant where you don't really have to be Vegan, the dishes are delicious, the bucolic setting and the service is top notch!

La cheffe est passée à chaque table.
C'est un privilège de discuter avec Andrée Rosier 1ère femme en France MOF.
Chaque étape du repas est sans faille.
Vivement dans 2 mois pour découvrir la nouvelle carte....
Entouré d'un service très agréable et impequable.

23/09/2024: A service that was much too fast with what was intended to be simplicity, whereas a little more careful service wouldn't do any harm.
We came a few years ago with very good memories of the cuisine, here we realized that it was no longer what it used to be and we therefore left quite disappointed overall.
The sweetbreads are not well cooked, the risotto has too much sauce…
Small positive point for the beef fillet which was very tasty and successfully cooked.
20/09/2024: Top notch hospitality, cuisine and service. The prices are in line with the quality offered. A wider choice of wines by the glass would be welcome.

15/08/2024: The setting is very nice, the waitress is very pleasant and smiling, a true professional! Good and plentiful meal. 👍
The only downside was that we asked a waiter for 2 doggybags, in the end everything was mixed in one, it was a disappointment, and when we opened the doggybag this afternoon the salad garnish etc. was not there.. disappointed to have paid so as not to finish all of our dishes...
But we will come back, it’s a very good address, good value for money, with the added bonus of the smile of the waitress ☺️👍

23/09/2024: Un très très bon moment passé dans cet établissement au décours de notre séjour dans le Pays Basque. L’accueil y fut chaleureux et nos hôtes toujours à l’écoute. Nous avions réservé une chambre standard : très propre et fonctionnelle. Les petits déjeuners étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes et copieux.
L’établissement est idéalement situé et calme bien qu’en plein cœur de la ville de Cambo les Bains.
Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander.
Encore un grand merci aux charmants propriétaires de cet hôtel. Un clin d’œil spécial à la petite shiba qui veille sur ce lieu et qui a fait le bonheur de la nôtre pendant ces quelques jours.
23/09/2024: Un petit hôtel comme on les aime. Situation au centre de cambo, ambiance familiale, belle chambre bien équipée et bien insonorisée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires. Petit déjeuner simple mais excellent.

19/09/2024: Frame without character, uncomfortable recycled furniture on the terrace. Short menu, not really seasonal (velvety), 3 starters, 3 main courses. Very little seafood (oysters, shrimp, razor clams). Misleading photos on the internet (no seafood platter).
Decent cuisine. Wine by the glass without offer of choice and served without showing the bottle.
Expensive: €106 for 2 with 3 glasses of wine (Muscadet at €5 a bottle).
Paper napkin. No printed bill provided.

Arriving at 9 p.m., the owner brought us the cards without saying hello. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were finally asked to order a drink. We were served our dishes at 10:45 p.m.… The meat was OK, at fairly high prices.
Avoid unless you have time on your hands

26/08/2024: Après plusieurs visites pour des vinyles on a finit par se laisser séduire par les plats qui en plus d’être maison sont délicieux !
Un grand choix végétarien sans prétention et des produits frais et locaux, que demander de plus!
L’accueil et le service sont parfait, on n’a plus envie de partir tellement on s’y sent bien.
Il nous tarde déjà de revenir pour des vinyles ou juste pour manger !
05/08/2024: Un petit resto au pied de la magnifique cathédrale. Du fait maison avec des produits locaux! Un délice!
Le personnel est adorable, vous pourrez également acheter des vinyles, le resto en regorge!!

06/09/2024: The comments were laudatory but unfortunately. The first dish is brought to us at the same time as the aperitif, too bad, and then after 1 hour of waiting the dish served is almost cold, we send it back to the kitchen 3 times, no better. To end it all, my friend didn't get what she ordered. In short, nothing is going well.
We lost our patience and asked for the bill; the only commercial gesture was to offer us an aperitif.
The very embarrassed waiter does not understand what is happening in the kitchen.
Table that I absolutely do not recommend.
We came for dinner on Wednesday September 4 in the evening.
05/09/2024: Very small room, the bed was comfortable. The restaurant is very noisy, a lot of people, the food is good, but the service a little slow. The staff is pleasant.
