17/07/2026: An excellent restaurant with extremely pleasant and professional staff. A particularly outstanding menu. Everything was perfect. We will gladly return.

09/07/2026: We went there with colleagues. The food is good and plentiful. The hake and its risotto were delicious. A minor point: the baby squid was a bit too fatty. One of the desserts was inedible. The waitress was very kind and understanding and brought mini desserts instead to apologize for the inconvenience. The staff were pleasant and smiling. The price-quality ratio is reasonable. The restaurant has an outdoor area... we'll have to try it next time, as we ate inside, which was nicely decorated. Thank you 😊

21/05/2026: A memorable 3-night stay. The room we stayed in was exceptionally beautiful, decorated with taste and refinement. The hotel boasts an incredible swimming pool, sauna, and Nordine bath. We also enjoyed an exceptional couples massage. The cleanliness of the premises—room, common areas, and grounds—was impeccable. And what can we say about the Michelin-starred restaurant? We give it 5 stars; it's simply an explosion of flavors for the palate and a feast for the eyes. Simply perfect. A huge thank you also to the entire team, who were incredibly attentive and always had a kind and friendly word. Thank you, Mr. Ibarboure, for this wonderful stay. We won't share any photos; we'll let you come and admire this enchanting place for yourselves.

01/08/2026: A wonderful experience, repeated at this establishment. A very warm welcome. But the real highlight is the food: delicious and generous portions. For us, it was a meal of seafood specialties, from Ttoro (a type of fried fish) to parillada (a grilled squid salad) and grilled octopus. All this in a rather calm atmosphere on the terrace. Parking nearby. I highly recommend it.

29/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant during a previous stay in Pau three years ago. We were happy to stop by again on a Saturday at lunchtime. Prices have increased considerably in three years, but so has everything else (thanks to inflation!). We had the set menu (starter/main/dessert) for €22. Individual dishes are around €20 (€19 for a homemade burger and fries). The children's menu is €12 and includes crispy chicken and fries, and a scoop of ice cream or panna cotta. The servers were pleasant, although the service seemed a little slow. However, the quality of the food is still excellent; the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely time.

15/06/2026: A very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely attentive. The establishment was very clean. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be the breakfast. It was a shame we had to make the pancakes and/or eggs ourselves. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
