10/09/2024: We stopped by the small inn on September 9, thanks to JMarie for her very friendly and humorous welcome. A truly excellent meal, thanks to his wife Solange who prepared a delicious meal for us. When we come back to the area, that's for sure we will come back to eat in this exceptional place.👍🏼

26/01/2026: It was lunchtime, so the atmosphere wasn't quite what it used to be in the evening. This little restaurant is charming; it would need less lighting to be truly a romantic spot. You have to admire the young women who run it. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I recommend it.

16/11/2025: The setting was very pleasant. The food was good, but on the day of our visit, the service was very slow. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our main course, without a starter, and with four children.

I booked a table on September 15th by phone (05 59 26 64 71, answering machine) and by email (contact@auberge-goxoki.com), using the contact information found on the hostel's website. When we arrived, our reservation hadn't been recorded, claiming the contact information wasn't correct...! And we had to look for another restaurant. A report was filed on Signal Conso to request an explanation from this unscrupulous establishment. Joël Ducret

08/01/2026: A slice of Bearn with all the classic local dishes. Fresh regional produces. Desserts are awesome and there is a large selection of homemade icecreams and sorbets. Service is super fast and staff is very friendly highlighting the french south west welcoming spirit. A must stop over for a lunch or dinner if you visit Pau. There are convenient parking spaces in front and back.

07/12/2025: Nice hotel for visiting the Basque Country. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

01/11/2024: Seul resto ouvert ! Plats à emporter possibles : burger/frites et dessert. Super bon, produits locaux, accueil au top, chaleureux. Merci encore !

20/10/2024: Ouvert en Hors saison, quand tout est fermé autour. La planche duo en guise d'apero à ravi les papilles des fans de fromage. Pour la suite nous avons été plus classique avec nos entrecôtes. Cuisson respectée, sauce béarnaise, c'est du local. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, les conseils sur les artisans du coin. La mascotte à 4 pattes nous a bien amusé.. Leur intérieur est plus grand que ce que vous apercevez par la fenêtre...la déco participe à l'ambiance chalet montagnard. Mon dessert a la châtaigne était léger et parfait. Merci. Adresse à garder.
