21/09/2024: There were eight of us at the table, including two children. We were served by Olivier who amazed our meal with his kindness, his attention and his understanding while waiting and demanding the quality of service that we expected, the dishes were very good. We didn't set out to eat at the basic Léon de Bruxelles because we are from Bordeaux and we usually eat Léon de Bruxelles, in Pessac, and lately. We were very disappointed by the quality of the cuisine, thanks to the Chefs at Léon de Bruxelles, Angoulême and Olivier's service. We have really changed our opinion and our opinion, and we will happily come back to eat in this restaurant. Even if it means traveling to Bordeaux Angoulême to be properly and attentively served. 27/08/2024: les patrons sont de vrais pro: entre les pizzas de Véronique avec sa pâte maison dont elle seule à la recette et les plats de Franck, avec le poisson frais de la criée (spéciale dédicace pour le fish n 'chips), rien à redire! le restaurant est très prisé surtout les midis de beau temps donc il peut y avoir de l'attente, privilégiez le soir (ou les délicieuses pizza)! l'accueil à toujours été bon! 19/08/2024: One Sunday lunchtime in August, we stopped at Le Coq d'Or which is well rated on Google. We are with our 2 daughters on the terrace who behave well. The food is ok nothing more. I take my daughters to the bathroom and in the meantime, the waiter offers my husband a coffee and says "you must need it with all these girls". I find it sexist and unwelcome, especially since the children behaved very well at the table.

20/01/2025: I would like to report a disappointing experience that I encountered several times in your establishment. Being a regular customer of your KFC, I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior of one of your managers (in any case she must be the only one), who often seems to lack friendliness towards customers. However, what pushed me to write this message mainly concerns the use of loyalty points at the drive. This is now the second time that I have been refused to use my loyalty points on the pretext that they are not applicable to the drive. However, this excuse seems unfounded, because I was able to use my points without problem in another KFC, also via the drive. This gives the impression that staff, particularly at the drive-thru, are not properly trained or do not want to make the effort to apply this option, which is unacceptable. I would like to remind you that it is not a question of money, but a question of respect for the customer and the commitments of your loyalty program. I will not return to this establishment if this type of problem persists, and if so, next time, I will ask for the complaints log directly. Please take this feedback into account to improve training and the quality of service in this restaurant.

18/01/2025: The friendliness of the teams needs to be reviewed The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be reviewed The sauces are not unlimited, which is understandable, however you still have to put some in the sandwiches (just to respect KFC recipes) One of the terminals has a touchscreen problem (unless it's because of the grease on it)

15/09/2024: We booked online and came on the evening of 09/14. 2 tasting platters, 1 bottle of white PicPoul, 2 cocktails, a real treat. (It would be great to clean the whelks better because a little sand...!) For only €80! We will come back
