05/05/2026: First day of vacation on the island. We arrived in the evening and couldn't do any shopping (everything was closed). We looked for a restaurant nearby (20 minutes away) for dinner and found Le Bistro de la Mer. It wasn't exactly close, but we figured it was one of the few places still open. We called... "Of course, we're still serving, dogs...with pleasure, how many people? Come on in, we'll be waiting for you!" So, what more can I say...? Oh yes, the people were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling... The service was excellent, the presentation was lovely, and the food was delicious. It's worth it, if only for the staff. Thanks again.

13/04/2026: Worst experience ever. The service does not make sence. I DO NOT recommend this place. Owner was absolutely NOT polite. Even 1 star is too much. I wish I could do zero stars.

17/05/2026: Nonchalant welcome, unpleasant owner, error in orders, I do not recommend.

17/05/2026: The owner (the bald guy) is incredibly unpleasant, and the service is awful. The waitresses must have been trained by the owner, since they're all equally unpleasant. We went there three times, and it was the same every time. It's pathetic; they should find another line of work.

07/09/2025: One star because zero doesn't exist. A waiter who forgets about his customers 😳 and snubs them when they ask for his colleague. What kind of staff mocks and humiliates their customers? Let's get out of here! There are bars and restaurants in town where you're well received and that are much better than this place.

10/11/2025: Mixed experience: you have to order at the counter before sitting down. So you end up reading the menu standing up to make your choice... The galettes and crêpes were okay, nothing special. One was badly burnt on the bottom. Touristy prices. In short, not great value for money.

17/04/2026: A wonderful experience, a very warm and friendly welcome. The €20.90 set menu was excellent, nothing to complain about from starter to dessert. Not to mention the amazing homemade mashed potatoes and a fantastic chef!! I highly recommend it.

17/06/2026: The aquarium itself is quite nice, but currently under construction there's practically nothing to see. However, the price hasn't changed; we stayed 25 minutes in the complex, €37 for 3 people for 20 minutes.

16/06/2026: Currently, only the Brittany Pavilion is open. But it's also worth a visit.

02/06/2026: A really dreary restaurant, the wait for a table was far too long, and my sole was just so-so. Very disappointed; Pedra Alta has gone downhill.

01/06/2026: Good evening, an experience not to be repeated at this Pedra Alta. They were clearly understaffed to handle the very large number of customers. There was a mistake with the orders between the two dining rooms. Children under 10 were served last, even though we had clearly indicated that they should bring their shared dish before the adults', to allow time for aperitifs. The aperitif was missing and never arrived. The mussel dishes smelled bad and were sent back twice, only to be left uneaten and then sent back permanently. We waited almost three hours to be served. Many customers were dissatisfied and complained to the staff, who were powerless to help. We requested that the manager come to our table to explain the situation, but he never came. We asked for bandages for one of the children, and I was told they didn't have any, so I had to go to the hotel next door to ask for them. UNACCEPTABLE and INADMISSIBLE this experience is far from what it was in the past at this same place.

10/06/2026: The staff were generally fine. The food selection was inflexible and limited. The food itself wasn't good. The steak was too tough. The crème brûlée was burnt.

08/06/2026: What a disappointment this Lille institution, which we used to frequent regularly, is now! The dishes are unremarkable in both taste and presentation. One only has to look at the dust on the chandeliers of this, once beautiful, dining room.

24/05/2026: This way of operating is quite surprising and defies all logic, or at least any coherent explanation given to the customer. Paying an exorbitant price for a savory snack and not even being able to eat it on the terrace seems absurd… if you really want to do “street food,” then make things that can be eaten standing up and without cutlery, not food that crumbles, is messy, and difficult to eat… The Basque cake was more than ordinary, and the saleswoman at the dessert counter addressed you informally without your permission, in stark contrast to the two older women who displayed a surprisingly cold demeanor.

16/05/2026: Very disappointed. The welcome was very cold. It wasn't possible to sit down to eat a quiche and a sweet tart with a disabled person. I won't be going back!

04/04/2026: Arrived for lunch at 12:30 on Friday, April 3, 2023, and was told it wouldn't be possible, even though there was a free table. Perhaps it was a reserved table, but this wasn't indicated to us. It's a shame, as the place seemed nice. The welcome was cold.

18/05/2026: The gradient, on the Pasha side there are now several passes (so on the Pasha side there's nothing to see anymore)

17/05/2026: It was an excellent day and we thoroughly enjoyed all the attractions. I recommend it to everyone, but the food options weren't very comprehensive (meals). Still, it's a good attraction.
