03/02/2026: A very pleasant surprise at this restaurant on the Champs-Élysées. I thought, "Oh, tourist trap," when I walked in. But the service was really friendly and efficient. A dish was changed without any problem. Separate bills were also delivered with a smile. Reasonable food for the price.

12/07/2026: For our holiday on the island, we came to Boyardville and discovered this bistro. I don't understand the bad reviews? We ate very well and the prices were very reasonable. We weren't disappointed with the children's or adults' menus, and we went back for ice cream too – perfect! I highly recommend this bistro/restaurant.

12/07/2026: Extremely disappointed with the reception; an interminable wait despite their unfailing kindness. We felt like we were in the way; no one came to see us, and they just left us waiting…

05/04/2026: My favorite restaurant in Grasse! All the appetizers and starters are simply divine. The dishes are heavenly, wonderfully executed. The staff is simply incredible: lovely, caring, always smiling, but above all, exceptionally kind. You can feel their genuine attention to the customers; they are always attentive and take the time for each person. We will miss this restaurant enormously, both for the exceptional quality of the food and for the wonderful people who make it happen.

12/03/2026: Run as far away from this place as possible. It's gone downhill in every way. They're closing permanently in a month and couldn't care less about their customers except taking their money. The food tastes frozen, tasteless, and the service is atrocious, rude, and inefficient (we're still waiting for our carafe of water). The table that arrived after us was served well before us. In short, a disaster!!! This review is here to save you from disappointment, unless you enjoy being mistreated and eating bad food (frozen + microwaved)!!!

20/07/2026: This restaurant is an institution, I was told! It certainly used to be!! So I went back with my wife to confirm what they said, and in the end, I'll never go back. The welcome was mediocre, the service deplorable. Taking our order was incredibly slow. Our table wasn't cleared; we had to ask for it to be cleared properly and for our dessert order to be taken. We asked for water, but it was never served. The mussels were tiny!!! The portion of fries was minuscule, and the toilets were located between the tables. Keep going like this, and your uncle's legacy will be squandered. Only the decor is passable, but it's far too cluttered.

17/07/2026: Excellent restaurant. Very pleasant place. Very good mussels and fries with Roquefort cheese.

13/02/2026: We booked this restaurant for 40 people in July 2025 for January 2026. We haven't heard anything from them, even though we paid a €400 deposit. The restaurant is closed, so we had to find a plan B four days before reopening. Avoid them if they do reopen because they still owe us our €400 and they don't answer the phone.

06/02/2026: We booked at the end of the year for a birthday celebration. We paid €400 in advance. At no point were we informed of the establishment's closure. It's impossible to get a refund. No one answers. Avoid this place; don't trust these thieves.

05/07/2026: At the end of our Route des Grandes Alpes tour, we were exhausted and wanted to enjoy a delicious meal by the water. We stopped at Le Remous and received incredibly friendly service. The food was delicious, and there was a wonderful atmosphere right on the harbor. It was a perfect end to our tour, and we'd love to come back. The restaurant offers excellent value for money, and we can't understand the negative reviews about long wait times. We were there in the evening during peak hours, and all the staff were efficient. We were also easily allowed to take a bottle of water with us.

22/06/2026: Great time at Le Remous, excellent perch, burgers and cocktails, top-notch service, thank you Alex, a restaurant to go to with friends or family without hesitation!

28/01/2026: Arriving in January and not having heating in the rooms isn't very pleasant. The boiler supposedly takes a long time to start, according to the receptionist (I think it simply wasn't running).

13/01/2026: Upon arrival, the receptionist seemed frozen, which was a bad start… then the elevator broke down. When I got to the room, it must have been 15 degrees Celsius. I was hoping to work on my computer, but it was impossible. I had to take refuge in bed, adding extra blankets and cold, damp sheets. The bathroom fan heater ran for part of the night to try and raise the temperature, but it was noisy, so the night was short and bad. Clearly, the room hadn't been heated for some time, so it was a very bad experience for me. I can understand that there might be a heating problem or that the heating system is being used economically, but I would have liked to have been informed before paying so I could have chosen whether to stay or not. The hotel owner was perfectly aware of the heating problem, but no compensation or additional heating was offered. I do not recommend this hotel and will not return. It's a shame because the hotel is well located and quiet.

28/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome and were lucky to have a great location during a period when parking was free everywhere. The evening meal was very good, and the breakfast was impeccable. However, regarding the room, I was given number 252 (double bed), but it was actually two single beds pushed together... ouch, my back!

01/08/2026: Avoid at all costs!! The service was okay, but the food gave me food poisoning two hours later.

18/07/2026: The staff is friendly, the location is convenient, and the food is delicious. I liked the white wine, but the rosé wasn't so great.

28/07/2026: An experience... let's say, memorable, but not for the right reasons. The staff weren't exactly unpleasant, more like "politely absent." As for the food, nothing extraordinary: decent dishes, but soulless, the kind of meal you forget before you've even paid the bill. Special mention (and not the least important) goes to the menus, veritable grimy museum pieces that seem to have survived several presidencies without ever seeing a wipe. You could almost feel the restaurant's history unfolding before your eyes. In short, an establishment with potential, but one that would benefit from a (literally) complete overhaul of its customer experience.

22/07/2026: A fantastic discovery! We ate incredibly well several times during our vacation; everything was delicious, generous, and prepared with care. The value for money is amazing, especially considering the quality offered. A huge thank you to the entire team who are welcoming, smiling, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. You can tell they love what they do, and it makes all the difference. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

25/07/2026: One of the great aquariums of the world. However, there think they should advertise that a major hall is closed presently. This was very disappointing. It’s a huge complex and needs half a day **at least** to see it all. There is a very strong focus on education and one of the halls (Océanautes) is absolutely dedicated to educating children at primary school level. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a museum or wildlife centre as laser-focused on education. It is apparently very busy much of the day but if you get a two-day pass (Océan Pass) you can go in late on (say 4pm) and there are very few people there. One disappointment was the lack of English (or any foreign language books) for sale in the large shop: this surely is a missed commercial opportunity.

25/07/2026: Visiting after the reopening of the tropical pavilion, we were disappointed: the focus has been placed on screens, small, medium, and very large. It was sad to see that pixelated fish on giant screens serve as an aquarium in the children's area... We saw everything in less than an hour and a half and regret that the ticket price remains so high for what it has become.

15/05/2026: We had a very good meal and received a very warm welcome. We highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: This is the second time we've eaten at this friendly restaurant. A warm welcome, simple but very good food. Very reasonable prices. It's our go-to spot for Monday meals.

15/07/2026: The owner is unbearable. He always tries to find excuses whenever there's a negative review. Hardly any locals go there anymore. It's only tourists, it's sad!
