17/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay. The staff were welcoming and always smiling. The hotel was very clean and had a very convenient private parking lot. The room was spotless, no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The hotel is ideally located, close to the town center and the beach. We highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: A huge thank you to your entire team for this wonderful launch evening at L’Orangerie, Rambouillet’s new event venue. The welcome was incredibly warm and friendly, which immediately put everyone at ease. The catering was simply superb: delicate dishes perfectly paired with subtle wines, a true delight for the palate. The entertainment was exceptional thanks to the talents of the musicians and the mentalist magician, who captivated and amazed the guests throughout the evening. We recommend this venue without hesitation and look forward to experiencing such moments again in this magnificent setting. Bravo to the whole team!

12/06/2026: Two days ago it was fantastic, the portions were generous and the food was great, but now I'm completely disappointed. The shallot sauce is just shallots soaked in butter, and if the flank steak weighs 150g, that's a huge amount. I don't know if the chef has changed, but I'm really disappointed.

11/06/2026: Mussels were undercooked, fries very dry. Thrown a dollop of curry sauce over the top mussels and that was it. The service was friendly. When I asked for compensation, they were willing to do something about it, but the owner refused. So, never again. I returned almost everything.

04/07/2026: Not rating the hotel but the restaurant. We had a wonder experience last night. The 4 of us picked the menu: Envie de tout, with pairing wine and tea. The meals were delicious and the service exceptional. We can hear that there is passion on their craft. Nadia gave us great explanation of her passion for overall well being, connection with Tea practice in China and Japan and the fine dining.

22/06/2026: Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn’t particularly impressive. The service left a lot to be desired, and the food felt rather repetitive. I wouldn’t consider it the best choice for anyone looking for a truly memorable gastronomic experience.

21/07/2026: I used to be a regular customer of the restaurant. Yesterday I was really disappointed with the service, which is no longer up to standard. The presentation was simplistic. I won't be going back.

12/07/2026: A very bad experience. I placed an order totaling €71, which included fried calamari. The result was catastrophic: the calamari was rubbery, clearly frozen, undercooked, and simply inedible. The most shocking thing is paying a price that suggests fresh products when the quality is that of industrially produced food, and even then, poorly prepared. At this price, one has the right to expect a minimum level of quality and culinary expertise. I am extremely disappointed with this order and I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. For the price paid, the value for money is unacceptable.

15/12/2025: This Léon de Bruxelles in the northern part of Auxerre is typical of the chain: you go there without any surprises, but you know you'll get a decent meal. The menu is, of course, focused on seafood, but offers a few options if you don't like fish. I tried the Léon Casserole, which was good, although the amount of fish was a bit small and probably frozen. Be careful with the garnish: although it says sweet potatoes, it's mostly potatoes (about 80%). The paella was okay, but it's more of a French-style paella, nothing exceptional, and the rice used isn't ideal for this dish. Note that the drinks are quite expensive. Overall: It's a reliable restaurant for a quick meal if you're not looking for anything original. A decent choice.

31/05/2026: We arrived this morning for coffee, and the manager of the Querrien hotel-restaurant told us the coffee machine wasn't working! It was 9:00 AM, and the hotel guests were enjoying their breakfasts. Our disappointment was matched only by our initial, indescribable joy... So, a word to those who value kindness, respect, and professionalism: AVOID the Querrien in Cancale without hesitation. The welcome is a disgrace, and on top of that, it's delivered with arrogance and an oversized ego! Fortunately for us, just a few meters away, we were received with the utmost respect.

28/05/2026: Warm welcome and very friendly service. But the food was 😞 not good and very expensive for what was probably frozen. We won't be back.

07/06/2026: I booked a room at this hotel-restaurant for 10 hiking friends to be as close as possible to the ferry terminal for the Île de Sein, and also because I liked the hotel's website. We were all thrilled. The rooms are beautiful and impeccably clean. The large lounge is comfortable, with a lovely pool table and a bar stocked with a selection of the finest spirits. We had only booked dinner for the first evening, but it was so exquisite that we dined at the hotel every night, culminating in an absolutely unforgettable lobster dish on our last night. The owner and her daughter (an intellectual who hadn't initially planned on a career in hospitality) are, in fact, highly professional. The restaurant is tastefully furnished, bright, and overlooks the sea; my only complaint: it's 2,000 km from our home in Rome!

02/06/2026: We had a great stay in a very convenient location with a sea view, free parking, a very warm welcome from the owner, a very good breakfast with plenty of choice, and Carole was always available if you needed anything. The dishes are generous, flavorful, and the prices are perfectly in line with the quality offered. We also greatly appreciated the visit from the Chef, who came to make sure everything was to our liking. It was a very thoughtful touch that shows the care they take with their customers. Very high-quality cuisine, an excellent experience. We highly recommend it!
