18/09/2024: Peu de monde le lundi soir, pas d'ambiance, ni de musique douce. Moules gratinées Léon, trop gratinées à mon goût. En apéro spritz et Moscow mule, peu de saveur, pas de déco sur le verre, ni accompagnement. Pour moi ce n'est pas un restaurant

18/08/2024: We (4) enjoyed our meal, masterful sea bream very well cooked, prawn pasta, excellent desserts, well chosen rosé wine, on a white tablecloth table, in an idyllic place on Capelan beach, far from the crowds of the port... Let's hope the chef stays at the end of the season! Very pleasant and competent server. THANK YOU

18/08/2024: A disaster! We had booked for 8:30 p.m., after an hour of driving we arrived ready to spend a great evening... unfortunately what a disappointment: after 30 minutes of waiting we ended up asking for the menus and learning that there was only 1 dish left. available on the 4 offered… On Saturday of the week of August 15 at 8:30 p.m., this seems incomprehensible. Especially since the waiter confirmed to us that all the tables had been reserved so you just have to learn to count your stocks! The service is completely lousy too, no drinks and nothing to eat… we preferred to leave the restaurant! No apology from the staff present, nothing!

11/09/2024: En front de mer , cuisine plus que médiocre, personnel pas sympathique du tout , un sourire est toujours le bienvenu mais apparemment il a pris le large , établissement à fuir , cher pour ce que vous avez dans votre assiette, n’y perdez pas votre temps et votre argent , très mauvaise expérience.

01/09/2024: Discovered this place last night, the outdoor terrace is just magnificent, the atmosphere is great as well as the staff. We had an excellent evening. Friendly place, for white wine lovers the Nectardiff is delicious.

01/10/2024: We only went to the restaurant. It's clearly a tourist trap. 20th the Burger, the fish without flavor, the children's formula, not great but we could have actually asked for more details, its fish fillet bathed in sauce (having tasted it, I didn't even want it). Unpleasant welcome. Go your way, walk a little more and you will find other restaurants that are friendlier and better located.

23/09/2024: Je tiens à préciser que cela fait 18 ans que je vais dans cet établissement. Mais là ce n'est plus possible. Nous étions tout un groupe pour leur faire découvrir une de nos adresses préférées, nous avions réservé, à notre arrivée tout s'est bien passé, le jeune serveur était agréable. Un de nos convives ne pouvait pas trop manger, il a donc pris une petite salade Coleslaw histoire de pouvoir nous accompagner tout de même. Nous avons été servi et à la moitié de notre repas toujours pas de salade en vue, nous avons donc gentiment "été voir" le serveur (sinon personne) qui indique que c'est bien commandé mais que le problème vient de la cuisine. Petite précision il est 21h, il n'y a quasiment personne Nous patientons, mais là nous avons déjà terminé notre plat, nous réitérons notre demande auprès du serveur en lui exprimant notre mécontentement et que ce n'est pas dirigé contre lui, au passage nous recommandons une pinte et bien celui-ci nous envoie carrément "caguer" et c'est bien le mot et qu'il n'y peut rien. Un manque de professionnalisme total. 5 minutes plus tard (45 minutes après avoir commandé...) il apporte le plat et là on rit jaune, une petite tasse avec une cuillère à soupe de coleslaw on en reste bouche bée, 50 minutes pour ca !! Toujours pas nos pintes, on en profite pour lui demander la carte des desserts. Au bout de 15 minutes, rien, pas de pintes, pas de carte des desserts nous avons donc décidé de partir, avons payé et été voir la responsable "de ce service" et vous savez quoi rien, "on est navré", aucun geste, aucune attention, un menfoutisme total. Je n'ai vraiment pas pour habitude de descendre un établissement aussi durement mais là on sent un laisser aller total. Plein de petites choses été à la baisse, nous n'en tenions pas rigueur mais là c'est le pompon. Alors vous savez quoi et bien dorénavant vous pouvez vous carrer vos pintes nous n'y reviendrons pas. A bon entendeur salut.

06/09/2024: I went to this restaurant recently. The food is average, the setting is average, for an excessive bill. However, what surprised me the most was the boss's attitude. Unfortunately, he was rude throughout our visit, which ruined the experience. It is a shame that such an unwelcome welcome tarnishes what could have been a pleasant moment. Service is a key element in a restaurant, and the attitude of the manager was unacceptable. Fortunately, one of the waitresses was very pleasant (the second allowed herself some misplaced thoughts...). In short, a disappointment, I will not return to this restaurant, where clearly the owner is bitter and does not need the customers' money to live.

02/12/2025: (Review from my 9-year-old son) It's great for children and adults alike; we have a lot of fun, but some of the slides are hard on the back, especially the Aquaturbo. In my opinion, it's a perfect place for families, but there are some hygiene issues with the pools and changing rooms.

02/12/2025: It's disappointing. I had great memories of this park. The security wasn't great back then, but I get the impression they've managed to cut costs on staff, which is quite an achievement in itself. The main attraction is the miracle that such an unhygienic establishment hasn't been shut down. The price is outrageous for a park that has only gone downhill over time. Perhaps it's time to renovate the park... Anyway, you have almost 30 years' worth of savings? You've obviously reinvested in the park :) The park in its current state is not recommended. It's a real shame because there aren't many others in the area... And, of course, to feign remorse, they give the most generic responses possible to comments. When addressing hygiene, safety, and equipment replacement issues, they reply: "We're taking this seriously! We're passing it on to the teams!" (which, incidentally, hasn't existed for 20 years) In short, nothing works, and you'd think the person answering the questions was doing their job properly, but in fact, they're not even doing it themselves! Get out of here. Sell the park to someone who would be willing to take this at least somewhat seriously.

31/08/2024: A pleasant time by the canal, very good quality food by chef Kevin, friendly atmosphere and a big thank you to Océane who provided the service. Affordable price. Recommended 👍. Fresh produce

29/08/2024: Very bad experience in this restaurant, we will not return, food without anything to highlight, although the place is nice, we found it very dirty, the tables dirty and I won't tell you if you see the interior, glasses hanging with dirt accumulated over months. The worst was the service, very unfriendly, not to say rude. The girl who serves in the restaurant had a serious accident with her car, she fell into the canal, my husband helped them get the dogs out of the car and I will only tell you that she ended up in the canal to help, not a single gesture of kindness for the help. They didn't even say thank you, nor did they say goodbye to us. We left them €60 to spend (very expensive for what we ate). The owner charged us and we are still waiting for a thank you! Awful!! Without a doubt one of the worst experiences ever had in a restaurant.

16/11/2024: Ce restaurant est exceptionnel, je pense d’ailleurs sans mentir que c’est devenu notre restaurant préféré. Ce soir, mon mari a mangé son plat préféré comme d’habitude, un excellent welsh complet avec des frites bien grillées. Moi j’ai craqué comme souvent pour le plat du jour. Ce soir, bœuf Angus mariné, os à moelle, butternut rôti et sauce vin rouge. Et comme j’avais un doute sur la sauce, les adorables serveurs me l’ont ramenée pour que je la goûte avant. Ce restau, c’est le restau des locaux, des habitués … l’été bien sûr car la vue est dingue face à la mer en terasse mais l’hiver bien au chaud aussi. Et j’ai lu beaucoup de commentaires à l’instant sur les équipes que je trouve totalement injustifiées (et je ne les connais personnellement pas du tout) Nous pommes venus de nombreuses fois et nous les avons toujours trouvées professionnelles, arrangeantes et sympas. Même quand il y a 30 min de queue sur la digue ! Je ne peux que vous conseiller ce resto qui pour toute notre famille est clairement le MEILLEUR d’hardelot

25/10/2024: Les boissons et la crêpe étaient bons, le cadre sympa. Malheureusement cela est gaché par des serveurs peu aimables, une table sale pas nettoyée....on a l'impression de géner... Ce restaurant qui est le seul sur la digue d'Hardelot mériterait de la concurrence pour se remettre en question.

07/12/2024: We have never been disappointed until now but we went to eat there last Saturday November 30 and I don't think we are ready to go back. There was clearly a staffing problem. Virtually empty room and no more welcoming new customers. An hour to have mussels and fries. Cheese in the sauce that wasn't melted and frozen fries that were dry. The waiter was apologetic and did what he could but it seemed like they were all doing the cooking and serving. Plus it was very cold and I left with a bad cold. In short, it's over for us

21/09/2024: There were eight of us at the table, including two children. We were served by Olivier who amazed our meal with his kindness, his attention and his understanding while waiting and demanding the quality of service that we expected, the dishes were very good. We didn't set out to eat at the basic Léon de Bruxelles because we are from Bordeaux and we usually eat Léon de Bruxelles, in Pessac, and lately. We were very disappointed by the quality of the cuisine, thanks to the Chefs at Léon de Bruxelles, Angoulême and Olivier's service. We have really changed our opinion and our opinion, and we will happily come back to eat in this restaurant. Even if it means traveling to Bordeaux Angoulême to be properly and attentively served.
