12/01/2026: Nice prices overall. Pizzas ok. Pasta was a bit over boiled not usual al dente but big portions even the kids menu. Stuff very kind and helpful/accommodating. Great fish n chips portion! Moules, each person HAVE to finish his bowl before ordering extra round of moules. The Dijon one I do not recommend as its sauce on top rather cooked together. We had 3 diff flavors. Ail/parsilade was nice and mariniere! If you want quantity and good prices it's a place to go. Another place you should try all you can eat moules frittes is festival des moules in Nice. I hade 6 bowls with a friend there.

01/02/2026: We came as a family, and the experience was very disappointing from the start. As soon as we were seated, the table wasn't properly set: only napkins and a knife, no fork. We had to get up to fetch cutlery from another table, which already speaks volumes about the establishment's professionalism. Shortly after, my husband ordered a non-alcoholic beer, but he was brought a regular one. Luckily, he asked before drinking it—a serious mistake, especially when you specify this type of request. The food then arrived, and that's when things got even worse. The fried dishes were soaked in oil, to the point of being inedible. Our son's children's meal (fish and chips) was literally swimming in oil, which is unacceptable, especially for a child. My salad… let’s not even go there: roughly chopped pink radishes, they looked like they’d been chopped with an axe, hard-boiled eggs that had clearly been cooked for several days, dry and tasteless, all drowned in dressing, making the dish sickening. My husband ordered a fish burger: not only was it bad, but there were bones in the fish, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous, especially in a burger. The small fried fish pieces had a very unpleasant taste of old oil and were, again, excessively greasy. As a result, we barely ate anything. To top it all off, when the bill came, the waiter tried to charge us for something we hadn’t ordered or eaten, which only added to our dissatisfaction. Finally, the hygiene of the restrooms was clearly lacking, which is particularly concerning in an establishment that serves food. 👉 Between the poor quality of the food, the disastrous cooking, the excessive oil, the service errors, the billing problems, and the lack of hygiene, the experience was very bad. We will not be returning.

15/02/2026: This 3-star hotel fell far short of its usual standard. The welcome on arrival was terrible. We received no help finding a restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner. The shower was unusable due to the slippery floor. The water alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, creating a stagnant pool. Neither the radiators nor the refrigerator worked. Our room was above the kitchens, making it noisy. We shared our concerns upon departure, but no solutions were offered. It's worth noting that before asking if everything was alright, the staff member checked to see if we had paid. It would have been a shame if we had done this beforehand, as we could have discussed the price! And no compensation was offered! The only positive point was the very good quality bedding.

03/01/2026: Reservation made through The Fork but the restaurant is closed, despite reviews for December 31st, strange, luckily we were able to find another restaurant

01/01/2026: We made a reservation a week in advance using the 50% discount on the à la carte menu advertised on TheFork. The restaurant only informed us that morning of a set menu for December 31st, with no à la carte options available. This information was not provided at the time of booking. We therefore cancelled.

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

08/03/2026: Industrial food; all the charm of the old Italian bistro is lost. Only the waitress is pleasant and does her best. Avoid this restaurant!

07/03/2026: Tasteless beer, no appetizers served, far too slow service, the pizzas were quite good despite everything, but the ice cream desserts were lacking and there was no hot chocolate as advertised on the menu. The waiter was very average with questionable humor. I won't be going back.

06/03/2026: Restaurant. A lot of pretension, relatively expensive, and disappointing. The skate was dried out, with dry, tough ends, and the sauce was completely forgotten (a skate à la grenobloise here is skate served with absolutely nothing...). The "seaweed potatoes" were just steamed potatoes, again with nothing else! A set lunch menu for €35. The dessert was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria. In short, disappointing. We won't be going back.

01/02/2026: A truly unique restaurant... the entire interior is exquisitely decorated... you're transported back in time... a real feast for the eyes... and the food is plentiful and delicious... I highly recommend the croque monsieur, among other things; the pizzas are generous and well-topped... the welcome and service are excellent... I highly recommend this place

03/01/2026: I was very disappointed by this restaurant, which I know very well. I ordered lasagna, but there was no lasagna. I changed to mussels, but there were no mussels either! Finally, I ended up with a mediocre pizza, and my companion had pasta carbonara, which was carbonara in name only. I won't even mention the service. As a customer for three decades, I'll be going elsewhere.
