From our welcome to our departure, Lionel and Cecile were incredibly accommodating and charming.
The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
The meal was quite the experience. Lionel guides you from beginning to end. He takes the time to explain and chat about everything (including wine — excellent recommendations!) all while taking care of the other tables around. The food was excellent, with interesting flavor combinations on the dish to keep you curious for the next one.
I’m looking forward to coming back!

10/01/2025: We had lunch at this hostel on January 3 after a morning of snowshoeing, despite the fact that we arrived 30 minutes before our reservation time, we were very well received and still settled in, despite the crowds in the establishment.
We had a great time, perfect service, the staff is very friendly, excellent meals, plentiful and tasty.
Experience to repeat without problem, I recommend the Gaschney Inn.

16/09/2024: Excellent dinner in stylish restaurant with great staff. Husband had the prix fixe with sea bream and I opted for the sea bass which was cooked amazingly well plus their take on Black Forest gateaux. No hesitation in recommending if you want a good night out in a place that seems lots of locals go rather than a tourist trap. Book well ahead though.

22/09/2024: hello, we came thirsty and hungry we were not disappointed, the prices compared to the cooked quality were surprising, the rating of 10/5 does not exist but they deserve it. A must-see in Colmar without a doubt. Pleasant and friendly server

But I don't know if we should publicize this information because this restaurant is tiny and it offers very little space to eat, at the table or at the bar. In short, it is worth it and it is absolutely necessary to book.
