18/03/2026: The table for working in the room is too narrow. The sloping ceiling and exposed beams in the middle of the room and above the bathtub are impractical and dangerous (risk of bumping into things).

17/02/2026: A fantastic spot in Mulhouse that's well worth a visit. The service is truly excellent, and the two young women who run it are very professional. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the products. The chocolate served with the waffles is simply amazing.

I received a gift certificate for this restaurant, and driving 170 km to get there is a long way, you might say, but once I arrived, I was amazed by this beautiful village. And that's not even mentioning the restaurant! A very warm welcome awaits you as soon as you walk through the door. The decor is lovely, and you can actually have a conversation without too much noise from the dining room (which is rare). The service was top-notch, the food was superb, and the price was more than reasonable. Experience it for yourself and don't hesitate to make the trip; you won't be disappointed. This visit took place during the week, and it must be even more enjoyable on the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Hats off and congratulations to the whole team! Jean Marie

19/03/2026: It's best to wait until guests have finished their aperitifs before serving a hot starter. This avoids having to send people back and then bringing back reheated broth. Wine is ordered after the main course has been served. Is this a new concept? The corked wine by the glass has been replaced, but the aroma should have alerted them before serving it.

04/03/2026: A very extensive menu with delicious dishes served in generous portions. A delight! The same goes for the desserts. I've had the pleasure of dining at this inn three times: one winter evening with a small group, one lunchtime with about ten people, and a few years ago on the terrace in the summer with my family. There's a huge green space where children can play safely, with a swing set, away from cars and under the watchful eyes of their parents. The prices are reasonable and fair, and the quality and quantity are excellent. The service is very pleasant. The interior decor and wood paneling are very warm and inviting. An inn nestled in the forest where you feel right at home 👍

27/01/2026: It was a surprise. It's a very nice place, the food is good, the atmosphere is nothing special. My opinion... The cuisine has been frozen back in the '80s; there's nothing that reflects our times. For what I tried, one start would be enough.

Unfamiliar, spicy, beautiful, and delicious dishes (perhaps a touch too many starches, especially with the galette at the start of the meal), an original aperitif that deserves to be a regular offering, not to mention the always efficient and friendly welcome and service. We also appreciated Mr. Perrin's visit to our table to gather our initial impressions. This evening was a very good initiative! We have loved coming to L'Altévic since it opened.

03/02/2026: I have never been treated so badly in my life as I was as a guest at this restaurant. We had to wait an extremely long time before we were even served. The food and drinks were simply dumped on the table without any courtesy. When we asked the waitress for the bill, she silently placed the receipt on the table and then ignored us for about 30 minutes. In the end, we put the money on the table ourselves and left. I wouldn't have wanted to leave a tip in such a situation – but apparently, this is their preferred way of treating guests. The food was okay, but nothing special. I can only advise against visiting this restaurant. German-speaking guests, in particular, seem to be unwelcome here.
