10/12/2025: A very nice place, they serve good flammekueches, and the service is impeccable and very pleasant.
09/12/2025: The wait to be seated was too long. However, once our order was taken, the flammekueches were served quite quickly and were good. It's a shame to charge 5 euros for sharing a flammekueche, as it's far too large for one person of average size.

Comfortable room with a good bed.

A warm, family welcome, attentive and efficient service, responsive to every request, and delicious, generous traditional cuisine. In short, we will gladly return on our next trip to the region.

26/06/2025: Impeccable service and welcome. After a 5-minute wait, we were seated on the terrace. The waitresses were very friendly and welcoming. The tarte flambée was excellent.
25/06/2025: We had 1 Pompeii pizza and 1 wild garlic/margière tarte flambée.
The wild garlic tarte flambée was good.
But the Pompeii pizza and the margière tarte flambée didn't really taste like raw ham.
Overall, it was good.

10/07/2025: A huge, magnificent museum, truly splendid, with very rare cars from all eras, Bugatti in the spotlight, of course. Such amazing lines, it's crazy.
In short, a must-visit, one of the most beautiful car museums in the world.
09/07/2025: Amazing. I dreamed about it and went there and it was great. It was a Sunday morning at the opening and the tickets were on an interactive terminal and then let yourself be guided!

22/09/2024: hello, we came thirsty and hungry we were not disappointed, the prices compared to the cooked quality were surprising, the rating of 10/5 does not exist but they deserve it. A must-see in Colmar without a doubt. Pleasant and friendly server

But I don't know if we should publicize this information because this restaurant is tiny and it offers very little space to eat, at the table or at the bar. The pleasant and elegant setting perfectly complements the experience. An address I recommend without hesitation.
