15/06/2026: The location is fantastic: all quiet amidst nature, and yet quite close to popular spots! Loading facilities for electrical cars on site! The rooms are quite comfortable with some real space. The air conditioning was just more noisy than efficient, and the toilet had cold white lighting. Services were generally pretty good- somewhat inconsistent perhaps as regards the room.

We had reserved a table specifically to ensure a quiet spot, but we received impeccable service with exceptional attention to detail. The food was delicious, the service superb, and the little chocolate plaques commemorating our anniversary were a delightful surprise. It was our first time dining in this type of establishment, and we were charmed and touched. Thank you for this wonderful experience, and I wish you continued success and all the best.

01/07/2026: This was the best meal we had in Alsace. Found it by accident and what a great discovery. The food was cooked superbly especially the Bream. Also loved the Munster Cheese flambe. Great wines from the next door winery. The service was lovely especially when it started to rain and we were sitting outside. They quickly found tables inside for us upstairs. Highly, highly recommend

15/06/2026: If you happen to be in the area, you absolutely must stop by and try their döner kebab. It's both affordable and very filling, and it's open until late. The family running the place is very friendly and welcoming. They patiently prepared separate orders for seven people.

30/08/2026: Everything was perfect, pleasant, delicious, and enjoyable! The staff and the owner are wonderful, helpful, friendly, and always available to assist everyone. The only very minor drawback is the lack of soap in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was impeccable.

23/08/2026: We seek out and appreciate good restaurants in the Colmar area. La Nouvelle Auberge, with its chef Bernard in the kitchen and Martine and her young team in the dining room, represents excellence. The quality-price ratio is very reasonable. The contemporary dining room is very pleasant and air-conditioned. In conclusion, Wihr au Val should be proud to have one of the best restaurants in the area right in its village.

26/08/2026: I ate at this farm inn on August 22, 2026. Here's my opinion: there's nothing to say about the quality or quantity, the service is decent, it's very good, but what's really wrong is that the tables are far too cramped. I've never seen anything like it in my 40 years of life.

17/05/2026: The meat in their kebab is way too salty! It used to be better.

29/04/2026: We waited an hour for a kebab and a yufka meal, with an extra red cabbage that I didn't get but still paid for. The meat was cold, and the servers didn't even come to tell us it would take a while. The waitress was unpleasant and undiplomatic in her approach to customers. I've been going there for over 10 years. The previous management was much better. This is the last time I'll be going.
