27/09/2024: Came at 3 p.m. today and left without anything at 3:15 p.m. after two customers passed me in front of me despite having said it was my turn the service needs to be reviewed completely I lost 20 minutes of my break and ended up with nothing eat

26/09/2024: Very good quality bread, although industrial, with a wide choice. The pastries are numerous, and there is a wide choice whatever you are looking for. Very friendly service.

29/09/2024: Went here for the third time today because we really liked it the first time. The food is down-to-earth and tasty and the staff is extremely friendly. Recommendation, the Röstipfännle in different versions. The tarte flambée is also very tasty.

28/09/2024: It felt more like a processing of the guests, eating here the simple onion soup (€8.50) was ok but nothing more.

13/09/2024: Restaurant à éviter ! A peine arrivée à table, ma jupe s'accroche à la table avec un résultat de plusieurs trous. Quand la serveuse m'envoie le patron, monsieur me fait non gentiment comprendre que ce n'est pas sa faute, ni son problème. Quand je demande une solution, j'ai droit à un "je ne suis pas le chef ici". Honteux de gérer un établissement d'une telle façon! To avoid at all cost! Only getting seated, my skirt gets caught on the table, resulting in several small holes in the skirt. The waitress sends me the manager, who tells me rudely that it isn't his fault and not his problem. When asked for a solution, I was told " I am not the manager here". Disgraceful and incapable!

13/09/2024: Cambio de propietario - inaceptable, descortés, servicio poco profesional! Cuando la falda de mi hija se rompió por los bordes ásperos de la mesa, el dueño culpó a mi hija. No mostró ningún respeto y no hizo ningún esfuerzo comercial. Incluso mintió sobre sus responsabilidades como gerente. Actitud incapaz y deshonesta.

07/09/2024: Expérience décevante. La qualité des plats reste très moyenne. Nous avons été déçus par les apéritifs. Nous avons commandé deux aperol spritz très dilués dans une dose bien inférieure à la normale. Stupéfaction, à 22h le serveur nous a demandé de nous diriger vers la caisse car le restaurant fermait sans même nous proposer des cafés. Je déconseille vivement ce restaurant.

03/09/2024: The food is average, I thought we ate Italian. From the age of 9, children pay full price so they don't eat much. We come from the Mulhouse region personally it's not worth the trip.

14/12/2024: Very very long waiting time despite the room being half empty! Food not good at all, only frozen and very poorly cooked. The scam also applies to drinks, the non-alcoholic cocktail for 4.5 euros is discount multi-fruit juice (like a cardboard brick at Lidl) served in a small 20cl flute. I advise you to avoid this restaurant.

27/11/2024: It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant. It’s still delicious! The flavors are incredible! The service is also very pleasant, we really have a good time there! It is one of my top 3 Asian restaurants in Mulhouse. I recommend!

12/09/2024: C'était bon, le service était correct sans être exceptionnel. Mais s'il vous plait faites un effort au niveau de la décoration... Nous sommes au mois de septembre et il y a de la décoration de Noël et de la St Valentin accrochée...

20/09/2024: Is it normal that a saleswoman who is at the takeaway does not serve me because in principle she serves the customers on site??? Please note there were no customers at the counter on site. The answer to my question why I was not served is as follows: each staff must stay in their area. So the customer has to wait while one of the two salespeople does nothing??? In no Poulallion store for several decades have I seen this!!!! In addition I bought 2 Almonds which were packaged in a bag like hotcakes, I had to ask for them to be put in a box. Training to improve!!!

30/08/2024: The staff does not necessarily want to keep the store running...2 days in a row we went to place an order for Valentine's Day, 2 days in a row were thrown away, the first because "it's the rush of noon", which I can understand, the 2 because "the saleswoman is lonely, it will take her a long time to look for the references and in any case it is 48 hours before you have to order" (which was the case. Result, no order, and we have our teeth in the water for Valentine's Day....thank you, but there, it's the cold shower for me which has always been well received at Poulaillon.. . Edit August 2024: I'm lowering my rating to 1, because zero is not possible. No one to serve, I'm alone, people pass and re-pass in front of me....10 minutes to wait for a very expensive sandwich that doesn't nothing exceptional? no, I'm divided, I'll spend my money elsewhere, it will be better and cheaper.

24/09/2024: Too bad the owner is not professional because there are a lot of hotel failures. Disappointed by the poor reception = first and last time because there is no shortage of competition to satisfy its customers!

12/09/2024: The booked stay went well: the location, the spa, the room and the meal. However, it was not won because the manager was visibly moody, she had hung up on my 80 year old mother when she tried to book (twice because it was not the right time) . So not professional. However, it is the customers who make a tourist place come alive. It's a shame when we offer zen... so this will be a first and last time. There is competition in the region.

09/09/2024: Für uns war der Besuch eine einzige Enttäuschung: Die Quiche kam im Kern eiskalt und am Rand gerade noch warm an. Nach der Bitte, sie aufzuwärmen, war sie immer noch nicht heiß. Schmeckte fad und war zudem ausgesprochen unansehnlich. Vermutlich hatte sie auch vorher schon manche zu kurze Runde in der Mikrowelle gedreht. Die Rösti waren ungesalzen, also auch ausgesprochen fade. Einen Salzstreuer mussten wir erbitten, der wurde dann kurzerhand vom Nachbartisch gemopst. Machte die Sache aber auch nicht viel besser. Fazit für uns: reiner Touristennepp.

21/08/2024: Suite à refus de nous servir dans un restaurant voisin, nous voici arrivés dans cet établissement. Une carte plutôt diversifiée pour les plats et très variées pour les boissons…un peu moins pour les desserts. Cependant, une écoute attentive et personnalisée par le personnel afin de répondre aux différentes demandes particulières (type vinaigrette sans sucre pour une personne diabétique). L’ensemble du repas a été correct et les mets proposés sont plutôt locaux. Nous vous conseillons l’île flottante qui est énorme et a un coût réduit, à savoir 5€… Une brasserie bien sympathique au cœur de Colmar, et un service au top. Nous recommandons cet établissement pour une halte déjeuner.

11/07/2025: It's 2:28 p.m. on a Friday, and the wait at the drive-thru is endless! Way too slow for a fast food restaurant! And the staff don't seem in a hurry.

14/12/2024: Restaurant simple et convivial qui change des brasseries alentours. Nous avons pris le plat du jour à 13,50€ (une paella bien copieuse) et une jolie sangria. La carte est également riche en tapas. Un lieu de repli possible pour les clients de l'hôtel Best Western de la Bourse, situé à 100m qui n'a pas de restauration et aux voyageurs de la gare, à 4 minutes.

06/12/2024: Este sitio sobrepasó todas mis expectativas. La dueña gallega encantadora, los camareros súper amables y la comida espectacular. Comida española de buena calidad y buen precio. Muy recomendable. Estuvimos tres amigas y nos trataron de maravilla.
