She's incredibly cold; she seems to have forgotten that in a service industry, respect and courtesy are key, because more is always better! Never again will I set foot in that place. 15/04/2026: I usually have no complaints; I come here all the time for my bread and other things. But today I was slightly disappointed. I went this morning to get a chicken Niçoise sandwich, all excited, thinking I'd have my favorite sandwich for lunch. But when I bit into it, I realized it was a tuna Niçoise. I like tuna, so it didn't bother me too much, but I thought I was getting my favorite chicken sandwich, and I realized it was tuna. I was a little disappointed. The employee who served me must have been new, so I think he got it mixed up. It happens; it's not a problem. When he put it in the bag, he clearly said it was a chicken Niçoise. Anyway, it's not a big deal, but I'll have to be a little more careful because if it were a question of allergy, then it would have been a problem. Otherwise, still top-notch and nothing to complain about. 👌🏼

16/04/2026: Self-service in the afternoon from 3 PM to 6 PM... The ice cream scoop isn't rinsed between flavors; I got lemon in my vanilla and my grandson got raspberry in his lemon! Otherwise, the place is nice!

22/03/2026: Disappointed with my visit to this refuge. No local produce...it would be wise to source from neighboring farms...the owners also seem rather arrogant...and €20 for a ham hock...at that price, they should at least add a Munster sauce.

15/11/2025: After a short hour's walk from Oberbruck along the stone path (there's more than just that one path), you'll reach the Auberge du Neuweiller, a magnificent spot perfect for daydreaming. You can enjoy a nice beer by the lake and savor traditional Alsatian cuisine. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Please note they don't accept credit cards. I highly recommend this place; it's truly relaxing.

28/04/2026: Marketing galore, but service nonexistent. Ikea doesn't treat its customers haphazardly. The slogans are catchy, like "Hey, Ikea," etc., but there's absolutely no personal touch. The last time I called (about a kitchen I'd already bought but hadn't yet delivered!), I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold before speaking to a human being. The answering message—with its numerous options (select 1, 2, 3, etc.)—is incomprehensible to the average person. Every time I try it, I inevitably have to restart my call because, unsure of my choice, I've made a mistake somewhere. It's irritating, especially considering the automated system is completely unreliable: every time it told me my wait time would be less than 10 minutes, I was stuck on the phone for over 30 minutes... A customer who has spent several thousand euros in the last few months.

22/04/2026: Very friendly atmosphere. The staff, owners, and manager were very nice. After a very good kir, the tarte flambée was delicious, and for dessert, an apple cinnamon tarte flambée with a touch of Calvados. 👍👍👍👍

05/04/2026: Very nice place and friendly service, but some concerns about the food. The vegetarian rôtis was very good, but the shank with honey was quite disappointing (except for the potato side dish). The Pinot Rosso was served ice-cold. The prices are fair, which is in their favor.

03/01/2026: A quick stop at this small restaurant, which was quite busy on the streets. The food was very good; we had a savory tarte flambée with four cheeses—a real treat—and a truly excellent sauerkraut, followed by a sweet tarte flambée for dessert. There was a slight hiccup with the service, but the waitress quickly rectified it and took responsibility for her mistake. So, professional. Pleasant these days. There was a bit of a wait for dessert, but I recommend it because there's a good selection on the menu and the quality of the ingredients.

20/05/2026: Beautiful and quiet campsite. Everything looks great here and I don't understand some of the reviews. Well-maintained, plenty of sanitary facilities, hot water. Nice playground for children and a lovely lake for swimming with a small beach and a separate fishing pond. This campsite is recommended.
