10/07/2026: Thursday, July 2, 2026 The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from Colmar city center. Excellent hotel. A perfect overnight stay. Pleasant room and spotless, nothing to complain about. Magical indoor pool. Pleasant welcome. The staff is great, both day and night. The breakfast is generous. 15/07/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed. Completely unprofessional. We had a reservation, but the blonde waitress just told us, "Your name's on the table, figure it out yourself." She couldn't even seat us. Once we were seated, no one came to give us the menu; we had to ask for it. The dark-haired waitress seemed fed up with taking our order. We asked for the coals to be changed, and the result was a completely burnt shisha. The Red Bull was served in a can without a glass, despite our request. Every time we called the blonde waitress, she sent her colleague because she clearly didn't want to serve us. I also noticed that she was very nice to the men but haughty with the women. The customers next to us even had to call the waitresses for us because they were ignoring us so much. I used to go to this shisha lounge before, but today the service was disastrous. It's a real shame.

08/08/2026: A fantastic club! Almost all the staff speak German, English, and French. Everything was clean, with lovely showers and delicious food. The pool and outdoor area are incredibly beautiful and convenient. We were absolutely thrilled.

19/07/2026: The owner is very welcoming, as is the person who gave us a tour of the club, and most importantly for me, the place is clean. Admittedly, the prices are high for a single man, but I think that's necessary. Otherwise, you have to be proactive and talk to people; don't wait for someone to approach you, or you risk not meeting anyone. The only downside, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that a man insisted on doing things with me. I had to refuse several times, which shouldn't happen. My husband and I went into a private room with a curtain. If you close the curtain, no one should enter. Several minutes later, this man entered even though we had closed the curtain. This individual wasn't malicious, but he was far too persistent and disrespectful. We spoke to the owner, and she took the necessary steps. Unfortunately, there will always be people like that, and owners can't anticipate these kinds of individuals. If this happens to you, don't hesitate to report it, as it won't be ignored by the establishment's management. We made the mistake of not reporting this man sooner, because when you say no, it means NO; the person shouldn't insist. We still had some wonderful encounters with very friendly and warm people, and there will always be more of them ☺️. It was a first for my husband and me, and we'll gladly return, but this time with even more confidence 😉. See you soon.

29/07/2026: Incredibly rude staff. €5.50 for a bottle of water (large apparently). Asked for ice for white wine (it was 36 degrees at 6pm) and the waitress pulled a face in disgust. Maybe she doesn’t like ice in her wine but I do. No ice came!! Empty restaurant and turning customers away. Didn’t try food and won’t be back! Would not recommend based on appalling non existent hospitality.

06/08/2026: After reading the good reviews, this restaurant seemed like a picturesque spot with good food. I think this is also true for the flamkuchen. However, we ordered the mixed grill. This was served as a gourmet meal where you have to cook all the pieces of meat yourself in a small pan. That was already a slight disappointment. At a grill, you expect the meat to come straight from the grill, not from the pan, and certainly not that you have to cook it yourself. Unfortunately, the pans worked very poorly and barely got warm. After a good attempt of an hour and a half, we gave up, and they offered to put the meat in the oven for us. The meat itself consisted of a mix of sausages and chicken. No steak or chops that you expect on the grill. After a long wait, we were finally given the opportunity to order drinks. Unfortunately, no good review from us. As a tip: clearly state for tourists what you mean by a mixed grill. If you really want to offer this as a gourmet experience, then provide proper pans, deliver the meat in small pieces, serve enough sauce with it, and ensure there is extra cutlery to place the raw meat pieces on the pans. Additionally, we smelled sewage every time the toilet door opened, and there were many cobwebs hanging on the walls in the courtyard. Faded glory. After expressing our disappointment, we received no financial compensation, even though we specifically asked for it. Terrible service! We paid the bill and left the food untouched. I hope that after reading this review, you will still be willing to compensate us. That would be real charm.
