09/12/2025: A restaurant that's been around forever... excellent traditional cuisine! Go and try it.

07/12/2025: We always have wonderful experiences dining here. Today was a delightful discovery: a family brunch at this restaurant, which we'd previously only frequented for meals on market days. As always, the quality, quantity, and warm welcome were all excellent.

14/12/2024: Very Bad quality and rude Service.

06/12/2024: There is no service at all. It says on the door of the restaurant that it opens at 18:00. We arrived at about 18:00. The waiter said that he needed to wash the floor first. We needed to wait at the door for him to finish washing the floor, and even wait until the floor was completely dry before entering the restaurant. It was too cold outside. We didn’t want to look for other restaurants. We still ate in this restaurant. The service was too slow. Every link required a long wait. We are sure we will not come again.

23/10/2024: Walking around Colmar, for the very first time, it was the most splendid discovery of my trip. Looking for a bakery in the area, the beauty of Colmar's famous pretzel immediately attracted me. At the entrance to this one, I must admit, I expected a slightly warmer welcome from the region, a small point to improve ;) But as far as my order goes, every savory sandwich in your shop was fabulous. They knew how to revive adults and children alike with succulent and sought-after flavors. I have rarely eaten sandwiches this good, you have my word. Looking forward to eating your sandwiches again, and see you soon to taste your pretzels!

17/12/2024: Quality and spacious room. Beautiful location. But then what a welcome.... a lady of a certain age, I suppose the manager, with a friendliness that would scare people away... and also openly criticizes the other employees in front of customers, very shameful.. The breakfast really doesn't live up to the setting, nothing is homemade, low-end cheeses, orange juice too.

16/12/2024: Decent hotel, tasty, fresh half-board meals, home-cooked food. Pleasant and relaxing view of the valley and the forest. Very good value for money. The only downside was that there was no shower gel in the shower dispenser. Staff available and cordial. Address to recommend despite everything.

13/12/2024: When we came for a snack during the Christmas holidays, we were very surprised that by 4 p.m. there were no more pastries… A cold welcome. We had to quickly choose a drink with no card and no price indicated.... When it was time to pay, we waited 10 minutes in front of the counter, while the waitress or manageress made her account book in front of us.... What's more, we were overcharged while the previous customer, located next to our table, paid without being overcharged... the total was displayed on the cash register screen.... To be avoided! Strange way of receiving customers! For friendliness, this is not the place...

When it's time to pay, we kindly point it out at the cash register and they say yes, well, it's not me who sets the prices, oh, we're not attacking you, we're just telling you that the price is expensive for a salad with a sauce that isn't generous. above baeckof restaurant plus salad 20 euros if we had seen this before we would not have stopped at this one

15/12/2024: Good brewery. Friendly staff. The baeckoffe is good and in sufficient quantity for an average eater. The tartes flambees look very good too. The price of aperitifs and drinks is not excessive.

20/09/2024: This was actually a bit disappointing. My lactose allergy was taken into consideration, but it was little for quite a decent price. No small appetizer beforehand, as is often the custom. We got the feeling because we don't speak French that it was a shame that we were there. Maybe this was just recording a moment, but for the price you expect a little more. I had the cod fillet and my friend had the mixed grill.

27/08/2024: We spent one night there for a stopover returning from vacation. The room is very decent and clean for one night.

26/08/2024: We were there on the night of August 19th. / August 20th After a 21-hour drive, I've been looking for a place to stay overnight for almost three hours. The employee at this hotel was very hard-working and flexible and got us a room. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The room including the bathroom was air conditioned and clean. We would like to thank you very much! Greetings from Germany!

17/12/2024: It’s always a pleasure to have lunch in this brasserie! Very friendly and fast service, very good quality products and generously served. We're having fun! The oysters are delicious! I also tasted the turkey escalope which melts in your mouth!! I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed!

01/10/2024: Very nice establishment, restaurant, hotel and staff at the top with a magnificent view of the vineyard and the castle of Haut Koenigsbourg! Only downside, a bathtub in the bathroom which does not allow a person with physical difficulties to take a shower which is why I only gave it 4 stars
