22/12/2024: I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The service was terrible, the wine was of poor quality (€30 formula for 3 glasses) and the food was not fresh. To top it all off, 15 people got sick the next day. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The pastries are excellent and homemade. The friendly and very efficient team. Simple & warm brasserie atmosphere. 08/12/2024: Arrived at 9 a.m. to drink a coffee, the result was the door wide open, it was as cold inside as it was outside 🥶 unfriendly welcome "the door will remain open"... Perhaps due to the stress of preparing the midday meal... The Christmas market can be a lot of work. Hence 3 stars instead of 1. Let's hope that Santa Claus delivers them a smile box at the foot of the tree.

07/01/2025: Yufka full of oil I've never seen that, they really shine! The fries are not great! I'm disgusted to have paid 16 euros for this! 4 euros per portion of fries is really too expensive to have an aftertaste of oil!! I won't come back again!

04/11/2024: It's really very good but the only downside is serving undrinkable instant coffee when you ask for an espresso and not warning customers. (Invoiced of course!)... See you soon anyway because we don't hold grudges and a machine breakdown can happen!

25/09/2024: I have been a customer of theirs for many years. Aware that during peak hours management is more complex, however, a service which tends to lose quality, each time you visit a product is missing (sandwich from the menu, sauce, drink) or there is an error. During my last visit to you, I waited exactly 55 minutes to receive my order which, for a fast food restaurant, is not correct. Upon receiving my order, I stand to the side and check it: an item was missing from my order and the drink was wrong. I hasten to report this because the waiting time was already... long enough for my liking. And the manager, in black, took the liberty of reprimanding the employee who was serving me, “He’s being served! You take the next orders.” So I explain to the manager that yes, served, but wrong order. She huffed, tossing me the sandwich in the bag with a hypocritical smile. I only came to order a meal, in a fast food restaurant, for my family and did not criticize, raise my voice or comment on the work of the team. For me, this service is deplorable, certainly due to failed management. It was better to order pizzas at home as some people say or even to go to McDonald's in Wittenheim. It will be even faster even if it is further. And more competent team!

25/09/2024: 40 minutes of waiting for a happy MEAL and a simple menu, so that in the end, mistake on the drink and missing the dessert in the happy MEAL. “Fast food”, “= fast food”… not at all. I am served more quickly by ordering pizzas delivered to my home.

16/09/2024: Having tea or something else on the terrace today seems to really annoy the waiter... He is pedantic and talks down to people. Doesn't want to get rid of his cards from a table he has assigned to himself to seat clients. He is haughty and very unpleasant. The weather is already bad today and it's not helping to warm up the atmosphere...
