04/12/2025: I absolutely adore Fabiola's cooking, whether it's Alsatian or Réunionnaise. What variety, such creative richness with seasonal and local ingredients! I highly recommend her husband's kindness in the shop. This place is extraordinary. Every meal becomes a celebration at La Case des Îles. Thank you!

13/03/2026: Unfortunately, our experience was a disaster. We had to wait ages for our drinks. Our section was clearly too large for a single server. The food took forever and arrived cold. The cordon bleu would have been good, but the fried spaetzle were definitely an acquired taste. However, since everything was already cold and I expected something better for almost €28, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I have never eaten so badly in Alsace.

19/12/2025: A reasonably priced Indian restaurant with good, hearty food. Located at the entrance to Mulhouse city center, it's ideal before heading to the Christmas market or exploring the city center.

06/03/2026: Sorry, but for a pizzeria to be worth its salt, it should at least make good pizzas! This was pathetic. The dough was disgraceful (colored but soggy), and the tomato topping was completely undercooked and unseasoned. A real shame! The appetizers were good, though. The waitstaff was friendly and the service was quick.

05/12/2025: We waited outside for over half an hour because the entrance is a staircase leading to the basement. We could understand that given the time of year. What was intolerable was the waiter's behavior: blond, young, and utterly rude. When we asked him why we had to share a table with four other people, something we wouldn't have minded, he started speaking rudely to us, took our cutlery, kicked us out of the restaurant, and let the next customers in as if nothing had happened, after all the waiting. He even made obscene gestures while I was holding my baby. It was absolutely shameful. This individual shouldn't be working in customer service: disgraceful, aggressive, and completely disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE WITH CHILDREN.

03/01/2026: A quick stop at this small restaurant, which was quite busy on the streets. The food was very good; we had a savory tarte flambée with four cheeses—a real treat—and a truly excellent sauerkraut, followed by a sweet tarte flambée for dessert. There was a slight hiccup with the service, but the waitress quickly rectified it and took responsibility for her mistake. So, professional. Pleasant these days. There was a bit of a wait for dessert, but I recommend it because there's a good selection on the menu and the quality of the ingredients.

18/02/2026: The price-quality ratio is acceptable. Given the overall Google rating and glowing reviews, I was expecting better. There's often a long wait in the evening due to the high volume of Uber Eats deliveries. The chicken spring rolls weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped; they were a bit bland. Otherwise, it's generally good. The service was pleasant and friendly. I hesitated between 3 and 4 stars... I'm going with 4.

18/02/2026: A real disappointment. A ruined meal, unfriendly service, defrosted desserts costing almost 7 euros, and a cold welcome. Disappointed!

08/03/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter was very kind and we thank him (unfortunately, this was less the case with his colleagues who took it upon themselves to make several remarks to him in front of us... admittedly he made some mistakes, but we were a large table with many changes to the menus... we found it a shame to see him being reprimanded in front of the customers, because he was clearly doing his best and it was thanks to him that we had a good time.

04/01/2026: Even though the place was empty, they wouldn't let us in with a stroller. The person in charge was incredibly rude, and the tea they served us to take away (we shouldn't have had to pay, but we're polite) was awful. I wouldn't go back to that place for anything. The owner responds that we aren't even customers, but our comment matches several others right below. Our recommendation is to go to this place only if you want to be treated impolitely and only if you don't have children.

22/02/2026: Family meal, everything was perfect.

22/02/2026: There were nine of us at lunchtime today, and the service was quick and very good. Everyone loved their meal (pizza, salad, pasta, etc.), and the ice cream was excellent! A lovely surprise for all of us.

01/03/2026: A terrible experience. We were treated very badly. They told me they didn't want Spaniards, that's how clear it was. Everything was disrespectful from the start. Furthermore, in February, even though there was space inside and we were with a small child, they told us to sit outside. If it's any consolation, don't go. However, at Les Tanneurs, we went after hours and they told us to come in without any problem.

31/12/2025: This is a very nice place to spend quality time, we spent the entire afternoon here and we definitely will bring our family here! The family is the soul of the restaurant and great outstanding environment. We will be back for sure with our family!
