28/10/2026: Excellent in every way. A warm and friendly welcome. Be sure to book ahead as it's very popular. The terrace and interior space are limited. If you're feeling peckish and light, order the Jadis salad; you won't be disappointed, it's very generous. In short, highly recommended.

13/09/2026: First visit for us. We had a Vietnamese platter (spring rolls and assorted steamed dumplings) as a starter, followed by duck with black mushrooms and bamboo shoots with vegetable noodles. My partner had the beef with black mushrooms and fried rice. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, and the lady was very kind. The portions are generous, but you can take home any leftovers. We will definitely be back!

20/08/2026: Family meal today. Pleasant service. Small menu, so we expect everything to be homemade. Black Angus beef, but the fries are frozen, which is a real shame. Our bill came to €124 for six people, without starters except for a small charcuterie board at €8.50. And no dessert for anyone. We found it a bit pricey. The setting is nice, but a little more effort on the side dishes would be appreciated.

16/08/2026: Very disappointed. We arrived at 1:00 PM sharp. I had reserved a table on the terrace to get some fresh air and enjoy the view. I was immediately told there were no more tables available on the terrace without any explanation. So I expressed my dissatisfaction to the waitress, and again, no explanation. Inside, it was very hot and full of flies. The service was icy. The meal was acceptable, but when it came time to pay the bill, perhaps a small gesture of goodwill? You didn't say a word. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

20/09/2026: The food is truly excellent, and the flavors are spot on. It's a shame that the experience is regularly marred by extremely long wait times. We've had to wait over an hour and a half between our appetizer and main course, which becomes really frustrating, especially when you're trying to enjoy a pleasant meal at the restaurant. Another regrettable point is the attitude of one of the servers, perhaps the manager, who can sometimes be quite unpleasant. You really get the feeling you're bothering him as soon as you ask a question or request something, which is unfortunately uncomfortable. Finally, it's best to carefully check the bill before paying, as we've already noticed some errors. It's a real shame, because the food is good and deserves service to match.

We had a marvelous weekend at Le Rapp and left with our heads full of memories! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we received a perfect welcome. A huge thank you to both the morning and afternoon teams, who were lovely, available, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the young woman who greeted us in the morning: she took the time to explain everything about the parking and gave us numerous recommendations for exploring Colmar. Her advice was very helpful and allowed us to fully enjoy the city. It's truly a little extra that makes all the difference! We were also particularly touched by the attentiveness of the entire team. Every time we went to reception or came down from our room, they spontaneously asked us if we needed anything. This availability, kindness, and genuine attention to guests are remarkable. We truly felt welcomed and valued, and that's invaluable! The hotel's location is also ideal. We were able to park our car and not touch it all weekend: the center of Colmar is just a five-minute walk away! This is a real advantage for exploring the city at a leisurely pace, strolling through its charming streets, and enjoying every moment without worrying about transportation. As for the room, it was exactly what we needed: a true haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. A special mention goes to the bathrobes, which were absolutely fantastic and incredibly comfortable! 🥰 A detail that may seem insignificant, but which greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the stay. We also really appreciated the swimming pool. It's large, pleasant, and spacious enough to enjoy without feeling cramped. Our only slight complaint was the water temperature, which we found a little chilly. We were expecting warmer water, almost like a bath, but we heard it was 27°C. With the rather low temperatures outside this weekend, that's perfectly understandable. It didn't stop us from enjoying it at all! And then, breakfast… a real gem! We devoured it. The quality of the products and the presence of local specialties allowed us to discover some wonderful regional flavors. It was delicious, generous, and above all, a truly unique experience. Another excellent memory of our stay! 😋 In short, we were won over! An ideally located hotel, quality service, a comfortable room, beautiful relaxation areas, and, above all, an exceptional team that truly contributes to making the experience unique. We came to enjoy a girls' weekend and we were able to savor every moment, without a care in the world. A huge thank you to the entire Rapp team for your warm welcome, helpful advice, availability, and all the thoughtful touches that make for such wonderful memories. 18/10/2026: Friendly staff, but unfortunately, serious cleanliness issues! The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A heartfelt thank you to them! Unfortunately, the hotel otherwise failed to impress. The rooms are generally very dated. Apparently, there are two categories: old and old with a few minor renovations. The swimming pool is rather mediocre and, with its foil-lined pool, hardly resembles a high-quality hotel pool. In general, we had the impression that the pictures on the hotel's website or on Booking.com look significantly better than reality – as if Photoshop had been heavily used. The area designated as a "wellness area" is located in the basement and, in our opinion, hardly deserves the name. Instead of a relaxing wellness atmosphere, one is greeted by a rather meager little swimming pool and a tiny, completely overheated sauna, where we had the impression that neither the temperature was controlled nor any attention paid to the usual amenities. Even fresh drinking water was missing – which, for me, is an absolute given in a wellness area. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the lack of cleanliness! Our first room had old, clearly visible stains on the carpet, smelled musty, and gave a truly unhygienic impression. In the bathroom, we found long hairs, pubic hairs, and other stains. After complaining, we were given a different, slightly better room – unfortunately, the cleanliness level was hardly any better. We cannot comment on breakfast and other meals, as we did not have them. Overall, it's a real shame, because with the friendly staff, there is definitely potential. However, there is considerable room for improvement, especially regarding hygiene and the condition of the rooms. The three stars are primarily for the friendly staff. Otherwise, our stay was very disappointing, and we would not book it again.

06/10/2026: We stayed in a dormitory room for four people on a half-board basis. Excellent value for money. The menu was superb. I'm not usually a big fan of beef bourguignon, but I was blown away by the exceptional tenderness of the meat. Very welcoming staff. Bonus: the owners prepared a packed lunch for us to take away the next day, featuring exceptionally high-quality local products. Many thanks again.
