30/01/2026: I ordered a cordon bleu (see attached photo). I don't know when the meat was from, but it tasted spoiled. I waited an hour for this inedible dish.

25/02/2026: The saleswoman at the Kunheim bakery was unpleasant... if she can't stand dealing with customers anymore, she should find another job... it's a shame for the brand's image.

10/02/2026: Very good products. Grenaker Blodelsheim is very friendly. HOWEVER, my son went to Grenaker Kunheim and was very disappointed when he entered the bakery and the girl sighed and was very unpleasant and mean to him. I really do not condone her attitude towards my son.

09/05/2026: In addition to not respecting the order of the queue, the woman served me a chicken Niçoise instead of the tuna Niçoise I ordered, even though I don't eat meat! I asked for my sandwich to be cut, but it was cut next to sandwiches containing meat. The work surface was very dirty and messy (ham next to other sandwiches). And to top it all off, I received the wrong sandwich for the exorbitant price of €7. The worst part is that I only realized it after I'd already taken a bite! In short, a very bad experience for me!

07/05/2026: I like having breakfast there; it's a nice place with lovely staff. However, as of May 2026, the hygiene isn't great; the tables are never cleaned and the dishes aren't clean 😥

23/04/2026: The welcome is cold, and the prices for pastries and viennoiseries are exorbitant for a quality no better than in other bakeries. Don't forget that you're in Guebwiller, not Paris, to be charging such prices. A word to the wise...

29/09/2025: Very good and inexpensive, the Asian waiter is wonderful, always attentive and caring. Unfortunately, the buffet will be closed for renovations from September 22nd to 25th for approximately four months.

18/04/2026: A customer for at least 12 years, never disappointed (except by the queue sometimes), a sure thing!! The only downside when eating in is the coming and going of customers (takeaway) between the tables which hinders the conviviality and even feels a bit cramped when you are a couple.

14/04/2026: I want to apologize because I don't like to be mean, but this was just unacceptable. I'm not saying I'm a sushi fanatic or anything, but the sushi was bland with way too much rice. The supposedly sweet sauce wasn't sweet at all; I could only taste the rice, even though it was salmon and avocado. I asked for fried onions, and they added a €1 surcharge for breadcrumbs that weren't crispy at all. In short, they weren't fried onions. Then I asked to change two skewers in my meal, and they asked for even more extra charges. And for takeout, there was another surcharge, lol. Even the gyoza weren't good, but the skewers were okay. The service was fine, I have no complaints there, but they just need to take a good look at themselves and consider the customer because this is unacceptable. Some people told me it was the best sushi in Mulhouse and that the sushi was huge, but come on, be reasonable. It's fine to be expensive, but in return, offer quality. If you want good sushi in Mulhouse, go to Sushi Line. The fish is very fresh, the sweet sauce is homemade, and they won't charge you extra. Anyway, I missed my date.

12/01/2026: We highly recommend La Palette for a wedding! The entire team was absolutely wonderful, remarkably kind and professional. The staff were attentive and extremely accommodating, particularly in their flexibility with the schedule on our wedding day, which greatly contributed to the smooth running of the day. A huge thank you also for the attention to detail in the meals: the vegetarian and vegan options were carefully prepared, delicious, and just as sophisticated as the other dishes, and all allergies were taken into account with seriousness and kindness. All our guests felt valued, which is rare and precious. A flawless, warm, and delightful experience that we will never forget. Thank you to the entire team at La Palette for helping make our wedding such a success!

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with friends. The service was impeccable, with excellent staff. The chef even came to greet us at the beginning of our meal. We will definitely be back soon.

14/05/2026: What a disgrace! I arrived at 8 PM, wanting fish, but there was nothing left. I asked the manager, and he wanted to serve me crumbs with ten times as much thick sauce. Lol. There was no chicken left, nor any fries. To top it all off, I got up to look for dessert, and one of the waiters threw my almost full bottle of Coke and my glass at me. I didn't receive anything else. We will never set foot in your establishment again, and I'm now eagerly awaiting your closure.

19/04/2026: A very good experience at Palais d’Illzach. The welcome was pleasant. The buffet was varied and well-maintained, with dishes regularly replenished, which was much appreciated. The food was good and well-prepared. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, allowing you to enjoy your meal in peace. Special mention goes to the waitress, who was available and attentive throughout the meal. A great place to recommend.

10/05/2026: Passing through the village for a visit, we stopped at this establishment for a meal. I personally ordered the goat cheese and honey tarte flambée, it was delicious! All accompanied by a Muscat wine from a local producer, whom we ended up visiting afterwards.

28/04/2026: While out for a bike ride, I stopped at this restaurant for a drink. Having only my phone with me, I asked if it was possible to pay for an Elsass Cola using just my phone, to which I was told yes. Besides the fact that the drink cost €4.80, I was told in a completely unacceptable tone that the menu started at €5. To which I replied that I only had my phone. The waitress then said, and I quote, "Ah, these cyclists, with their mobile phones!" in an unpleasant and openly rude tone. So I decided to get a chocolate fondant for my son, which was ridiculously small for the price (€4.90, photo attached). Following this unpleasant experience, we won't be going back.
