20/08/2026: Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints, it was an excellent experience! The chicken was delicious, perfectly crispy, and very flavorful. The portions were generous, and everything was piping hot. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and pleasant, and the service was quick and efficient. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained. It's such a pleasure to find a KFC where everything is top-notch, from ordering to the meal itself. I highly recommend it; it was excellent! I'll definitely be back.

18/10/2026: Contrary to the negative reviews I read before coming, I found it to be quick, the food was good, and the waitress was friendly. Two generous "Eldorado" menus for €16.95. What more could you ask for at that price?

05/10/2026: This is our favorite restaurant in Mulhouse. Everything is made fresh, the dishes are delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is always excellent. It's a great place for a romantic dinner, a family meal, or even for takeout. I highly recommend it!

Clearly, you were not in charge of our table that evening, as at no point did my partner dare to shout or disrespect the waitress. On the contrary, she simply sought out your mother, as she is clearly the owner. He expressed his opinion on the dishes we ordered in a very calm and composed manner. Your mother, however, did not accept the criticism and quickly raised her voice. You claim in your comment that my partner refused to pay, but this is a lie; the bill was obviously paid. Indeed, you speak of respect, and I agree that one should never be walked all over, but customers are not going to be walked over either, especially since we are paying for a service. Your mother displayed great frustration and contempt, making a scene in front of the other customers and clearly showing us no respect. The candy was thrown onto our table, not onto the bar as you described, due to the owner's disrespect. In every restaurant, when the server collects our plates at the end of the meal, the question "How was it?" inevitably arises. We have the right to express our feelings, or not. I don't doubt the quality of your products or the passion you have for your cooking, as I am a regular customer. While disappointment can happen, criticism should be heard, especially when we appreciate the establishment. Finally, I would like to say that the "comments" section is limited and doesn't allow customers to respond to the establishment's comments.

23/05/2026: The food was excellent, and the green courtyard had a lovely atmosphere. The hostess was very kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms were also perfectly fine.

16/09/2026: Lunch, the set menu was excellent and plentiful. The chef's round table at the end of service is always a plus when a chef is there, I won't hide it.

08/04/2026: It was a magnificent hotel, simply wonderful… The food was delicious… The reason I deducted two stars for service is because we had already paid for the hotel, but when we checked out, we were charged again for the hotel along with the meal. Since there were four of us, we divided the meal among four people, and I realized it after I made the final payment. We got a refund, but our accounts got very mixed up… Apart from that, it was great…

09/08/2026: Lovely little fog friendly restaurant either nice staff and tasty food! The chicken is super juicy and full of flavour, and the authentic dessert was the perfect finish to the meal.

23/07/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed. I ordered chicken and fries one evening. The chicken was very tough and difficult to eat. The fries, which were advertised as homemade, were more like frozen supermarket fries, and I've definitely had better. The chocolate mousse arrived with condensation inside the packaging and tasted really unpleasant. In the end, I didn't even finish my plate because it was so bad. Even my dogs, who usually eat everything, wouldn't touch it. I do not recommend this establishment.

22/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery this Charles Schmitt pastry shop in Colmar is! The welcome is very warm, there's an incredible selection of pastries, all rigorously homemade. For my part, it was a tub of decadent ice cream: chocolate, caramel, and cookies 🤩

30/08/2026: It was one of the best doner places in town; the portions were generous and the crepe was good. This is the second time I've been disappointed, not by a lack of ingredients and a rubbery crepe!
