05/09/2024: Very tasty meal. Efficient operation. Perhaps not pleasant due to the language barrier. A bit impatient. They speak French and German and some English.

13/08/2024: Extremely disappointed with the value for money, quite honestly... A menu at 46€ not very exceptional, I expected much better. Melon/ham starter not very elaborate, and main course 3 falafels on a bed of salad. The exterior setting is very pleasant however. I can't give more than 3 stars. Read other reviews and test to form your own opinion, but ask yourself the right questions. I won't go back there myself, too expensive.

29/09/2024: we had heard so much about these restaurants that we were disappointed. Due to the very long waiting time we weren't even able to eat all at the same time, because the dishes came in very long intervals. So we were forced to eat our meals directly received without the people with us having theirs... too bad.

29/09/2024: Came to eat at 3, arrived at 12:20 p.m., the waitress took orders for 3 tables arriving after us, (table of 3 also) we ordered just the dish. We had to wait 1h30 before being served. We had asked for spetzeles and we were served cold noodles. We called the waiter who apologized to say that he had more, but no one came to warn us. Let's move on, we asked for the sauce on the side, and no, the dish goes back to the kitchen. Then finally at the tasting, all 3 dishes were cold... The cordon with cheese.. but raw! The red cabbage and chestnuts were dry. We then asked for bread which arrived warm on the surface, but unfortunately, frozen inside. We had already come to eat at this establishment, and we had a very good meal. We learned at the end of the meal of the change of ownership... Unfortunately this will be the last time we come...

20/09/2024: Der Anlass des Essens. Wir übernachteten in dem Hotel und hatten von Deutschland aus über The Fork im Restaurant einen ruhigen Tisch um 19:00 bestellt. Es war der Geburtstag meiner Frau, was auch in der Reservierung stand. Als wir ins Restaurant kamen und sagten wir hätten reserviert, wurden wir von der Chefin zuerst mal angebafft: Wir würden hier übernachten und hätten über Booking.com und über The Fork einen Tisch gebucht und Sie als Inhaberin müßte jetzt für beides bezahlen. Hierzu meinen wir: Wenn man das als Unternehmer NICHT will darf man auf solchen Portalen nicht für sich werben. Gäste dafür anschnautzen ist eine Frechheit! Hätten wir eine Alternative gehabt wären wir sofort gegangen. Montag und Dienstag ist es in Ribeauvillé leider nicht einfach einen Platz abends im Lokal zu bekommen. Nun ja: Einen ruhigen Platz bekamen wir nicht und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit oder einen besonders schön gedeckten Tisch, wie wir das von anderen Restaurants kennen, gab es nicht. Stattdessen wurden wir zu Anfang von der Bedienung geschnitten. Die Speisekarte bestand aus großen Tafeln, die es in drei Sprachen gab. Das haben wir aber erst später mitbekommen. Uns wurde sie nur auf französich oder englisch angeboten. Schade das es keine schöne Speisekarte gab, die man in Ruhe hätte lesen können. Dann hätte ich gesehen, das die Käseplatt mit 3 Stückchen nicht im Menue war, sondern extra mit 12,00€ berechnet wurde!! Kein Obst, kein Gelee oder Zwiebelconfit dabei. Das kennen wir in Frankreich so nicht. Zum Essen: 2x Cremant zum Aperitif- mittlere Qualität, Als Vorspeise : Lachs- richtig gut und Gänseleber mit Granny Smith Gelee- gut aber eine sehr kleine Portion und das süße Brioche passt meiner Meinung nach gar nicht dazu- ist allerdings Geschmackssache... Als Hauptgang hatten wir 1 x Fisch mit Ricottaravioli- eine ungewöhnliche Kombination und 1 x Pfeffersteak mit kleinen Kartoffen-sehr gut und Medium auf den Punkt! Der Pinot Noir von Adam Amerschwier passte auch richtig gut. Fazit: Gutes Essen aber sehr unfreundliche Bedienung-Wir kommen da nicht mehr hin!

16/09/2024: Cool location in Ensisheim. You could get lost in the winding rooms, but luckily you'll be guided to the table ;-) No, I think it's really nice! There's a lot going on and the staff is really challenged. Nevertheless, you will be served quickly. The food is very good, the portions are large. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.

29/08/2024: Conviviality remains the key word. A friendly, almost family atmosphere always makes us have a good time. The pizzas are excellent to eat in or to take away. The boss in the kitchen treats us with his lasagna, port shank and cuts of beef. I recommend.

10/05/2024: After a trip to Colmar, my husband and I discovered this very nice restaurant and wanted to eat sandwiches. I can tell you that it was the best kebab sandwiches we have eaten all our lives (no exaggeration). The team was friendly and took great care of us!! thanks to them Note: the restaurant is not called Marmaris on site, it was Deliciosa. 10/10

11/07/2024: We ate at this restaurant with a large group twice, and each time was really unpleasant... The bread was hard, the dishes were unappetizing and the dessert was served on aluminum "plates". Also, the tartes flambées were covered with pieces of coal... The waiter was not nice at all. I am very sorry, but I will never do it again.
