19/05/2026: Shrimp Ramen: Absolutely terrible. They used ready-made instant noodles with a few seasonings and four tasteless frozen shrimp... That's not what I call ramen! Gyozas: Again, frozen food, very mushy. +1 star for the friendly staff and clean place, but it lacked atmosphere (lighting, maybe some background music). Conclusion: As someone who doesn't cook much, I could have made the same thing at home. These two dishes held no interest for me.

15/05/2026: I just ordered Peking duck, sweet and savory duck, noodles, and Cantonese rice. It was perfect: we were perfectly moderate from start to finish!

12/07/2026: Wow... I was with the family... five people... I met the owner of the place and his wife... a Moroccan family who make the food with all their heart... what an experience and what a taste of food... the couscous is stunning and the meat is excellently prepared... yes I would go back there and visit this restaurant... thanks to the owner for the hospitality...

13/08/2026: We had dinner at La Diligence this evening, on the terrace. Overall, the meal was decent, but several things disappointed us. I ordered the baeckeoffe with three meats. It was very good, but I only seemed to find two types of meat. My partner chose the cordon bleu, and it was excellent. For my 6-year-old son, we ordered the turkey escalope with fries, the children's version. Unfortunately, the escalope wasn't cooked enough, and I had to send it back to the kitchen. I also think it's a shame that it was served without any sauce. Even for a children's menu, a little cream sauce or something similar would be appreciated. We then wanted to try the sweet apple-raspberry tarte flambée. Unfortunately, the frozen raspberries were extremely sour and practically inedible. Why not add some fresh raspberries after baking?! At €11 for a tarte flambée, it's a shame we only ate half of it. Another minor complaint: when the bill arrived, we weren't asked if everything was alright. I would have gladly mentioned the problem with the tarte flambée directly, which might have allowed us to discuss it. Finally, the terrace is quite pleasant, but we were quickly bothered by cigarette smoke from people smoking nearby. With a 6-year-old at the table, it's really not pleasant. In short, there were some good things, especially the baeckeoffe and the cordon bleu, but several details somewhat spoiled the experience. It's a shame, because with a few adjustments, the meal could have been much more satisfying.

24/07/2026: Third and final time we'll be here. Every time, it's chaos. Three servers to manage the terrace, I saw one waitress running around like crazy—where were the other two? A trainee on vacation who wasn't taking orders—basic stuff 🤷🏼 We ordered our aperitifs as soon as they arrived, and the main courses followed with the wine. We ended up with our aperitifs barely touched. A little wait would have been sensible; it's just common sense 🙄 We waited an hour and ten minutes just to find out if we wanted dessert. It's a real shame because the food is good. I wish you all the best and especially good luck to the waitress who has to take the flak on the front lines.

31/07/2026: Top-notch restaurant, typical of the region. We ate very well, the cordon bleu was exceptional and the vol-au-vent was delicious! A great find!

31/07/2026: Quiet location with a terrace overlooking an interior courtyard. Friendly and smiling staff. Good value for money.

02/05/2026: The highlight is the restaurant. They set the bar so high that we didn't enjoy any other restaurant for the rest of our stay in Alsace. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and nicely decorated with artwork. The service is impeccable—pleasant, helpful, and warm. It's a real treat and almost a rarity these days to find this level of quality in tourist areas.

20/04/2026: No swimming pool. The rooms are a bit bland. Nevertheless, we had a good night's sleep. The restaurant isn't anything special; I found it very basic and average considering the price. The positive point is the large parking lot. So my opinion is rather mixed. I think it's a bit expensive for what's offered, but it wasn't unpleasant.

27/06/2026: Excellent Szechuan cuisine. They manage very well the level of spiciness. Very nice couple tending to their customers every need.

04/05/2026: It really feels like things aren't working anymore. You walk into the restaurant, there are a maximum of four people, and no plates or cutlery on the tables. Things have changed a lot.

25/08/2026: The wait was extremely long for a quiet weeknight, despite three people in the kitchen. It took over an hour for a simple pizza. We didn't order dessert because the wait time was just as long as it had been for the pizza when we asked. It's clear that management isn't keeping up and isn't motivating its staff.

25/08/2026: We ate very well, the restaurant is welcoming, the waitress very friendly, we will come back.

10/08/2026: We went to several McDonald's in Europe over four weeks, came back to France, and it's a disaster. The toilets are filthy, the service is terrible and incredibly slow, and there are items missing from our order.

08/08/2026: I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, warmly welcomed by Valérie. We felt right at home. Margot, behind the bar, makes truly delicious cocktails – a real treat. As for the food, the burger and the Steeve steak were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and made with high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this place!

06/08/2026: A superb experience at this restaurant. Anthony at reception is truly fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Margot, at the bar, served us delicious cocktails. Clara made excellent steak tartare, perfectly suited to our tastes. The meat was of very high quality. I highly recommend this establishment.
