08/09/2024: Dear Mr. Wirt, why do you specify an opening time of 1000 to 2300 if you don't want to host us this Sunday? It was full, yes, 1410, but we would have been happy with coffee and cake, or even some bread. We were hungry. We had planned our hike so that we could stop off at your place. Despite a friendly request, we were turned away with an unfriendly nod, not from your employees, but from you. What was it about? Are strangers not served? Please write correct opening times and, above all, kitchen times on your website or at least correct the Google entry. We felt very unwelcome. Not nice.

17/11/2024: I absolutely love this restaurant. The owners are very nice and it is clearly a family business. The food is reasonably priced and worth the price. I will return to this restaurant one day. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well at a low price.
they even have combo deals on food and it's a good thing for students like my friend and me.

06/12/2024: 色んなサンドイッチやペストリーがあります。セットメニューも充実していて高くありません。チェーン店なので品質も安定しています。フランス語のできない旅行者である私にも英語で親切に対応してくれました。
長居して、ゆっくりしているお客さんが多いようでした。
コーヒーがぬるかったのが残念でした。
こちらの商業施設はトイレが使えません。
Muchas opciones diferentes para sándwiches pasteles y bollería. Los juegos de comidas están disponibles. Amigo de tu cartera. Está franquiciado para que pueda obtener lo que espera. No hablo francés, pero el personal era agradable y servicial sirviéndome en inglés.
Muchos clientes se relajan y se quedan más tiempo.
Una desventaja es el café tibio
No puedes usar el baño en este centro comercial.
30/11/2024: Como no estábamos satisfechos con el desayuno en el hotel, cancelamos nuestra reserva para el desayuno y fuimos aquí. Era una buena alternativa. Tienen una gran opción y sabía bien. Después de todo era más barato y mejor que en el hotel.

20/09/2024: I recently visited *Bella Napoli* pizzeria and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The setting is warm, with an authentic atmosphere reminiscent of small Italian trattorias. The service is fast and the staff are welcoming.
Regarding the pizzas, they are really delicious. The dough is thin and crispy, cooked to perfection in an oven which gives an authentic taste. The tomato sauce was rich in flavor, not too sour, not too sweet.
The only downside is that it’s so good that you become addicted.
18/07/2024: 1 hour to make 2 pizzas, the boss who arrives with his hands in his pockets, a little light!

01/09/2024: Very disappointed because I was not able to benefit from a roll with my 2 menus, forcing me to resort to croissants.
In addition, a very dirty establishment, the tables were all empty but all dirty and the toilets too...
The employees are very nice, nothing to complain about at this level.
I do not recommend this establishment if you like cleanliness.
For my part, I love the chicken coop chain but I will not return to this store.

18/09/2024: Difficult to rate anything other than the service since we were unable to stay in this hotel.
Please note, check-in is before 9 p.m. otherwise there is no one there and, as the receptionist says so well, "I have better things to do than wait for you". Courteous and professional exchange, you will understand.
You will of course guess that the refund was not made, and the cancellation fees at the level of the amount of the room... 108€. Courtesy and professionalism have therefore given way to kindness and generosity!
So yes, we can clear customs via the general conditions of sale or others. However, a little sympathy and humanism will not make anyone in this world turn back.
5 stars for greed and fanaticism, thanks again!!!
16/09/2024: Satisfied with our stay. Room ok, clean. Bedding OK. TV graying out on certain channels in our room, it’s true but we don’t care, we’re not here for that!
The manager and his son: very pleasant, kind, helpful.
Breakfast ok too. Hot drink, orange juice, croissant, bread, butter, jam, and cheese, yogurt, cereals too....
If you are looking for something modern, something fancy, you will indeed be disappointed, if on the contrary you are looking for a simple and authentic establishment and people: go for it!
Thank you for allowing places like this to still exist. Good luck, and certainly see you next time!!

17/09/2024: Well, we are used to buying our sandwiches and cakes at Marie Blachère in Brittany where we enjoy it but here it is a disaster!!!!! The tuna sandwiches, we wondered if it was really tuna, the taste was horrible and the raspberry cakes I can't even describe!!! Everything ended up in the trash!!!

31/07/2024: We ordered takeaway and we were delighted! The quality of the service, the welcome, the taste, everything is excellent! The children's menus are just magnificent and incredible. I really recommend this superb kebab

05/12/2024: Served by a young girl who had just been yelled at by one of her colleagues in front of all the customers.... it wasn't even 12:30 p.m. and only 2 variations of braised meats left, and it's not the first once, folded over a double moricette, the latter was already completely dry... the manalas purchased at the same time are hard as stone the next day, making you wonder if the products sold are not from the day before....
Very disappointed....

Shameful service! If you don't like your job, think about retraining!!! We have the impression that the sooner we left, the better off the waitresses were. During the meal we wanted some wine but given the lack of participation and attention from the incapable waitresses we had time to get rid of it (1/ Only 3 could be eaten out of the totality of 2 literally inedible dishes) A pasty calzone like chewing gum and we don't talk about its filling or even less about the burata (even in supermarkets it is not as powdery and bad)🙄. The Milanese escalope which has probably been hanging around for a while, not to mention the pasta and a bland sauce like I've never seen before. We are going to pay not even an ounce of interest wondering if it was or other NOTHING!!!! However, the setting is magnificent and the boss adorable. Fortunately his intervention at the time of our departure took place. Attentive, kind and humorous boss. As a restaurant executive I would be ashamed to have such service and cuisine like that (I wonder what they eat during the staff meal before service) What a shame for his boss who honestly deserves everyone to ride on roulettes given his location and his person himself but his team does not give him any credit.
Ps: the 3 stars are only for the support of this poor boss who deserves it for himself.
